Description

Disposable pants-type wearing article
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of disposable sanitary products, and particularly relates to the fields of infant pull-ups, adult pull-ups, sanitary pants and the like, in particular to disposable pants type wearing articles.
Background
The disposable pants-type wearing article 100 "is composed of two major parts, namely an outer cover layer 1" and an inner sheet 2 ", as shown in fig. 1, the outer cover layer 1" is generally formed by an outer sheet 10 ", an inner sheet 11" and elastic members T "distributed between the outer sheet 10" and the inner sheet 11 "by bonding with hot melt adhesive to form a composite stretch panel having wrinkles. Wherein the elastic members T "comprise waist elastic members and waist side elastic members arranged in this order from the top of the waist. Since the outer cover layer 1 "is compounded with hot melt adhesive, the wrinkles formed after the contraction of the composite stretch panel formed by the waist-side elastic members and the outer sheet 10" and the inner sheet 11 "which are in a large contact range with the human body are generally irregular (the concave/convex portions cannot extend in a straight line/curved line), as shown in fig. 2.
Because the outer cladding layer 1 'compounded by the hot melt adhesive mode can not form regular wrinkles, when the garment is worn, the outer cladding layer 1', particularly the wrinkles at the positions of the waist side elastic parts can not form air permeable channels to discharge moisture, so that the garment is stuffy and uncomfortable to wear. Moreover, the hot melt adhesive gluing area of the outer layer sheet 10 ", the inner layer sheet 11" and the elastic component T "is large, hard lumps are easily formed, and the softness and comfort of the product are obviously reduced. In addition, the hot melt adhesive is expensive as a constituent material of disposable pants-type wearing articles, the production cost thereof is difficult to control, and it is not environmentally friendly.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the disposable pants-type wearing article 100 of the present embodiment is a disposable pants-type wearing article which is developed in a plane and has a longitudinal direction, also referred to as MD direction, i.e., waist-circumferential direction, and a width direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, also referred to as CD direction, i.e., perpendicular to the waist-circumferential direction. In the girth direction, the disposable pants-type wearing article 100 is divided into a first region a1, a second region a2, and a third region A3 corresponding to each other in this order from both sides to the middle. In the direction perpendicular to the waistline direction, a front waistline B1, a rear waistline B5, an abdomen B2, a buttocks B4, and a crotch B3 are included. The front waistline B1 and the back waistline B5 are oppositely arranged. The abdomen part B2 and the buttocks part B4 are oppositely arranged. The abdomen portion B2 is connected to the front waistline B1, the buttocks portion B4 is connected to the rear waistline B5, and the crotch portion B3 is connected between the abdomen portion B2 and the buttocks portion B4.
As shown in fig. 5, the disposable pants-type wearing article 100 includes an outer sheet 10, an inner sheet 11, waist elastics 13, waist-side elastics 14, abdomen elastics 15, hip elastics 18, leg elastics 19, an intermediate sheet 12, an inner sheet 2, a first adhesive layer 21, a second adhesive layer 22, a third adhesive layer 23, and a fourth adhesive layer 24.
The outer sheet 10, the inner sheet 11, the intermediate sheet 12, and the like form the outer cover layer 1 to cover the inner sheet 2. The inner sheet 2 is a main body member having an absorbent structure, and the disposable pants-type wearing article 100 in this embodiment has a two-piece structure in which the inner sheet 2 is directly wrapped with the integrated outer cover layer 1. Both ends of the outer sheet 10 are respectively bent toward the side of the inner sheet 11 to wrap the inner sheet 11, a fourth adhesive layer 24 is formed between the region where the outer sheet 10 wraps the inner sheet 11 and the inner sheet 2, and the wrapping length of the region where the outer sheet 10 wraps the inner sheet 10 is set to be B6. In this embodiment, the inner side is the body side, and the side away from the body is referred to as the outer side with respect to wearing. The outer cover 1 includes a front waistline B1, an abdomen B2, a crotch B3, a hip B4, and a rear waistline B5 arranged in this order as viewed in the width direction.
Wherein the outer sheet 10 passes from the front waist portion through the abdomen B2, the buttocks B4 and the crotch B3 and extends to the rear waist portion. The outer sheet 10 is folded from the outside of the body to the inside of the body, and covers the inner sheet 11. The inner sheet 11 is provided at a front waist circumference B1 and a rear waist circumference B5; the interior sheet 2 is provided on the inner side of the body and extends from the front waist portion to the rear waist portion through the abdomen portion B2, the crotch portion B3, and the buttocks portion B4. The intermediate sheet 12 is provided in the abdomen portion B2, the crotch portion B3, and the buttocks portion B4.
