Description

Pillow (Ref. TM.) with a heat-insulating layer
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a pillow, and more particularly to a pillow that can provide a sense of covering the head and can effectively support the neck.
Background
The pillow is bedding which is padded under the head when people sleep. The most common pillow is made by sewing two pieces of shell fabric with elastic fillers, which may be cotton, down or sponge. Because the pillow has elasticity, people can conveniently adjust the head position to obtain the best comfortable use posture and sleep well all night. In addition, since the filling material has high air permeability, moisture evaporated from the head is not accumulated in the pillow, thereby giving a pleasant feeling to the head. If the pillow is not used during sleeping, the head of the patient is directly contacted with the tied bed boards, which is very uncomfortable. A suitable pillow is a necessity for everyone to sleep.
In order to make people sleep more comfortably, the pillow has many improvements, such as adding the traditional Chinese medicine in the pillow filler, so that people can receive natural organic components in the traditional Chinese medicine to sleep better; some pillows use natural latex as a filling material instead, and the most comfortable position of people in sleep is maintained by utilizing the slow-delay rebound characteristic of the latex, so that the pressure of the head, the shoulders and the neck can be released. It can be said that any pillow improvement is designed for a person with a specific need. The pillow is widely used, such as a natural latex pillow, and the price is not good. Therefore, many manufacturers strive to develop a flat-valued multipurpose pillow to meet the needs of most people.
Returning to the use requirement of the pillow, the functions desired by most people are not much like the relaxed feeling of the head and neck when in use, which can be divided into two directions to look at: the soft material of the pillow can cover the neck and support the neck to relieve the pressure on the neck. Because the flexibility and rigidity of the pillow are often difficult to coordinate, the existing pillow structure needs to be specially improved to meet the requirements of consumers. Therefore, the utility model is born.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In order to meet the aforementioned needs, the present invention provides an innovative pillow. The pillow consists of an upper fabric, a middle fabric, a lower fabric, a filler, N upper partition fabrics and M lower partition fabrics, wherein N and M are positive integers greater than or equal to 2, the edges of the upper fabric and the middle fabric are sewn, the N upper partition fabrics are fixedly sewn on the upper fabric and the middle fabric along a first direction to form N +1 upper partitions, the filler is filled in each upper partition, and the density of the filler in the upper partitions close to two side edges is higher than that of the filler in other upper partitions; the lower fabric and the edge of the middle fabric are sewn, the M lower partition fabrics are fixedly sewn on the lower fabric and the middle fabric along a second direction to form M +1 lower partitions, each lower partition is filled with the filler, and the density of the filler in the lower partition close to two side edges is higher than that of the filler in other lower partitions; the first direction is substantially perpendicular to the second direction.
According to the utility model discloses, this upper portion compartment cloth can be net cloth, cotton, burlap, silk, nylon, leather, chemical fiber cloth or blended fabric, and this lower part compartment cloth does be net cloth, cotton, burlap, silk, nylon, leather, chemical fiber cloth or blended fabric. The filler can be plastic pipe, rice hull, tea, latex, sponge, foam, down, cotton or artificial fiber. The upper fabric, the middle fabric or the lower fabric can be made of cotton cloth, linen, silk, nylon, leather, chemical fiber cloth or blended cloth, and can be the same or different.
In one embodiment, when N is a positive even integer greater than 4, the packing density in an odd number of upper compartments from one side is greater than the packing density in an adjacent upper compartment.
The filling materials with different densities are filled in the compartments formed by the upper compartment cloth and the lower compartment cloth in the pillow, so that a user can respectively enjoy the soft covering feeling of the pillow and the design of supporting the neck when using different sides of the pillow, and the requirements are met.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the drawings and specific embodiments, illustrative embodiments and description of which are provided herein to explain the invention, but not as a limitation thereof.
