Furthermore, the upper part of the water inlet 2-1 on the first film layer 2 is provided with a sealing strip 2-0 capable of being repeatedly pasted as required to seal the water inlet 2-1, so that after an external sharp object enters the water inlet to press the arc-shaped elastic sheet 2-2, water in the single-row water filling column 5 flows out.
As shown in FIG. 6, the one-way inflation valve 6-1 comprises an air inlet 3-1 and a one-way check valve 3-2 located on the second film layer 3; the one-way check valve 3-2 comprises a first outer membrane 3-211, a second outer membrane 3-212, a first inner membrane 3-221 which is overlapped with and adhered to the first outer membrane 3-211, a second inner membrane 3-222 which is overlapped with and adhered to the second outer membrane 3-212, and an inflation channel 3-23 communicated with the air inlet 3-1, wherein the other end of the inflation channel is closed by mutual overlapping of electrostatic adhesion force of the tail end of the first inner membrane 3-221 and the tail end of the second inner membrane 3-222, when the inflation is carried out, the pressure of an inflation device is larger than the electrostatic adhesion force of the tail end of the first inner membrane 3-221 and the tail end of the second inner membrane 3-222, so that the other end of the inflation channel is opened and filled with air, when the inflation is finished, the tail end of the second inner membrane 3-222 is forced to return to the position adhered to the tail end of the first inner membrane 3-221 by the internal, and because of the electrostatic adhesion force between the tail end of the first inner membrane 3-221 and the tail end of the second inner membrane 3-222, the other end of the air charging channel is in a closed state, and the air cannot overflow.
As shown in FIG. 4, the single row of columns 5 and 6 forming the same row are sealed at one heat seal fold 1-51 between the first film layer 2 and the third film layer 4 and one heat seal fold 1-52 between the fourth film layer 7 and the second film layer 3, and there are 2 heat seal folds 1-5 in a direction perpendicular to the plane of overlap of the first film layer 2, the third film layer 4, the fourth film layer 7 and the second film layer 3 at one heat seal fold 1-5: heat seal fold points 1-51 and heat seal fold points 1-52. The number of the heat-seal folding points of the single-row water charging columns 5 in the same row and the number of the heat-seal folding points of the single-row air charging columns 6 in the same row are the same, and the number of the heat-seal folding points 1-5 of the row in which the single-row water charging columns 5 and the single-row air charging columns 6 are located can be set according to the requirements of the lengths and the number of the foldable sections of the single-row water charging columns 5 and the single-row air charging columns.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the heat-seal folding points 1-5 are oval, the major diameter direction of the heat-seal folding points is perpendicular to the length direction of the single row of water-filled columns 5 and the single row of air-filled columns 6, a water passage 5-2 is reserved between the two ends of the major diameter and the side wall of the water-filled column 5, and a gas passage 6-2 is reserved between the two ends of the major diameter and the side wall of the air-filled column 6, so that water or gas can be filled into the sections of the single row of water-filled columns 5 and the single row of water-filled columns 6 separated by the heat-seal folding points 1-5 respectively.
Furthermore, the number of the heat-seal folding points of the single column of the water-filled column and the single column of the air-filled column can be set according to the requirements of the length of the single column of the water-filled column and the air-filled column and the number of the foldable sections, the columns of different columns can be provided with different numbers of heat-seal folding points,

In this case, the number of the heat-seal folding points 1 to 51 of the single row of the air-filled columns 5 in the same row is larger than the number of the heat-seal folding points 1 to 52 of the single row of the air-filled columns 6 in the same row.
When the goods to be transported need extremely low and better refrigeration effect during packaging, the surface which is refrigerated or frozen and is provided with the plurality of single-row water charging columns 5 is selected to be tightly attached to the goods to be transported to wrap, and then the surface which is provided with the plurality of single-row air charging columns 6 is used as an outer layer, so that the low temperature of the plurality of single-row water charging columns 5 with low temperature can be directly tightly attached to and transferred to the goods to be transported, the surface which is provided with the plurality of single-row air charging columns 6 is wrapped on one layer of the plurality of single-row water charging columns 5 with low temperature, and the air in the plurality of single-row air charging columns 6 is utilized, thereby avoiding the direct heat exchange between an external heat source and the plurality of single-row water charging columns 5 with; in this case, the number of the heat-seal folding points 1 to 52 of the single row of the air-filled columns 6 in the same row is larger than the number of the heat-seal folding points 1 to 51 of the single row of the air-filled columns 5 in the same row. The condition can ensure that the low temperature of the single-row water filling columns 5 keeps the conveyed article at the low temperature for a long time, slows down the rate of heat exchange with the outside, can keep the low temperature for a long time while quickly cooling the conveyed article, and prevents the articles from being damaged, the liquid in the conveyed articles from leaking, the conveyed articles from being cracked and the like caused by external collision, thereby having the technical effects of killing three birds with one stone.
While the invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, various modifications may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the invention. In particular, the technical features mentioned in the embodiments can be combined in any way as long as there is no structural conflict. The present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments disclosed herein, but encompasses all technical solutions falling within the scope of the claims.