In the region of the front waistline B1 and the rear waistline B5, the outer sheet 10, the inner sheet 11, and the waistline elastic members 13 and the waistline side elastic members 14 distributed between the outer sheet 10 and the inner sheet 11 are ultrasonically bonded. Because the areas of the front waistline B1 and the back waistline B5 are the areas which are most contacted with the human body when the garment is worn, the softness and comfort of the areas are the most sensitive, and therefore the two areas adopt an ultrasonic process to replace a gluing mode to compound the sheet material and the elastic component. Ultrasonic technology is a special process that uses ultrasonic frequencies to ultrasonically activate and melt plastic parts in a material at an amplitude and form a weld (joint). The outer layer sheet 10 and the inner layer sheet 11 are spun-melt non-woven fabric SMS, and the gram weight is preferably 10-25 gsm. At least one of the outer layer sheet 10 and the inner layer sheet 11 is an SMS nonwoven fabric which contains M layers of fibers, the fibers are extremely fine, and the uniformity of the fiber web and the uniformity of heat sealing are enhanced. And the SMS non-woven fabric web has good uniformity, soft hand feeling, good filtering performance and good liquid absorption performance.
The regions of the abdomen B2, the crotch B3 and the buttocks B4 are not very high in softness, and can still be compounded by means of hot melt adhesive, that is, the region of the abdomen B2 is fixed by the outer sheet 10, the middle sheet 12 and the abdomen elastic members 15 distributed between the outer sheet 10 and the middle sheet 12 through hot melt adhesive; the hip B4 area is hot melt adhesive secured by the outer sheet 10, the intermediate sheet 12 and the hip elastic members 18 disposed between the outer sheet 10 and the intermediate sheet 12. Since the intermediate nonwoven fabric is bonded and fixed, a general nonwoven fabric may be used as the intermediate nonwoven fabric. The inner sheet 11 and the outer sheet 10 in the front waistline B1 and the back waistline B5 are selected to be compounded with the abdomen B2, the crotch B3 and the hip B4, which are different from each other, so that the product is more comfortable and diversified corresponding to different compounding processes. The outer cover 1 is formed into a pants-shaped disposable wearing article by sealing the side seals 3 provided at both sides thereof. If the ultrasonic bonding part ranges of the front waistline B1 and the rear waistline B5 are both set as B7, the coating length B6 of the outer coating layer 1 is more than or equal to 2/3 × B7, and B6 is more than or equal to B7.
The waist elastic members 13 are distributed between the outer sheet 10 and the inner sheet 11 in the waist direction. The waist-side elastic members 14 are disposed in parallel with the waist elastic members 13 and located on the side of the waist elastic members 13 facing the crotch portion B3, and the waist-side elastic members 14 may or may not extend to the side seals 3. The abdomen elastic member 15 is provided between the outer sheet 10 and the middle sheet 12 of the abdomen portion B2, and is provided in parallel with the waist elastic member 13; the hip elastic members 18 are provided between the outer sheet 10 and the middle sheet 12 of the hip B4, and are arranged in parallel with the waist elastic members 13; the leg elastic members 19 are disposed between the intermediate sheet 12 and the outer sheet 10, and the leg elastic members 19 are disposed along leg openings of the crotch portion B3. The abdominal elastic member 15 and the hip elastic member 18 have a region overlapping with the leg elastic member 19. All of the elastic members described above, such as the waist elastic member 13, the waist-side elastic member 14, the abdomen elastic member 15, the hip elastic member 18, and the leg elastic member 19, may be elastic materials such as natural rubber strips (yarns) and synthetic elastic spandex yarns, and preferably synthetic elastic spandex yarns are used, and the gauge of the spandex yarns is between 470D and 1200D, and more preferably between 620D and 1080D.
