The outer side of the outer tube 10 is provided with a plurality of groups of buffer cylinders 30 which are connected with the outer tube 10 in a gluing way, the plurality of groups of buffer cylinders 30 are uniformly distributed along the axial direction of the outer tube 10, each group of buffer cylinders 30 is six, the buffer cylinders 30 are made of rubber materials and have elasticity, when being pressed, the buffer cylinders can provide buffer protection for the inner outer tube 10 and the optical cable, a cavity 31 is arranged inside the buffer cylinders 30, one end of the cavity 31 facing the outer tube 10 is closed, one end of the cavity 31 far away from the outer tube 10 is provided with an opening 311, one end of the buffer cylinders 30 far away from the outer tube 10 is provided with a hose 40 which is formed by integral hot molding, the hose 40 connects the plurality of buffer cylinders 30, and the hose 40 is provided with a through hole 41 communicated with the opening 311; the buffer cylinder 30, the inner cavity 31 and the through hole 41 are both in the shape of a circular truncated cone, and one end of the circular truncated cone facing the outer tube 10 is a large-diameter end; a filter screen 50 is embedded in the through hole 41 of the hose 40, and the filter screen 50 is provided with small holes for air exhaust; when the optical cable is pressed from the outside, the buffer cylinder 30 is internally provided with the cavity 31, the buffer cylinder 30 contracts inwards, air in the cavity 31 is discharged from the opening 311 and the through hole 41, and the optical cable in the outer tube 10 and the outer tube 10 is protected by absorbing pressure through the crumple deformation of the buffer cylinder 30, so that the effect of prolonging the service life of the optical cable is achieved.
Embodiment 2, please refer to fig. 5 and 6, the silicon core tube 100 in this embodiment has substantially the same structure as that in embodiment 1, except that a memory metal strip 60 is embedded inside the buffer cylinder 30, the memory metal strip 60 is made of an iron-based alloy, the memory metal strip 60 includes a first section 61 and a second section 62, the first section 61 is embedded in the hose 40, the second section 62 is embedded in the buffer cylinder 30, a joint between the first section 61 and the second section 62 adopts a rounded transition to avoid the memory metal strip 60 from puncturing the hose 40 under pressure, the first section 61 and the second section 62 are both in a flared circular truncated cone shape to support the buffer cylinder 30 at all angles, when the buffer cylinder 30 and the memory metal strip 60 are crushed, and finally the memory metal strip 60 returns to its shape with the buffer cylinder 30 at a proper temperature to meet the next buffer protection, the effect of prolonging the service life of the internal optical cable is obtained.