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic view of a pillow 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The pillow 1 is composed of an upper fabric 10, a middle fabric 20, a lower fabric 30, a filler, 2 upper compartment fabrics 40 and 2 lower compartment fabrics 50. According to the spirit of the present invention, the number of the upper partition cloth 40 and the lower partition cloth 50 is not limited to 2. And N and M are respectively possible, wherein N and M are positive integers greater than or equal to 2. When N or M is greater than 2, the pillow to which it is applied is a double pillow or a special-shaped pillow, which will be described in another embodiment. Note that, in fig. 1, for convenience of description, the filler is not drawn; in practice, however, the space formed by the upper fabric 10, the middle fabric 20, the lower fabric 30, the upper compartment fabric 40 and the lower compartment fabric 50 is filled with the filling material, which is the substantial support of the pillow 1. Since the upper partition fabric 40, the lower partition fabric 50 and a part of the middle fabric 20 are hidden by the upper fabric 10, these hidden parts are shown in a perspective view in a dotted line for the sake of understanding.
According to the utility model, the material of the upper fabric 10, the middle fabric 20 or the lower fabric 30 can be one of cotton cloth, linen, silk, nylon, leather, chemical fiber cloth or blended cloth, and can be the same or different with each other, so as to be better for ventilation. In addition, the upper partition cloth 40 is a mesh cloth, which allows air to freely flow and elastic deformation without allowing the filler to freely move on both sides. In practice, the upper partition fabric 40 may also be cotton, hemp, silk, nylon, leather, chemical fiber fabric or blended fabric. Similarly, the lower partition cloth 50 may be made of mesh cloth, cotton cloth, hemp cloth, silk, nylon, leather, chemical fiber cloth, or blended cloth. In the present embodiment, down is used as the filling material in order to give a soft and elastic face feeling to the user using the pillow 1. In other embodiments, the filling material may be plastic tubing, rice hulls, tea, latex, sponge, foam, cotton or rayon, or the like.
The pillow 1 is characterized by the following. Referring to fig. 1, the edges of the upper fabric 10 and the middle fabric 20 are sewn together, and 2 upper partition fabrics 40 are sewn on the upper fabric 10 and the middle fabric 20 along a first direction (as shown by arrows) to form 3 (2 + 1) upper partitions (a first upper partition 11, a second upper partition 12, and a third upper partition 13), each of which is filled with the above-mentioned filling material. Wherein the packing density in the upper compartments (the first upper compartment 11 and the third upper compartment 13) near both sides is higher than that in the other upper compartment (the second upper compartment 12). The use of the density differences of the fillers will be referred to together in the following instructions. Similarly, the lower fabric 30 and the middle fabric 20 are sewn together, and 2 lower partition fabrics 50 are sewn on the lower fabric 30 and the middle fabric 20 along a second direction (as shown by arrows) to form 3 (2 + 1) lower partitions (a first lower partition 31, a second lower partition 32, and a third lower partition 33), each of which is filled with the filler. Wherein the lower compartments (the first lower compartment 31 and the third lower compartment 33) near both sides have a packing density higher than that of the other lower compartment (the second lower compartment 32). Since fig. 1 is itself a perspective view, the first direction is not perpendicular to the second direction; in practice, the first direction and the second direction are substantially perpendicular to each other when viewed from the top. That is, the direction of sewing each upper compartment fabric 40 is approximately perpendicular to the direction of sewing each lower compartment fabric 50.
Please refer to fig. 2, which is a schematic view of the upper part of the pillow 1. When a person uses the pillow 1 with the upper portion facing upward, the pillow 1 has an appearance that a first upper protruded section 111 (corresponding to the first upper compartment 11), a second upper protruded section 121 (corresponding to the second upper compartment 12), and a third upper protruded section 131 (corresponding to the third upper compartment 13) are sequentially formed from left to right, and each upper protruded section is formed because the corresponding upper compartment is filled with the filling material and is expanded but limited by the seam allowance and/or the upper compartment cloth 40. When a person lies on the pillow 1, the head will naturally easily "slide" over the second upper raised area 121 (or lie directly over the second upper raised area 121 while sleeping) due to the lower density of the filling in the second upper compartment 12, which is prone to being trapped by external forces. At this time, since the first upper protruding section 111 and the third upper protruding section 131 are "hard" with respect to the second upper protruding section 121, the head is closely attached to the head from the side when the head sinks toward the second upper protruding section 121, and the skin of the head is gently covered. This is one way of using the pillow 1.