As shown in fig. 5, the disposable pants-type wearing article 100 is applied to both ends of the width of the outer sheet 10 in the order from the inside to the outside in the width direction, and is covered with the fourth adhesive layer 24 for fixing the inner sheet 2 and the inner sheet 11. The first glue layer 21 is arranged between the inner sheet 2 and the middle sheet 12 and is used for bonding and fixing the formed outer cladding layer 1 and the inner sheet; the second adhesive layer 22 is arranged between the middle sheet 12 and the leg elastic members 19, and the sizing range of the second adhesive layer 22 is consistent with the curve trend of the leg elastic members 19 and is used for bonding strength of the leg elastic members 19; the third adhesive layer 23 is provided between the intermediate sheet 12 and the outer sheet 10, and the third adhesive layer 23 is positioned at an intermediate position inside the outer sheet 10 and corresponds to regions of the abdomen B2, the crotch B3, and the buttocks B4 in the width direction, and is used for fixing the intermediate sheet 12 and the outer sheet 10; a plurality of abdomen elastic parts 15 and hip elastic parts 18 are respectively arranged at both sides above the third glue layer 23, and glue is wrapped at the outer sides of the circumferences of the abdomen elastic parts 15 and the hip elastic parts 18 for better fixing the elastic parts. In this embodiment, the abdominal elastic members 15 are 9 and the hip elastic members 18 are 6. Leg elastic members 19 are provided above the side abdomen elastic members 15 and the hip elastic members 18, respectively, and 6 leg elastic members 19 are provided in this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 6, in the first region a1, side seals 3 are formed between the outer sheet 10 and the inner sheet 11, the waist elastics 13 may or may not extend to the side seals 3, and an effective elastic waist opening region is formed between the two sets of side seals 3 in the waist direction; in the first area a1, a third joint 6 is further formed between the outer sheet 10 and the inner sheet 11, there is an area where the third joint 6 and the side seal 3 overlap each other, and the third joint 6 is used to assist in fixing the outer sheet 10 and the inner sheet 11 in the first area a 1. The third joint portions 6 are spaced from the elastic member in the direction perpendicular to the girth. The first region a1 is a seal region for sealing two finished products, and is not easily too large, the width of the first region a1 in the girth direction is 8mm-20mm, and the value of the range is set to ensure that the effective distance of the line diameter or the width of the original state is lost and the girth use length space is sacrificed to affect the use when the elastic members are restored to the free state after the waist elastic members 13 or the waist side elastic members 14 are cut by a product cutter (cutting the continuous pants type wearing article at the side seal portion 3 to form a single piece of independent pants type wearing article) which is used in the subsequent process. The width value mentioned above refers to the dimension in the girth direction, and the same applies hereinafter.
In the second region a2, a plurality of first bonded portions 4 are formed between the end sides of the waist elastic members 13 and the waist side elastic members 14 and the outer sheet 10 and the inner sheet 11 by ultrasonic heating. The width of the second region a2 in the waist direction accounts for 2% -10% of the effective width of the elastic waist opening, and the width is too large to make the joint become hard and affect the wearing effect because the first joint 4 of the second region a2 has a large area, and the range of 2% -10% does not substantially affect the wearing effect.
In the third region a3, a plurality of second bonded portions 5, in at least one row in the present embodiment, are formed by ultrasonically heating the waist elastic members 13, the waist side elastic members 14, and the outer sheet 10 and the inner sheet 11, and the row direction is perpendicular to the waist circumference direction.
As shown in fig. 6, the first engaging portion 4 is larger in the length direction dimension C1 than in the width direction dimension D1. The second engaging portion 5 has a length dimension C2 smaller than a width dimension D2, wherein C1 > C2 and D1 < D2. The first joint portions 4 are used to fix both ends of the waist elastic member 13 and the waist-side elastic member 14 in the longitudinal direction, and the first joint portions 4 at both ends need to have a large bonding force to fix them due to the elasticity of the elastic members, so that the length of the joint points of the first joint portions 4 at positions corresponding to the waist elastic member 13 is set to be large, thereby preventing the elastic members from falling off during wearing of the disposable pants-type wearing article. Since the second joint portions 5 are used to fix the waist elastic member 13 and the waist-side elastic member 14 in the middle region in the longitudinal direction, and need to have a weaker coupling force than the first joint portions 4 at both ends, the first joint portions 4 may be long in the longitudinal direction and short in the width direction to increase the contact area between the waist elastic member 13 and the waist-side elastic member 14 and improve the coupling force therebetween, and the second joint portions 5 may be short in the longitudinal direction and long in the width direction to have a weaker coupling force than the first joint portions 4. The area of a single said second joint 5 is smaller than the area of a single first joint 4. The number of second engagement portions 5 is greater than the number of first engagement portions 4.
