Description

Horizontal gravity self-closing check valve capable of preventing peculiar smell smoke from flowing backwards
Technical Field
The utility model relates to an environmental protection technical field specifically is a horizontal gravity self-closing check valve that can prevent that peculiar smell flue gas from flowing backward.
Background
In order to prevent the pollution of peculiar smell of smoke, modern high-rise buildings mostly adopt an exhaust system with natural wind sharing an air duct. In the prior art, the general exhaust system of a high-rise building is constructed as shown in fig. 1 (B is natural wind airflow), and the exhaust system of a high-rise building is generally composed of an air inlet with a ventilation grate, a vertical common exhaust duct (vertical shaft) and an air outlet with a rain-proof cap, wherein the natural wind rising in the vertical common exhaust duct is formed by a temperature difference effect, the natural wind in the vertical common exhaust duct has the basic characteristics of flowing airflow, and has both static pressure and dynamic pressure on the inner wall of the vertical common exhaust duct, and when the airflow in the vertical common exhaust duct flows upwards and directionally under the chimney effect, the kinetic energy of the resultant airflow is presented, and the value size of the kinetic energy of the resultant airflow is Ev =1/2v ρ (unit) J/M3Where v is the wind speed and ρ is the air density.
According to the formula, the air flow energy Ev is in direct proportion to the square of the air speed, the air speed v of the natural air in the vertical shared exhaust duct is directly related to factors such as the real-time air temperature, the atmospheric pressure, the environmental wind direction and the like under the condition that hardware conditions are not changed, and when the vertical shared exhaust duct is in an ideal condition in which the air quantity of the air outlet is equal to the air quantity of the air inlet except the air inlet and the air outlet, namely sigma is achievedAir inflow amountAnd (5) gas output.
In high-rise buildings, a vertical common exhaust duct in an exhaust system consists of a main duct (main duct) and n branch ducts (sub-ducts), and the main duct has the function of collecting dirty smoke and foul air discharged by the branch ducts and then discharging the dirty smoke and foul air from an exhaust outlet at the upper end of the main duct (main duct).
Other modern high-rise buildings will be fitted with a common duct exhaust system with vertical self-drooping damper valves. The air exhaust structure of the air exhaust system with the common air duct is shown in fig. 2 (in the figure, a represents indoor exhaust foul air, a' represents indoor exhaust horizontal foul air, B represents natural air flow in the air duct, and C represents foul air exhausted outside a building), in daily life, people usually select a check valve capable of preventing air flow and smoke from flowing backwards to prevent external oil smoke foul air from entering the indoor along the common air duct (commonly called tainted odor and back smoke) in order to better eliminate kitchen oil smoke, peculiar smell and moisture in a toilet.
However, the above two structures have many defects, for example, the common air duct exhaust system with the vertical self-hanging type air door valve can not discharge indoor peculiar smell smoothly, but can make dirty smoke in the common air duct enter the room through the vertical self-hanging type baffle check valve arranged at the branch pipeline opening. The phenomenon of foul air flowing backwards goes against the original intention of people to install the check valve. As shown in fig. 2, the baffle of the vertical self-hanging check valve installed at the air passage opening of the common air passage is subjected to several different forces after being combined with the common air passage: 1. the baffle plate can be pushed rightwards when the exhaust fan is started; 2. the baffle is pushed by the static pressure (leftwards) of the main air duct; 3. the baffle is subjected to the adsorption force of negative pressure generated by airflow flowing in the main air duct.
As is well known, the flowing air flow has the characteristic of no hole entering and drilling in the seam, so when the exhaust fans in the N chambers are not started (taking the N chambers as an example), the check valve baffle is in an open state as long as the suction force of the negative pressure in the vertical shaft is not less than the gravity closing force of the self-hanging baffle of the baffle (or the positive pressure in the left branch pipeline is greater than the negative pressure in the right main pipeline). At this time, the dirty smoke exhausted by the N-1 layer branch exhaust fans and the lower layer branch exhaust fans enters the N chamber along the main air duct and along the gap of the self-hanging baffle plate of the N chamber which is slightly opened outwards, so that the root of the phenomenon of back flow and odor tainting in the toilet is caused. This is the least desirable result we have.