Please refer to fig. 3, which is a schematic view of the lower part of the pillow 1. When a person uses the pillow 1 with the lower portion facing upward, the pillow 1 has an appearance that a first lower protruded section 311 (corresponding to the first lower compartment 31), a second lower protruded section 321 (corresponding to the second lower compartment 32), and a third lower protruded section 331 (corresponding to the third lower compartment 33) are sequentially formed from top to bottom, and each lower protruded section is formed by being expanded due to filling material filled in the corresponding lower compartment and limited by the seam weld and/or the lower compartment fabric 50. When a person lies on the pillow 1, the head is positioned approximately at the second lower raised area 321 and the neck is positioned approximately at the third lower raised area 331. The second lower raised area 321 is susceptible to being trapped by the head due to the lower density of the fill material in the second lower compartment 32. However, the density of the filling material in the third lower compartment 33 is higher, and the third lower protruding section 331 can be raised relative to the second lower protruding section 321 to support the neck, thereby securing and protecting the neck. Therefore, in terms of feeling, the head and the neck are supported by the lower protruding areas with different 'strength', unlike the head and the neck which are not supported by the common pillow, the problem that the pressure is concentrated to the neck is easily caused, and the sleeping quality is affected. This is another way of using the pillow 1.
As mentioned above, according to the present invention, the number of the upper partition cloth 40 and the number of the lower partition cloth 50 may be N and M, respectively. When N is a positive integer greater than 2, such as 3, 4, 5 …, this has the effect of allowing the pillow to be divided into more upper raised areas and the head has more space to rotate, but is still sandwiched by the two outermost upper raised areas, and similarly when M is a positive integer greater than 2, such as 3, 4, 5 …, the pillow can be divided into more lower raised areas. When the head is arranged on more than two lower protruding areas, the pressure of the head can be dispersed to different lower protruding areas, and the feeling is more comfortable; at the same time, the neck is supported by one of the two lower raised areas at the outermost side, and is not affected.
According to the utility model, the pillow can be not only a personal pillow, but also a double pillow. Technically, the number of upper raised areas (or upper compartments) can be increased to make different types of pillows. However, in order to enable two people to share the advantages of the present invention, when N is a positive even integer greater than 4, an improved approach is required: the packing material density in an odd number of upper compartments from one side is higher than the packing material density in the adjacent upper compartments. For a better understanding of this, please see fig. 4.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of a pillow 2 according to another embodiment of the present invention. In this figure, the number N of upper compartment cloths 40 is 4, so 5 (4 + 1) upper compartments (a fourth upper compartment 14, a fifth upper compartment 15, a sixth upper compartment 16, a seventh upper compartment 17 and an eighth upper compartment 18) are formed. The number of lower compartments is not changed. In this embodiment, the fourth upper compartment 14, the sixth upper compartment 16 and the eighth upper compartment 18 have a packing density greater than that of the adjacent upper compartment, i.e., the packing density of the fifth upper compartment 15 and the seventh upper compartment 17 is smaller than that of the upper compartments on opposite sides. Thus, when two persons sleep, their heads can be placed on the upper protruding areas of the fifth and seventh upper compartments 15 and 17, respectively, and are wrapped by the upper protruding areas of the fourth and sixth upper compartments 14 and 16, and the upper protruding areas of the sixth and eighth upper compartments 16 and 18, respectively, so as to enjoy a soft wrapping feeling. With respect to the inversion of the pillow 2, the heads of two persons may be simultaneously placed in the central lower raised area and the necks supported by the lower raised areas of the edges, as in the previous embodiment.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the above embodiments, it is not intended to limit the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make various changes and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
