Most of the existing endoscopic surgeries use sector-shaped drag hooks to expose operative fields, the sector-shaped drag hooks mainly expose the operative fields through traction, and various tissues in a body are easy to be injured in the moving and adjusting process, so that postoperative recovery of a patient is not facilitated; the rib spreader is used for exposing the operative field, the rib needs to be spread, rib fracture is easily caused, tissue necrosis is easily caused by long-time pressing of incision tissue, and great damage is brought to a patient and the patient is irretrievable.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides a special barrier device for exposing a minimally invasive surgery field.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention has simple structure and reasonable design, and the operation forceps are inserted into the minimally invasive incision to deform the deformation strip according to actual needs, so that the enclosure device body is bent, the internal tissue and organ of a patient can be pushed away, discharged and ejected, the operation field is better exposed and expanded, and the successful completion of the operation is facilitated.
And secondly, operating by using the operation forceps to deform any section of the deformation strip, wherein the deformation strip is made of an aluminum sheet material or a soft steel wire, the deformation effect is good, the deformable range of the enclosure device is expanded, and the enclosure device is suitable for the exposure of various operation fields.
The volume of the enclosure device is small after being rolled up, and the enclosure device can extend into the chest and the abdominal cavity from a small incision, and the volume of the enclosure device is increased after being injected with water through a water pipe, so that the enclosure device can block other tissues and organs, separate an operation field from internal organs and tissues and help effectively and clearly expose the operation field;
the invention has simple structure, reasonable design and strong practicability, improves the success rate of the endoscopic surgery, has no traction damage to the internal blocked organs, avoids the injury and pain of the patient caused by the existing fan-shaped drag hook device or rib distraction device, and is beneficial to the later recovery of the patient.

Detailed Description
In order to further understand the object, structure, feature and function of the present invention, the present embodiment will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1, 2 and 3.
The invention provides a special enclosure device for exposing a minimally invasive surgery field, which comprises an enclosure device body 1, wherein the enclosure device body 1 comprises an enclosure front piece 2, an enclosure rear piece 3, a bottom piece 21 and a left side piece and a right side piece 22, the enclosure front piece 2, the enclosure rear piece 3, the bottom piece 21 and the side pieces 22 are in seamless connection, and a hollow accommodating cavity 5 is formed in the enclosure front piece 2, the enclosure rear piece 3, the bottom piece 21 and the side pieces 22 after the enclosure front piece, the enclosure rear piece 3, the bottom piece 21 and the side pieces 22 are in seamless connection; the side piece 22 is inserted into the embedded pipe 11, the outer wall of the embedded pipe 11 is in seamless connection with the side piece 22, the top end of the embedded pipe 11 is connected with the water pipe 12, the embedded pipe 11 is made of a material with moderate hardness and is tightly connected with the side piece 22, and the situation that the water pipe 12 which is soft is directly inserted into the side piece 22 and water leakage is easy to occur is avoided.
In practical application, when the enclosure device body 1 is in a non-water-injection state, a doctor rolls the enclosure device body 1 outside the body of a patient into a cylinder with the diameter less than 1cm, and the cylinder is clamped by an operation clamp and sent into the body of the patient from a minimally invasive incision as shown in fig. 3; after the enclosure device body 1 enters the body of a patient, an operation clamp is used for unfolding the enclosure device body, the top end of the water guide pipe 12 is connected with a water injection device, liquid enters the accommodating cavity 5 through the water guide pipe 12 and the inserting pipe 11, and the enclosure device body 1 is stretched, so that tissue organs around an operation field can be pushed away or pushed open as shown in figure 1, and the movable tissue organs are prevented from sliding into the operation field to influence the operation; after the operation, the negative pressure suction device is connected at the top end of the water pipe 12, after the negative pressure suction device is opened, the liquid in the accommodating cavity 5 is pumped away, and then the shrunken enclosure device body 1 is coiled into a cylinder with the diameter smaller than 1cm by the operation forceps, so that the patient is moved out of the minimally invasive incision.
Furthermore, the front enclosing barrier piece 2 and the rear enclosing barrier piece 3 are trapezoids with smooth transition edges, and the left and right side pieces 22 are triangles without edges and corners; the edge of the whole enclosure device is smooth and has no edges and corners, so that the internal tissues of the body of a patient are prevented from being scratched; the structure of the enclosure device body 1 with the trapezoid structure is stable, the bottom sheet 21 is in a round-corner rectangular shape and has a certain width, and the enclosure device body 1 can be supported in a water injection state, so that an ideal enclosure effect is achieved.

Furthermore, the bottom sheet 21 is made of frosted materials, tissue fluid and tissue organs in the patient body are smooth, the bottom sheet 21 is placed in the patient body, the frosted materials can play a role in skid resistance, and the stability of the enclosure device body 1 in the operation process is guaranteed.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a liquid stopper 121 is provided at a portion of the water tube 12 exposed to the outside of the patient's body. In the operation process, the liquid stopping clamp 121 is clamped on the water through pipe 12, so that the water injection state of the enclosure device body 1 is always kept, and the liquid in the accommodating cavity 5 cannot flow out; after the operation is finished, the liquid stopping clamp 121 is opened, the negative pressure suction device is connected with the water pipe 12 to suck the liquid in the accommodating cavity 5, and the liquid stopping clamp 121 is arranged at the part of the water pipe 12 exposed out of the patient body, so that the operation of a doctor is facilitated.