In the natural state, the second region a2 and the third region A3, the outer sheet 10 and the inner sheet 11 pass through the first joint 4 and the second joint 5, and by virtue of the contraction action of the waist elastic members 13 and the waist-side elastic members 14, regular gathers are formed in the direction perpendicular to the waist circumference, each gather forming the exhaust passage 31 arranged longitudinally from the side near the crotch portion B3 to the elastic waist opening region, as shown in fig. 9. Since both ends of the outer sheet 10 are covered with the inner sheet 11, the outer sheet 10 and the inner sheet 11 are provided on the body side, only the outer sheet 10 is provided on the outer side, and the exhaust passages 31 are provided on both the body side and the outer side. When the waist elastic member 13 and the waist side elastic member 14 contract, the gathers formed on the outer side and the body side are regular, and if the respective first joined portion 4 and second joined portion 5 are spaced apart by the same distance in the waist direction, the height of the gathers is the same. Each first joint 4 includes two first welds 41, a channel is formed between the two first welds 41 of each first joint 4, the waist elastic member 13 and the waist side elastic member 14 are located in the corresponding channel, and the channel is greater than or equal to the line diameter or the width of the waist elastic member 13 and the waist side elastic member 14 in the direction perpendicular to the waist circumference direction when the waist elastic member 13 and the waist side elastic member 14 are in a state of at least twice the amount of stretch; when the waist elastics 13 and the waist side elastics 14 are contracted to a free state, the channels are smaller than the line diameters or the widths of the waist elastics 13 and the waist side elastics 14 in the direction perpendicular to the waist circumference direction.
Each second joint 5 includes two second welds 51, a channel is formed between the two second welds 51 of each second joint 5, the waist elastic members 13 and the waist side elastic members 14 are located in the channel, and the channel is greater than or equal to the line diameter or the width of the waist elastic members 13 and the waist side elastic members 14 in the direction perpendicular to the waist circumference direction when the waist elastic members 13 and the waist side elastic members 14 are in a state of at least twice the amount of stretch; when the waist elastics 13 and the waist side elastics 14 are contracted to a free state, the channels are smaller than the line diameters or the widths of the waist elastics 13 and the waist side elastics 14 in the direction perpendicular to the waist circumference direction.
As shown in fig. 4, 7, and 8, the front waistline B1 and the rear waistline B5 each have an elastic member cut region E on the side facing the crotch portion B3, and the elastic member cut region E is set to be a fourth region a 4; in the second region a2, a plurality of first bonded portions 4 are formed by ultrasonic heating between the entire waist elastic members 13 and the waist side elastic members 14 and between the outer sheet 10 and the inner sheet 11, and in this embodiment, a plurality of first bonded portions 7 are formed by ultrasonic heating between the partial waist side elastic members 14 facing one end side of the corresponding fourth region a4 in at least one row in the girth direction and between the partial waist side elastic members 14 and the outer sheet 10 and the inner sheet 11, and the region of the fourth bonded portion 7 is set to be a fifth region a 5. In the third region A3, except for the fifth region a5, a plurality of second bonded portions 5 are ultrasonically and thermally formed between the waist side elastic member 14 and the outer sheet 10 and the inner sheet 11; in the present embodiment, the plurality of the first and second support members are at least one row, and the row direction is perpendicular to the waist circumference direction; in the fourth region a4, a fifth joint 8 is formed between the outer sheet 10 and the inner sheet 11, and the fifth joint 8 is offset from the fourth joint 7 in the direction perpendicular to the girth. The fifth joint 8 is used to fix the outer sheet 10 and the inner sheet 11 in the elastic member cut region E. The fifth joint 8 may be formed by an ultrasonic method or other methods.
The fourth joint portions 7 are used to fix the waist-side elastic members 14 at the cut portions in the elastic member cut regions E. In the front waistline B1 or the rear waistline B5 region, the fourth joining portions 7 are used for fixedly joining both ends of the waist-side elastic members 14 cut by the cutter device in the longitudinal direction. Also, the elastic member is required to have a large bonding force to fix the fourth joining portions 7 at both ends thereof due to its stretchability, thereby preventing the elastic member from falling off during wearing of the disposable pants-type wearing article. Therefore, the fourth joining portion 7 is a joining point having a shape long in the longitudinal direction and short in the width direction.
Each fourth joint portion 7 includes two second weld portions 71, a channel is formed between the two second weld portions 71 of each fourth joint portion 7, the waist elastic members 13 and the waist side elastic members 14 are located in the channel, and the channel is greater than or equal to the line diameter or the width of the waist elastic members 13 and the waist side elastic members 14 in the direction perpendicular to the waist circumference direction when the waist elastic members 13 and the waist side elastic members 14 are in a state of at least twice the amount of stretch; when the waist elastics 13 and the waist side elastics 14 are contracted to a free state, the channels are smaller than the line diameter or the width of the waist elastics 13 or the waist side elastics 14 in the direction perpendicular to the waist circumference direction.