Claims (10)

1. A reusable air column bag for a cold chain comprises a bag body (1) and is characterized in that the bag body (1) consists of a plurality of film layers, a first heat sealing seam (1-1) and a second heat sealing seam (1-2) which are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the bag body, a plurality of rows of folding seams (1-3) and a fluid filling area (1-4), wherein the film layers comprise a first film layer (2) and a second film layer (3);
multiple lines of folding seams (1-3) are arranged at intervals in the bag body, so that a plurality of upper single-line inflatable columns (5) and a plurality of lower single-line inflatable columns (6) are respectively formed among the multiple film layers;
the left side and the right side of the bag body are respectively provided with a first heat sealing seam (1-1) and a second heat sealing seam (1-2) so that the plurality of film layers are tightly connected to form a closed bag body (1);
the fluid filling area (1-4) of the bag body (1) comprises a plurality of one-way water filling valves (5-1) positioned at the upper parts of the single-row water filling columns (5) and a plurality of one-way air filling valves (6-1) positioned at the upper parts of the air filling columns (6);
the unidirectional water filling valve (5-1) comprises a water inlet (2-1) positioned on the first film layer (2), an arc-shaped elastic sheet (2-2) positioned at the lower part of the water inlet (2-1), and a first sealing strip (2-3) and a second sealing strip (2-4) which are positioned at two sides of the arc-shaped elastic sheet (2-2);
the arc-shaped elastic piece (2-2) is arched upwards;
the first sealing strip (2-3) and the second sealing strip (2-4) are axially symmetrical about the middle point of the water inlet and are respectively clamped and sealed with the two ends of the arc-shaped elastic sheet (2-2);
the one-way inflation valve (6-1) comprises an air inlet (3-1) and a one-way check valve (3-2) which are positioned on the second film layer (3);
the water inlet direction of the water inlet (2-1) of the one-way water filling valve (5-1) in the same column is opposite to the air inlet direction of the air inlet (3-1) of the one-way air filling valve (6-1).

The reusable air column bag for cold chain as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first sealing strip clamping end (2-31) of the first sealing strip (2-3) and the arc-shaped elastic piece (2-2) is an arc-shaped clamping end with a downward recess, and the second sealing strip clamping end (2-4) and the second sealing strip clamping end (2-41) of the arc-shaped elastic piece (2-2) are arc-shaped clamping ends with a downward recess.

A reusable cold chain air column bag according to claim 1 wherein the number of said plurality of film layers is 3, said plurality of film layers comprising a first film layer (2), a second film layer (3) and a third film layer (4), said third film layer (4) being located between said first film layer (2) and said second film layer (3); form a plurality of single row water columns (5) of inflating of upper strata between first thin layer (2) and third thin layer (4), form a plurality of single row of lower floor between third thin layer (4) and second thin layer (3) and inflate post (6).

The reusable air column bag for cold chain as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of the plurality of film layers is 4, the plurality of film layers comprise a first film layer (2), a second film layer (3), a third film layer (4) and a fourth film layer (7), the fourth film layer (7) is tightly connected with the third film layer (4), a plurality of single-row water-filled columns (5) on the upper layer are formed between the first film layer (2) and the third film layer (4), and a plurality of single-row water-filled columns (6) on the lower layer are formed between the fourth film layer (7) and the second film layer (3).
5. A reusable air column bag for cold chain according to claim 4 wherein said third film layer (4) and said fourth film layer (7) are fixedly attached by heat sealing or removably attached by adhesive backed or bonded non-woven.
6. A reusable cold chain air column bag according to any of claims 3-5 wherein said first film layer (2) is further provided with a re-attachable seal (2-0) above said water inlet (2-1).

The reusable cold chain air column bag according to claim 1, wherein the single row of air column (5) and the single row of air column (6) of the bag body (1) are further provided with a plurality of heat-sealing folding points (1-5), and the heat-sealing folding points (1-5) separate the single row of air column (5) and the single row of air column (6) into a multi-segment foldable structure;
the heat-seal folding points (1-5) seal all the multilayer films forming the single row of the inflatable columns (5) and the single row of the inflatable columns (6) into one point; or the single column of the water-filled columns (5) and the single column of the water-filled columns (6) are formed by sealing a point between every two adjacent films of the multi-layer film, and a plurality of heat-sealing folding points (1-5) are arranged in the vertical direction of the overlapped planes of the same column of the multi-layer film.

A reusable cold chain air column bag according to claim 7 wherein when there are a plurality of heat seal folding points (1-5) in the direction perpendicular to the overlapping plane of the multilayer film, the number of heat seal folding points of said single row of air column (5) is greater than the number of heat seal folding points of said single row of air column (6), or the number of heat seal folding points of said single row of air column (6) is greater than the number of heat seal folding points of said single row of air column (5), or the number of heat seal folding points of said single row of air column (6) is equal to the number of heat seal folding points of said single row of air column (5).
9. A reusable cold chain air column bag according to claim 7 wherein said heat seal fold (1-5) is oval with the major diameter perpendicular to the length of said single column of columns (5, 6).
10. The reusable cold chain air column bag according to claim 9, wherein a water passage (5-2) is left between the two ends of the long diameter of the heat-seal folding point (1-5) and the side wall where the single row of water-filled columns (5) is located; and an air passage (6-2) is reserved between the two ends of the long diameter of the heat-seal folding points (1-5) and the side wall where the single-row inflatable column (6) is located.
