A conventional led (light Emitting diode) lamp generally includes a plastic lamp body, a heat sink, a face ring, a reflective cup, and other parts, and the lamp has a complex structure and high material cost and processing cost.

The beneficial effects of the embodiment of the application are as follows: the plastic lamp body is an integrally formed plastic piece, the heat dissipation installation part of the plastic lamp body can be used for installing the light source board, and heat generated by the light source board is transmitted to the outer surface through the inner surface of the heat dissipation installation part and is dissipated into the air. The light reflecting part is used for reflecting the light which is not directly emitted out of the lamp through the lampshade to pass through the lampshade again and finally leave the lamp. The surface ring part is used for shielding a gap between the lamp and the ceiling. The plastic lamp body integrated with the heat dissipation installation part, the light reflection part and the surface ring part can realize the functions of heat dissipation, light reflection and surface ring decoration, simplifies the structure of the lamp and reduces the assembly difficulty of the lamp.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present application provides a lamp, which includes a plastic lamp body 1, a light source board 2 installed in the plastic lamp body 1, and a lamp shade 3 connected to the plastic lamp body 1; the plastic lamp body 1 comprises a heat dissipation mounting part 11, a light reflecting part 12 which surrounds the heat dissipation mounting part 11 and is connected with the heat dissipation mounting part 11, and a surface ring part 13 which is connected with the light reflecting part 12; the light source plate 2 is mounted on the heat dissipation mounting part 11, the light reflecting part 12 is annular, and the inner diameter of the light reflecting part 12 gradually increases from the heat dissipation mounting part 11 to the surface annular part 13.
In the embodiment of this application, plastic lamp body 1 is integrated into one piece's working of plastics, and plastic lamp body 1's heat dissipation installation department 11 can be used to install light source board 2, and the heat that light source board 2 produced transmits to the surface and gives off to the air through the internal surface of heat dissipation installation department 11, and then still realizes the heat dissipation of light source when realizing the light source installation. The reflecting portion 12 is used for reflecting the light which is not directly emitted out of the lamp through the lampshade 3 to pass through the lampshade 3 again, and finally leaves the lamp, so that the utilization rate of a light source is improved. The face ring portion 13 is used for shielding a gap between the lamp and the ceiling when the lamp is installed. The plastic lamp body 1 integrated with the heat dissipation installation part 11, the light reflection part 12 and the face ring part 13 can realize the functions of heat dissipation, light reflection and face ring decoration, simplifies the structure of the lamp and reduces the assembly difficulty of the lamp.
Specifically, the light reflecting portion 12 and the surface ring portion 13 may also dissipate heat generated by the light source. For example, the Light source Board 2 may be a COB Light source (Chip On Board Light). The face ring part 13 is turned over edge-shaped, and extends from the position connected with the reflecting part 12 as a starting point in a cambered surface manner to form, so that the gap is shielded when the lamp is installed on a ceiling, and the appearance attractiveness of the lamp is improved due to the certain radian of the lamp.
Referring to fig. 2, as another embodiment of the lamp provided by the present application, a heat conducting glue is disposed between the light source board 2 and the heat dissipation mounting portion 11, so that the light source board 2 and the heat dissipation mounting portion 11 are in close contact, and heat can be rapidly transferred to the heat dissipation mounting portion 11.
Referring to fig. 2, as another embodiment of the lamp provided by the present application, the inner surface of the light reflecting portion 12 is provided with a light reflecting coating, which may be a light reflecting coating with a smooth surface in the prior art, so that light rays that cannot be emitted out of the lamp after being reflected by the lampshade 3 are reflected again to the direction of the lampshade 3 and are emitted out of the lamp through the lampshade 3, thereby improving the optical efficiency of the whole lamp.
Referring to fig. 4, as another embodiment of the lamp provided by the present application, the outer surface of the heat dissipation mounting portion 11 has heat dissipation fins 14, which may be a protrusion structure integrally formed with the heat dissipation mounting portion 11 on the outer surface of the heat dissipation mounting portion 11, or a groove structure.
Referring to fig. 2-3, as another embodiment of the lamp provided by the present application, the annular portion 13 is clamped with the lamp shade 3, so that the lamp can be quickly and conveniently mounted.
Referring to fig. 2, as another embodiment of the lamp provided by the present application, the surface ring portion 13 is provided with a clamping protrusion, and the lamp shade 3 is provided with a clamping groove 31 adapted to the clamping protrusion; it will be appreciated that the positions of the snap projections and snap recesses 31 may be interchanged.
Referring to fig. 2, as another embodiment of the lamp provided by the present application, the heat dissipation mounting portion 11 is provided with a plurality of positioning pillars 15, and the light source plate 2 is provided with positioning holes 21 adapted to the positioning pillars 15. Light source board 2 can be discoid, and many reference columns 15 can be located same circumference, can provide comparatively firm location to light source board 2.
Referring to fig. 2, as another embodiment of the lamp provided by the present application, a connection through hole is formed in the light source board 2, a connection threaded hole is formed in the heat dissipation mounting portion 11, a first screw 4 is disposed between the light source board 2 and the heat dissipation mounting portion 11, and the first screw 4 penetrates through the connection through hole and is in threaded connection with the connection threaded hole. The first screws 4 can also transfer heat of the light source board 2 to the heat dissipation mounting part 11 while passing through the locking force.
Referring to fig. 2 to fig. 3, as another specific embodiment of the lamp provided by the present application, two torsion springs 5 are installed on the lamp body, and the two torsion springs 5 are disposed oppositely. When the lamp is installed, the torsion spring 5 is contracted, so that the torsion spring 5 penetrates through the installation hole in the ceiling, then the force applied to the torsion spring 5 is relieved, the torsion spring 5 is restored to the original state and cannot penetrate through the installation hole, and the lamp is installed on the ceiling.
Referring to fig. 2-3, as another embodiment of the lamp provided by the present application, a connecting member 6 is disposed between the torsion spring 5 and the lamp body, the connecting member 6 includes a horizontal plate 61 fixedly connected to the lamp body, and a vertical plate 62 connected to the horizontal plate 61; the vertical plate 62 is provided with a hook 63, and the torsion spring 5 is mounted on the vertical plate 62 through the hook 63. Pulling the circular ring part of the torsion spring 5 main body, the hook 63 on the vertical plate 62 can be inserted into the torsion spring 5, and the pressure to the torsion spring 5 is relieved to avoid the hook 63 from being separated from the torsion spring 5, so that the hook 63 and the torsion spring 5 can be quickly disassembled and assembled. The horizontal plate 61 and the vertical plate 62 form a predetermined angle therebetween, and may specifically be 90 degrees.
Referring to fig. 2-3, as another embodiment of the lamp provided by the present application, a horizontal plate 61 is provided with a mounting through hole, a lamp body is provided with a mounting threaded hole, and a second screw is provided between the horizontal plate 61 and the lamp body; the second screw penetrates through the mounting through hole and is in threaded connection with the mounting threaded hole.
