Background

Disclosure of Invention
The invention relates to a snow clearing, snow collecting, transporting and compressing mechanical device and a self-propelled and self-unloading vehicle, which are used for solving the problems of large accumulated volume, large occupied area and lower loading, unloading and transporting efficiency of snow clearing, snow collecting, transporting and compressing mechanical device on urban roads at present. The invention can complete the operations of cleaning, clearing, snow collecting, conveying, compressing, snow loading, transporting and self-discharging and self-cleaning of accumulated snow on the road surface.
The snow cleaning and collecting vehicle mainly comprises a vehicle body, a chassis, a front snow cleaning platform 15, an inclined snow conveying and pressing roller 9, a loading compartment 26, a snow scraping device 4 and the like, and is shown in figures 1-6.
The front snow-removing platform 15 finishes snow-removing, snow-collecting and conveying work and is a core component of the snow-removing vehicle; the snow removing machine mainly comprises a snow removing platform bucket 14, a front snow removing roller 18, a snow removing shovel tip 20, a middle snow crushing roller 21, a rear snow removing roller brush 25, a horizontal spiral snow pushing roller 22 and the like; the front snow removing platform 15 is hung in front of the vehicle head and is pushed by a hydraulic cylinder to lift, the whole front snow removing platform is lifted during transportation, and the snow removing platform falls onto the road surface during snow removing operation; the front snow removing platform 15 is an independent snow removing component which can be quickly separated from and combined with the vehicle head through a suspension pin; the front snow removing roller 18 rotates clockwise and is used for removing loose accumulated snow on the road surface, the accumulated snow is pushed into a snow collecting shovel hopper 15 of the snow removing platform 14, and the accumulated snow falls into a horizontal spiral snow pushing roller 22 from a snow advancing opening 17; the middle snow crushing roller 21 is a snow crushing roller consisting of a group of disc blades and is used for rolling and crushing hard snow or ice on the road surface, and the rolling force is controlled by a hydraulic lifting system so as to obtain a satisfactory removing effect; the rear snow cleaning roller brush 25 rotates anticlockwise, a small amount of accumulated snow left on the road surface is further cleaned, and the accumulated snow is swept into the rear snow inlet 24 and falls into the horizontal spiral snow pushing roller 22; the rotating horizontal spiral snow pushing roller 22 pushes the accumulated snow into the inclined snow conveying and pressing roller 9 at one end.
The inclined snow conveying and pressing roller 9 is used for compressing the snow and conveying and lifting the snow into the loading compartment 26; the lower end part of the inclined snow conveying and pressing cylinder 9 is communicated with the end part of the horizontal spiral snow pushing roller 22 and can rotate around the central axis of the horizontal spiral snow pushing roller 22; the inclined snow conveying and pressing roller 9 is internally provided with a snow conveying and pressing spiral roller 10, the screw pitch of the spiral roller 10 is gradually reduced from bottom to top, the spiral roller 10 pushes the accumulated snow upwards while rotating, and the accumulated snow is compressed and pushed out from the snow discharge port 8 of the spiral roller 9 to fall into the loading compartment 25; the upper position of the inclined snow conveying and pressing roller 9 is connected with a turntable sliding block 110 of a roller turntable assembly 11 arranged on the side wall of the vehicle body, so that the inclined snow conveying and pressing roller 9 can be supported and restrained, can rotate around a turntable shaft 112 of the turntable assembly 11 within a certain range and can slide along the axial direction of the roller, and thus, when the front snow removing platform 15 is lifted, the inclined snow conveying and pressing roller 9 can freely rotate and move along with the front snow removing platform and is always communicated with the horizontal spiral snow pushing roller 22 without interference and without damage to a card.
The loading compartment 26 is used for containing compressed snow to be cleaned and removed, and is provided with a traction chain wheel 1, a traction chain 2, a traction guide slideway 3 and a snow scraping device 4, and the bottom of the compartment 26 is provided with a front hydraulic cylinder 27 and a rear hydraulic cylinder 27 which can jack the compartment by enough height and enable the front part of the compartment 26 to be higher than the rear part so as to facilitate the snow in the compartment 26 to be unloaded to other snow-carrying loading vehicles or to be unloaded to a designated position.