And moreover, when the indoor exhaust fans with the N layers work, the directions of the dirty smoke and turbid airflow discharged from the exhaust openings and the ascending airflow B of the common air duct form an approximately 90-degree right angle, and the initial section forms larger wind resistance to the airflow B by the transverse airflow, just like a small cap is buckled on the natural wind head. If the power of the N-chamber exhaust fan is larger, or if a plurality of exhaust fans are arranged on the N +1 upper layer and the transverse main air duct exhausts air at the same time, the situation is worse. The consequence of this phenomenon is that turbulence is formed in the main air duct below the N layer, which directly affects the effect of the lower layer of the main air duct for discharging the dirty smoke.
In summary, the common vertical gravity self-closing check valve for air exhaust in the market at present can not effectively solve many problems existing in the common air duct of high-rise buildings, such as: 1. under the condition of not starting the air conditioner, pressure difference exists on two sides of the baffle plates of the main air duct and the branch air duct vertical gravity self-closing check valve, the pressure difference can slightly open the vertical baffle plate which is supposed to be closed towards the direction of the main air duct on the negative pressure side, and dirty smoke and foul air discharged from the lower layer of the common air duct can form backward flow along the slightly opened gap, so that the odor tainting phenomenon occurs in a room without an exhaust fan. 2. The branch pipelines of the N + exhaust and smoke exhaust fans which are longitudinally arranged in the shared air duct can generate a plurality of strands of transverse air flows, and a large wind resistance is formed on the ascending air flow of the main air duct, so that the main air duct generates a turbulent flow phenomenon, and the discharge of dirty smoke in the lower N-household room is seriously hindered. 3. When the indoor exhaust fan runs, the baffle of the vertical gravity self-closing check valve installed on the branch of the common air duct is simultaneously influenced by the thrust from the exhaust fan and the static pressure in the main air duct, and the static pressure is opposite to the thrust direction of the indoor exhaust fan. This will affect the opening of the baffle to a certain extent and reduce the indoor air discharge.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
To the above purpose, the utility model provides a can prevent that horizontal gravity self-closing check valve that peculiar smell flue gas flows backward. Has the advantages of novel concept, ingenious design, excellent effect, low cost and simple implementation.
In order to realize the purpose, the technical scheme of the utility model is that:
a horizontal gravity self-closing check valve capable of preventing peculiar smell flue gas from flowing backwards comprises an air valve panel, an air inlet and an exhaust hood, wherein the air valve panel is vertically arranged, the air inlet is arranged on the left side of the air valve panel and can horizontally intake air on the left side, and the exhaust hood is arranged on the right side of the air valve panel and is communicated with the air inlet through a connecting channel; the exhaust hood is provided with an air outlet which vertically and upwards exhausts air on the top plate, an air valve baffle which can be closed by gravity is arranged in the inner cavity of the exhaust hood, the left end of the air valve baffle is hinged to the right side face of the air valve panel, and the right end of the air valve baffle is pressed against the right side plate of the exhaust hood under the action of gravity to block a connecting channel between the air outlet and the air inlet.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the width of the air valve baffle plate is larger than that of the inner cavity of the exhaust hood so that the air valve baffle plate is in a state of being obliquely crossed with the horizontal plane when being pressed on the right side plate of the exhaust hood.
As a further improvement to the technical scheme, the exhaust hood is of a right-angled trapezoid structure, the width of the lower portion of the exhaust hood is smaller than that of the upper portion of the exhaust hood, and the air valve baffle is located at the right-angled portion of the upper portion of the exhaust hood.
As a further improvement to the technical scheme, an air valve baffle rotating shaft is arranged on the right side face of the air valve panel, and the air valve baffle is hinged to the air valve panel through the air valve baffle rotating shaft.
As a further improvement to the technical scheme, a positioning baffle is arranged on the right side plate of the exhaust hood so that the air valve baffle can be pressed against the positioning baffle when the connecting channel is closed.