As shown in fig. 10, an auxiliary joint 9 is provided between the first joint 4, the second joint 5 and the fourth joint 7; the auxiliary engaging portion 9 is smaller in the length direction dimension C4 than in the width direction dimension D4. The length-wise dimension C4 of the auxiliary engaging part 9 is equal to or less than the length-wise dimension C2 of the second engaging part 5, and the width-wise dimension D4 of the auxiliary engaging part 9 is less than the width-wise dimension D2 of the second engaging part 5; and the longitudinal center line of any row of the first joint part 4, the second joint part 5 and the fourth joint part 7 is overlapped with the longitudinal center line of the auxiliary joint part 9. The auxiliary joint 9 is used to fix the outer sheet 10 and the inner sheet 11 at positions between the first joint 4, the second joint 5, and the fourth joint 7, so that the front waistline B1 or the rear waistline B5 is bonded more firmly. In the present embodiment, the auxiliary engaging portion 9 is a long strip pattern, but may be provided in other different patterns in practical applications.
As shown in fig. 6, 11 and 12, the patterns of the first joint 4, the second joint 5 and the fourth joint 7 are all regular patterns or irregular patterns, and the regular patterns include at least one of rectangles, triangles, diamonds, ellipses and parallelograms. The rectangular, triangular and parallelogram patterns are shown in fig. 6, 11 and 12, respectively. The first joining portion 4 and the fourth joining portion 7 are both used to fix the end positions of the elastic members, and both may adopt the same pattern, in this embodiment, the fourth joining portion 7 and the first joining portion 4 are the same pattern, or different joining patterns may be selected.

As shown in fig. 4, the first joint portion 4, the second joint portion 5, and the fourth joint portion 7 are respectively arranged in a vertical line in the width direction.
As shown in fig. 13, the first engaging portions 4 and the second engaging portions 5 are arranged in a wavy line in the width direction, respectively, and the fourth engaging portions 7 are also the same and are not shown.
As shown in fig. 14, the first joining portion 4 and the second joining portion 5 are arranged diagonally in the width direction, and the fourth joining portion 7 is also the same and is not shown.
The first joint 4, the second joint 5 and the fourth joint 7 produced by ultrasonic welding are folded at the same time on the body side and the outer side in the direction perpendicular to the waist circumference direction due to the waist elastic member 13 and the waist side elastic member 14 being contracted to a free state, and as shown in fig. 9, the product forms a plurality of regular folds, each fold forms the vent passage 31 arranged longitudinally from the side close to the crotch portion B3 to the elastic waist opening area, so that moisture produced during wearing of the disposable pants-type wearing article 100 can be discharged from the vent passages 31 with regular folds, and stuffiness is reduced.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 15 and 16, the disposable pants-type worn article 100' of the present embodiment is a disposable pants-type worn article which is developed in a plane and has a longitudinal direction and a width direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, the longitudinal direction being also referred to as MD direction, i.e., waist circumference direction, and the width direction being also referred to as CD direction, i.e., perpendicular to the waist circumference direction. In the girth direction, the disposable pants-type wearing article 100 ″ is divided into a first region a1 ', a second region a2 ', and a third region A3 ' in this order from both sides to the middle. Perpendicular to the waistline direction, a front waistline B1 ', a rear waistline B5 ' and a crotch portion B3 ' are included. The front waistline B1 'and the back waistline B5' are oppositely arranged. The crotch portion B3 ' is connected between a front waistline B1 ' and a rear waistline B5 '.
As shown in fig. 16, the disposable pants-type wearing article 100 'includes an outer sheet 10', an inner sheet 11 ', waist elastic members 13', waist side elastic members 14 ', an inner sheet 2', a fifth adhesive layer 25, and a sixth adhesive layer 26.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 15 and 16, the interior sheet 2 'extends from the front waist portion through the crotch portion B3' to the rear waist portion; the fifth glue layer 25 is arranged between the inner layer sheet 11 ' and the inner sheet 2 ' and is used for fixing the inner sheet 2 '; the two ends of the outer sheet 10 ' are respectively bent towards the side of the inner sheet 11 ' and wrap the inner sheet 11 ', a sixth glue layer 26 is formed between the region where the outer sheet 10 ' wraps the inner sheet 11 ' and the inner sheet 2 ', and the wrapping length of the region where the outer sheet 10 ' wraps the inner sheet 11 ' is set as B6 '.
The outer sheet 10 ', the inner sheet 11', and the like form an outer cover layer 1 'for covering the inner sheet 2'. The outer cladding 1 'is fixed on the inner sheet 2' inside the outer cladding 1 'in a cladding manner, the inner sheet 2' is a main body component containing an absorbent structure, and the product of the embodiment is of a three-sheet structure, namely, the inner sheet 2 'is directly wrapped by the split outer cladding 1'. The front waistline B1 ' and the back waistline B5 ' are jointed with the inner sheet 2 ' to form a three-piece product. In addition, fifth glue layers 25 are provided at both inner ends of the inner sheet 11 'for fixing the inner sheet 2'. The inner side is the body side, and the side away from the body is referred to as the outer side with respect to wearing. The outer cover 1 'includes a front waistline B1', a crotch portion B3 ', and a rear waistline B5' arranged in this order as viewed in the width direction.