The snow scraping device 4 consists of a snow scraping guide wheel 5, a snow scraping plate telescopic arm 6 and a snow scraping plate 7; the snow scraping device 4 is connected with the traction chain 2 and reciprocates back and forth along the traction guide slideway 3 so as to scrape snow accumulated in the compartment 26; when snow is cleaned, the flexible arm 6 of the snow scraper is pushed out to stretch the snow scraper 7 to the bottom plate close to the loading compartment 26, and the snow scraper 4 drives the snow scraper 7 to move back and forth along the snow scraper guide slideway 3 to clean the snow in the compartment 26.
The invention has the advantages of multifunction, integration of snow removal, compression, transportation, loading and unloading, and perfect function; the front snow removing platform 15 is provided with the front snow removing roller 18, the middle snow crushing roller 21 and the rear snow removing roller brush 25, and the advantages of 3 snow removing rollers are combined, so that the snow removing platform can adapt to different snow qualities of soft snow, medium snow and hard snow, and has the characteristics of clean removal and high efficiency; the pressure of the hard snow layer rolled and cut by the middle snow crushing roller 21 can be adjusted, the cleaning effect is good, and the pavement is not easy to damage; the functions of snow conveying, compression and loading are completed by matching the horizontal spiral snow pushing roller 22 and the inclined snow conveying and pressing roller 9, so that the snow conveying and pressing roller is simple and practical and is not easy to block; the loading bed 26 is equipped with dual hydraulic jack cylinders to raise the loading bed to a sufficient height for dumping snow to other loading vehicles; in addition, the movable telescopic snow scraper 4 can automatically clean the loading carriage 27, and accumulated snow in the carriage is avoided.

Detailed Description
The snow cleaning and collecting vehicle mainly comprises a vehicle body, a chassis, a front snow cleaning platform 15, an inclined snow conveying and pressing roller 9, a loading compartment 26, a snow scraping device 4 and the like, and is shown in figures 1-6.
The front snow removing platform 15 comprises a snow removing platform bucket 14, a front snow removing roller 18, a snow removing shovel tip 20, a middle snow crushing roller 21, a rear snow removing roller brush 25, a horizontal spiral snow pushing roller 22, a transmission system and the like; the front snow removing platform 15 is suspended in front of the vehicle head through a suspension rotating arm, a hydraulic cylinder, a lifting pin shaft 13 and the like, is pushed by the hydraulic cylinder to lift, and is lifted during transportation, and the snow removing platform 14 falls onto the road surface during snow removing operation.
The front snow removing roller 18 is driven by the driving wheel 16 to rotate clockwise, and the snow raking plate 19 and the snow removing roller 18 form a certain included angle in the radial direction and are fixed at the outer edge of the snow removing roller 18; the snow cleaning scraper is made of non-metal nylon materials, has certain flexibility and wear resistance, is not easy to damage the road surface, and the position of the tension spring 30 of the front snow cleaning roller is adjusted to ensure that the front snow cleaning roller 18 has proper pressure on the road surface; the bottom of the snow cleaning platform bucket 14 is provided with a horizontal spiral snow pushing roller 22, the upper part of the horizontal spiral snow pushing roller is provided with a front snow inlet 17 and a rear snow inlet 24, and the front end of the bottom of the snow cleaning platform bucket 14 is provided with a snow cleaning shovel tip 20 for scooping up snow cleaned by the front snow cleaning roller 18.
