After the new filter element 4 is embedded into the fixing column 91, the upper cover plate 7 is fixed through the flange, and then the filter element can work again. Meanwhile, the upper part of the filter element 3 can be provided with an elastic device, so that the position of the filter element 4 can be adjusted and fixed by pressing down the filter element 4 through the upper cover plate 7.