The front waist B1 ' includes an outer sheet 10 ' and an inner sheet 11 ', and a plurality of waist elastics 13 ' and waist-side elastics 14 ' extending in the longitudinal direction and distributed between the outer sheet 10 ' and the inner sheet 11 '. The rear waist B5 ' includes an outer sheet 10 ' and an inner sheet 11 ', and a plurality of waist elastics 13 ' and waist-side elastics 14 ' extending in the longitudinal direction and distributed between the outer sheet 10 ' and the inner sheet 11 '. The waist-side elastic members 14 'are arranged in parallel with the waist elastic members 13'. The crotch portion B3 'includes an interior sheet 2'. The elastic member in this embodiment may be an elastic material such as a natural rubber strip (yarn) or an artificial elastic spandex yarn, and preferably an artificial elastic spandex yarn having a gauge of 470D to 1200D, and more preferably 620D to 1080D is used.
The front waistline B1 'and the back waistline B5' regions are each ultrasonically laminated with the outer sheet 10 ', the inner sheet 11', and the waistline elastic members 13 'and the waistline side elastic members 14' respectively disposed between the outer sheet 10 'and the inner sheet 11'. In order to improve the wearing comfort and softness, the front waistline B1 'and the back waistline B5' are compounded by adopting an ultrasonic process instead of a gluing mode. In the present embodiment, the outer sheet 10 'and the inner sheet 11' are spun-bonded nonwoven fabrics, and preferably have a basis weight of 10 to 25 gsm. Further, at least one of the outer sheet 10 'and the inner sheet 11' is an SMS nonwoven fabric containing M layers of extremely fine fibers to increase web uniformity and heat seal uniformity. And the SMS non-woven fabric web has good uniformity, soft hand feeling, good filtering performance and good liquid absorption performance. In the first region a1 ', side seals 3' are formed between the outer sheet 10 'and the inner sheet 11', and the waist elastic members 13 ', the waist-side elastic members 14' extend up to or not extend up to the side seals 3 ', and an effective elastic waist opening region is formed between the two sets of side seals 3' in the waist direction; the side seals 3 'are provided on both sides of the cover layer 1' to form a pants-shaped disposable wearing article.
As shown in fig. 17, a plurality of first joint portions 4 ' are formed between both end sides of the waist elastics 13 ' and the waist side elastics 14 ' in the second region a2 ' and the outer sheet 10 ' and the inner sheet 11 ' by ultrasonic heating, and the width of the second region a2 ' in the waist direction accounts for 2% to 10% of the effective width of the elastic waist opening region, and the range of the width is set so that the joint portions become hard and affect the wearing effect because the first joint portions 4 ' in the second region a2 ' have a large area and the width is too large, and the range of 2% to 10% does not substantially affect the wearing effect.
In the third region a3 ', second bonded portions 5' are formed between the waist elastic members 13 'and the waist side elastic members 14' and the outer sheet 10 'and the inner sheet 11' by ultrasonic heating. The area of a single said second joint 5 'is smaller than the area of a single first joint 4'. The number of said second joints 5 'is greater than the number of first joints 4'. A third joint part 6 'is further formed between the outer layer sheet 10' and the inner layer sheet 11 'in the first area a 1', an area of mutual overlap exists between the third joint part 6 'and the side seal part 3', and the third joint part 6 'is used for assisting in fixing the outer layer sheet 10' and the inner layer sheet 11 'in the first area a 1'. The third joint portions 6' are spaced from the elastic member in the direction perpendicular to the girth. The first region a1 ' is a seal region for sealing two finished products, and therefore, the width of the first region a1 ' in the girth direction is set to 8mm to 20mm, and the value of the range is set to a value that ensures that the effective distance of the line diameter or the width of the original state when the elastic member is restored to the free state after the waist elastic member 13 ' or the waist-side elastic member 14 ' is cut by a product cutter (cutting a pants-type wearing article continuous in the girth at the side seal portion 3 ' to form a single piece of an independent pants-type wearing article) which passes through the subsequent process, and the width is too large, so that the length space for using the girth is sacrificed, thereby preventing the use of the article. The width value mentioned above refers to the dimension in the girth direction, and the same applies hereinafter. As shown in fig. 17, the first engaging portion 4' is larger in the length-direction dimension C1 than in the width-direction dimension D1. The second engaging portion 5' has a length dimension C2 smaller than a width dimension D2, wherein C1 > C2 and D1 < D2.