As a further improvement to the above technical solution, a sealing frame is arranged on the right side surface of the air valve panel, and the sealing frame is positioned on the air inlet to avoid interference with the air inlet; and sealing strips are arranged on the sealing frame and the positioning baffle plate to ensure the sealing between the air valve baffle plate and the exhaust hood.
As a further improvement to the technical scheme, the distance between the top plate of the exhaust hood and the rotating shaft of the air valve baffle is smaller than the length of the air valve baffle so as to ensure that the included angle between the exhaust hood and the horizontal plane is smaller than 90 degrees when the exhaust hood exhausts, and further ensure that the air valve baffle can fall down immediately when the exhaust hood does not exhaust to close the connecting channel.
Compared with the prior art, the utility model has the advantages and positive effect be:
the utility model discloses a horizontal gravity self-closing check valve, the difference with prior art lies in that the blast gate baffle is in horizontal state to there is a less contained angle with the horizontal plane, so not only can save the thrust that the blast gate baffle was opened to indoor fan, also enable when indoor fan is out of work, the blast gate baffle is in time closed under the action of gravity, also can not be because of indoor exhaust fan under the condition of not opening, the blast gate baffle has the phenomenon of opening a little, the dirty muddy gas of dirty gas in having avoided sharing wind channel flows backward and the emergence of cluster flavor phenomenon. The exhaust hood not only provides a proper supporting platform for the horizontal air valve baffle and can enable indoor dirty smoke to turn upwards to blow open the air valve baffle when passing through the exhaust hood, and the dirty smoke and other dirty smoke in the main air duct and other dirty smoke are harmoniously and mutually upwards exhausted smoothly after flowing through the exhaust outlet.
When the indoor exhaust fan works, the polluted smoke and the turbid gas discharged outwards in the room can be immediately mixed with other rising polluted smoke and turbid gas in the shared air duct and rapidly discharged through the branch pipeline (the sub-air duct), the air supply opening, the exhaust hood and the horizontal air valve baffle plate. In the process, the directions of the turbid air discharged from the branch air ducts and other turbid air flows in the main air duct are approximately the same, and there is no intersection generated on the angle difference, so that it can be considered that the air flows discharged from the N branches hardly generate wind resistance on the ascending air flow of the main air duct. This is a big feature of the horizontal gravity self-closing check valve of the utility model. When the foul air discharged by the N-chamber exhaust fan flows through the air valve baffle, the foul air is blown off by the air valve baffle, and the resistance of gravity to the air flow is overcome, and the foul air is not subjected to the resistance from other directions of the main air duct.
The horizontal gravity self-closing check valve of the utility model has the advantage of large exhaust volume under the condition of using the exhaust fan with the same power, or can be said to be electric energy saved under the condition of the same exhaust volume. The method has the following three advantages: 1. the problem of dirty smoke and foul air backward flow caused by the fact that a check valve baffle plate arranged on a main air duct is opened when the N indoor exhaust fan does not work is solved, and the problem of taint of odor between air duct rooms of all branches of a shared air duct is solved. 2. Because the utility model discloses an exhaust hood, when exhausting, the indoor dirty gas of dirty cigarette of N can be discharged to rising in the exhaust hood adversion, and can not produce horizontal windage to the rising foul gas air current in the shared pipeline, when having avoided the use simultaneously of many branches of exhaust fans, the not good problem of effect is aired exhaust in total wind channel. 3. In contrast, in the case of using the same power exhaust fan, the exhaust amount is increased to make the exhaust effect of the foul smoke better.
The utility model discloses a mainly used if adopted fire-resistant or metal material preparation in the system of airing exhaust, discharging fume in sharing wind channel the utility model discloses horizontal gravity self-closing check valve can regard as the branch road fire prevention valve of the system of discharging fume in sharing wind channel to use. The utility model discloses also can use the environment of removing the flavor of discharging fume in the bathroom in multi-storey building sharing wind channel and kitchen, also can be used to need each branch road wind channel environment room of airing exhaust in vertical sharing wind channel place that needs mutual isolation each other. Has the advantages of novel concept, ingenious design, excellent effect, wide application, low cost, simple implementation and the like. If the check valve is made of flame-retardant or metal materials, the check valve can be used as a fire-proof valve on a room air duct.