The middle snow crushing roller 21 is a free rotation roller without power drive, and is arranged at the lower part of the front snow removing platform, after the front snow removing roller 18 is arranged, the middle snow crushing roller is formed by a group of arc disc blades 211 which are sleeved on a snow crushing roller shaft 210 in series, a certain distance is arranged between the disc blades, and each disc blade can rotate around the snow crushing roller shaft freely, as shown in figure 5; the middle snow crushing roller 21 is used for rolling and crushing hard snow layers or ice layers on a road surface, and during work, the disc blades are cut into the hard snow surface under the action of the self weight of the front snow removing platform 15 and the pressure of a hydraulic cylinder, so that the hard snow layers or even the ice layers are rolled and crushed; the grinding force of the snow crushing roller 21 can be adjusted by a driver through a hydraulic control system according to the hardness of the ice and snow layer on the road surface, so that the phenomenon that the road surface is damaged by overlarge pressure or the ice and snow layer cannot be crushed by undersize pressure is avoided.
The rear snow cleaning roller brush 25 is a nylon brush which rotates anticlockwise to further clean a small amount of accumulated snow left on the road surface, and the position of the tension spring 28 of the rear snow cleaning roller brush is adjusted to enable the rear snow cleaning roller brush 25 to have proper pressure on the road surface.
The lower end of the inclined snow conveying and pressing roller 9 is at a right angle with the end part of the horizontal spiral snow pushing roller 22 and is connected and communicated by a loose flange, and the inclined snow conveying and pressing roller 9 can rotate around the central shaft of the horizontal spiral snow pushing roller 22; the side wall of the vehicle body is provided with a roller turntable component 11, the structure of which is shown in figure 6, the turntable component 11 consists of a turntable slide block 110, a turntable slide rail 111, a turntable shaft 112 and a turntable base 113, the turntable slide rail 111 can rotate on the turntable base 113 around the turntable shaft 112, the turntable slide rail 111 is provided with a slide groove, the turntable slide block 110 can slide in a guide groove, an inclined snow conveying and pressing roller 9 is fixedly connected with the turntable slide block 110, the axial direction of the inclined snow conveying and pressing roller is the same as the direction of the guide groove of the turntable slide rail 111, therefore, the inclined snow conveying and pressing roller 9 can axially move along the direction of the guide groove and can rotate relative to the turntable base 112, and thus, when the front snow removing platform 15 is lifted, the inclined snow conveying and pressing roller 9 can freely lift and move along the inclined snow conveying and.
The diameter from the bottom up of defeated snow pressure cylinder 9 reduces gradually, and the pitch from the bottom up of defeated snow pressure spiral roller 10 also reduces gradually, and spiral roller 10 and cylinder 9 clearance reduce gradually, and pivoted spiral roller 10 makes snow compressed while being upwards propelling movement, discharges from the row snow mouth 8 of cylinder 9 and falls into loading railway carriage 25.
The movable flange connection between the snow discharge port 8 and the roller 9 ensures that the snow discharge port 8 can rotate by 90 degrees, the snow discharge port turns to a carriage when the snow is removed, and the snow discharge port 8 turns by 90 degrees when the carriage is lifted to dump snow so as to avoid the lifted carriage
The loading compartment 26 is provided with a traction chain wheel 1, a traction chain 2, a traction guide slideway 3 and a snow scraping device 4, and the front and rear 2 groups of hydraulic cylinders 27 at the bottom of the compartment 26 can jack the compartment to a sufficient height and enable the front part of the compartment 26 to be higher than the rear part so as to automatically dump snow in the compartment 26.
The snow scraping device 4 is connected with the traction chain 2, a guide wheel 5 on the snow scraping device 4 is embedded in the traction guide slideway 3, and the snow scraping device 4 moves back and forth along the traction guide slideway 3 along with the traction chain 2; the flexible arm 6 of the snow scraper on the snow scraper 4 adopts an electric push rod or a hydraulic cylinder so as to scrape the accumulated snow in the carriage 26; when snow is cleaned, the flexible arm 6 of the snow scraper extends to extend the snow scraper 7 to a box bottom plate close to the loading box 26, and the snow scraper 4 drives the snow scraper 7 to move back and forth along the snow scraper guide slideway 3 to clean the snow in the box 26.