In the front waistline B1 ' and rear waistline B5 ' regions, the first joint portions 4 ' are used for fixing both end sides of the waist elastic members 13 ' and the waist-side elastic members 14 ' in the longitudinal direction, and the elastic members are stretchable and the first joint portions 4 ' at both ends thereof need to have a large bonding force to fix them, so that the length of the joint portions in the first joint portions 4 ' is set to be large at the positions corresponding to the waist elastic members 13 ' and the waist-side elastic members 14 ', and the elastic members are prevented from falling off during the wearing of the disposable pants-type wearing article. Since the second joint portions 5 'are used to fix the waist elastic members 13' and the middle regions of the waist-side elastic members 14 'in the longitudinal direction, and need only have a weaker bonding force than the first joint portions 4' at both ends, the first joint portions 4 'may be joint points having a shape that is long in the longitudinal direction and short in the width direction, and the second joint portions 5' may be joint points having a shape that is short in the longitudinal direction and long in the width direction.
The joint points of the first joint portions 4 ' are distributed on both sides in the width direction of the waist elastic member 13 ' and the waist side elastic member 14 '. Specifically, each first joint 4 'includes two first welds 41', and a channel is formed between the two first welds 41 'of each first joint 4', the waist elastic members 13 'and the waist side elastic members 14' are located in the corresponding channels, and when the waist elastic members 13 'and the waist side elastic members 14' are in a state of at least twice the amount of stretch, the channel is greater than or equal to the line diameter or the width of the waist elastic members 13 'and the waist side elastic members 14' in the direction perpendicular to the waist circumference direction; when the waist elastics 13 'and the waist side elastics 14' are contracted to a free state, the channels are smaller than the line diameter or the width of the waist elastics 13 'and the waist side elastics 14' in the direction perpendicular to the waist direction.
Each second joint 5 'includes two second welds 51' forming a channel between the two second welds 51 'of each second joint 5', in which the waist elastic members 13 'and the waist-side elastic members 14' are located, the channel being equal to or greater than the line diameter or the width of the waist elastic members 13 'and the waist-side elastic members 14' in the direction perpendicular to the waist circumference direction when the waist elastic members 13 'and the waist-side elastic members 14' are in a state of being stretched at least twice; when the waist elastics 13 'and the waist side elastics 14' are contracted to a free state, the channels are smaller than the line diameter or the width of the waist elastics 13 'and the waist side elastics 14' in the direction perpendicular to the waist direction.
As shown in fig. 18, the front waistline and the rear waistline have elastic member cut regions E on both sides facing the crotch portion B3 ', that is, regions for cutting the waist-side elastic members 14' are formed at positions where the inner sheet 2 'intersects with the waist-side elastic members 14', respectively, and the elastic member cut regions E 'are set to be fourth regions a 4'. In the second region a2 ', a plurality of first bonded portions 4 ' are formed by ultrasonic heating between the entire waist elastic members 13 ' and the waist side elastic members 14 ' and the outer sheet 10 ' and the inner sheet 11 ', and a plurality of fourth bonded portions 7 ' are formed by ultrasonic heating between the partial waist side elastic members 14 ' and the outer sheet 10 ' and the inner sheet 11 ' toward one end side of the corresponding fourth region a4 ', and the region of the fourth bonded portion 7 ' is set to be a fifth region a5 '. In this embodiment, the plurality of the first and second support members are at least one row, and the row direction is perpendicular to the waist circumference direction. In the third region A3 ', except for the fifth region a 5', a plurality of second bonded portions 5 'are ultrasonically and thermally formed between the waist-side elastic member 14' and the outer sheet 10 'and the inner sheet 11';
the fourth joint portions 7 ' are used to fix the waist-side elastic members 14 ' at the cut portions in the elastic member cut regions E '. The fourth engaging part 7 'has a length dimension C3 greater than its width dimension D3, wherein C3 > C2 and D3 < D2, compared to the second engaging part 5'. In the front waistline B1 'and the rear waistline B5' regions, the fourth joining portions 7 'are used for fixedly joining both ends of the waist-side elastic members 14' cut by the cutter device in the longitudinal direction. Also, the elastic member is required to have a large bonding force at the fourth bonded portions 7' at both ends thereof due to its elasticity, thereby preventing the elastic member from falling off during wearing of the disposable pants-type wearing article. Therefore, the fourth joining portion 7' is a joining point having a shape long in the longitudinal direction and short in the width direction.
Each fourth bond 7 'includes two second welds 71', and a channel is formed between the two second welds 71 'of each fourth bond 7', in which the waist elastic 13 'and the waist-side elastic 14' are located, the channel being equal to or greater than the line diameter or the width of the waist elastic 13 'and the waist-side elastic 14' in the direction perpendicular to the waist circumference direction when the waist elastic 13 'and the waist-side elastic 14' are in a state of being stretched at least twice; when the waist elastics 13 'and the waist side elastics 14' are contracted to a free state, the channels are smaller than the line diameter or the width of the waist elastics 13 'and the waist side elastics 14' in the direction perpendicular to the waist direction.
The ultrasonic welding-generated first joint 4 ', second joint 5', fourth joint 7 'generates wrinkles on both the body side and the outer side in the direction perpendicular to the waist circumference direction due to the contraction of the waist elastic member 13' and the waist side elastic member 14 'to a free state, and as shown in fig. 20, the product forms regular wrinkles each forming the vent passage 31' arranged longitudinally from the side near the crotch portion B3 'to the elastic waist opening area, so that moisture generated during wearing of the disposable pants-type wearing article can be discharged from the vent passage 31' having the regular wrinkles, reducing stuffiness.
The fourth joint portion 7 'and the first joint portion 4' are both end portions of the fixed elastic member, and both may adopt the same pattern.
As shown in fig. 19, there are auxiliary joint portions 9 'between the first joint portions 4', the second joint portions 5 ', and the fourth joint portions 7' of the adjacent two rows; the auxiliary engaging portion 9' has a length dimension C4 smaller than a width dimension D4. The length dimension C4 of the auxiliary engaging part 9 'is equal to or less than the length dimension C2 of the second engaging part 5', and the width dimension D4 of the auxiliary engaging part 9 'is less than the width dimension D2 of the second engaging part 5'; and the longitudinal centre line of any column of the first joint part 4 ', the second joint part 5' and the fourth joint part 7 'is overlapped with the longitudinal centre line of the auxiliary joint part 9'. The auxiliary joint 9 'is used to fix the outer sheet 10' and the inner sheet 11 'at positions between the first joint 4', the second joint 5 ', and the fourth joint 7', so that the front waistline B1 'and the rear waistline B5' are more firmly bonded. In the embodiment, the auxiliary engaging portion 9' is a long strip pattern, but may be arranged in other different patterns in practical applications.
In the elastic member cut region E ', that is, the fourth region a4 ', a fifth joint portion 8 ' is formed between the outer sheet 10 ' and the inner sheet 11 ', and the fifth joint portion 8 ' is offset from the fourth joint portion 7 ' in the direction perpendicular to the girth direction. The fifth joint 8 'is used to fix the outer layer sheet 10' and the inner layer sheet 11 'in the elastic member cut region E'.
In this embodiment, the patterns of the first joint portions 4 ', the second joint portions 5 ' and the fourth joint portions 7 ' in the front waistline B1 ' and the rear waistline B5 ' are the same as those in embodiment 1, and are regular patterns or irregular patterns, and the regular patterns include at least one of rectangles, triangles, diamonds, ellipses and parallelograms; the first joint parts 4 ', the second joint parts 5' and the fourth joint parts 7 'respectively form a plurality of columns in the direction perpendicular to the girth direction, and the first joint parts 4', the second joint parts 5 'and the fourth joint parts 7' respectively form a plurality of rows in the girth direction; the first joint 4 ', the second joint 5 ', and the fourth joint 7 ' of each row are in a straight line, which is perpendicular or not perpendicular to the waist-surrounding direction, or in a wavy line or other curved line. The ultrasonic welding range of the front waistline B1 'and the rear waistline B5' is set as B7 ', which respectively has a certain corresponding relation with the wrapping length B6' at two sides of the outer wrapping layer 1 ', and generally, the wrapping length B6' of the outer wrapping layer 1 'is not less than 2/3 × B7', and B6 'is not less than B7'. In the second region a2 ' and the third region A3 ', the outer sheet 10 and the inner sheet 11 are folded in the direction perpendicular to the waist direction by the contraction of the waist elastics 13 ' and the waist side elastics 14 ', and each fold forms an exhaust passage 31 ', which is cut at the position S ' -S ' in fig. 15 to obtain the structure shown in fig. 20. Since both ends of the outer sheet 10 'are covered with the inner sheet 11', the outer sheet 10 'and the inner sheet 11' are provided on the body side, and only the outer sheet 10 'is provided on the outer side, and the exhaust passages 31' are provided on both the body side and the outer side. In the case where the waist elastics 13 'and the waist side elastics 14' contract, the gathers formed on the outer side and the body side are regular, and if the respective first bonded portions 4 'and second bonded portions 5' are spaced apart by the same distance in the waist direction, the height of the gathers is the same.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
