Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of the battery module according to the present invention, which is similar to some conventional battery modules in that the module is integrally injection-molded to form a battery holder 3, the battery holder 3 is formed with a plurality of battery insertion holes 301 penetrating vertically, and the battery insertion holes 301 are arranged in a matrix. A ring of annular inner flanges 302 protruding radially inward are integrally arranged on the wall of the battery insertion hole 301, and the annular inner flanges 302 divide the battery insertion hole 301 into an upper hole section 301a and a lower hole section 301b located at two axial sides (i.e., upper and lower sides) of the battery insertion hole 301. A battery series elastic piece for connecting adjacent batteries (i.e., an upper battery cell and a lower battery cell described later) in series is fitted into the upper hole section 301 a. The battery series connection elastic sheet comprises a round bottom sheet 1201, a downward convex bulge 1201a is formed in the middle of the bottom sheet 1201, and a plurality of upward extending elastic claws 1202 which are distributed at intervals around the bottom sheet are arranged at the outer edge of the bottom sheet 1201. The spring claws 1202 are abutted and contacted with the hole walls of the upper hole section 301a, the bottom plate 1201 is abutted and contacted with the annular inner flange 302 vertically, and the lower bulge 1201a in the middle of the bottom plate 1201 downwards penetrates through the central hole of the annular inner flange 302 and extends into the lower hole section 401 b. The upper and lower sides of the battery holder 3 are respectively disposed with an upper battery cell 4 and a lower battery cell 5. The upper battery monomer 4 and the lower battery monomer 5 are both steel shell batteries with positive upper end faces and negative shells. By "steel-can battery", it is meant that the housing of the battery is steel. The upper end surface of the battery is positively charged, and the shell is negatively charged, so that the upper end surface of the battery is electrically connected with the positive electrode of the battery inner core and is used as a positive electrode output terminal of the battery; and the shell of the battery is electrically connected with the negative electrode of the battery inner core and is a negative electrode output terminal of the battery. The lower end of the upper battery cell 4 is inserted downward into the upper hole section 301a of the battery insertion hole 301, and the lower end of the upper battery cell 4 presses each of the claws 1202 on the series elastic piece radially outward, so that the claws 1202 are radially clamped between the housing of the lower end of the upper battery cell 4 and the hole wall of the upper hole section 301a — the claws 1202 are pressed and elastically deformed. Thus, each of the claws 1202 on the series elastic sheet abuts against and is connected to the housing at the lower end of the upper battery cell 4, and applies a large clamping force to the housing at the lower end of the upper battery cell 4, thereby not only fixing the position of the upper battery cell 4, but also realizing the conductive connection between the housing (cathode) of the upper battery cell 4 and the series elastic sheet. The upper end of the lower battery monomer 5 is upwards inserted into the lower hole section 301b of the battery insertion hole 301, and the upper end surface (positive pole) of the lower battery monomer 5 is welded with the lower protrusion 1201a extending into the lower hole section 301b, so that the position of the lower battery monomer 5 is fixed, the conductive connection between the upper end surface (positive pole) of the lower battery monomer 5 and the series elastic sheet is realized, and the upper battery monomer 4 and the lower battery monomer 5 are connected in series by means of the series elastic sheet.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the key improvement of the present embodiment is: the series elastic sheet is of a double-layer structure and is composed of an inner-layer steel sheet 1 and an outer-layer aluminum sheet 2. Wherein, steel sheet 1 includes: the inner layer bottom sheet 101 is integrally and upwards extended from the outer edge of the inner layer bottom sheet, and a plurality of inner layer elastic claws 102 are arranged at intervals around the inner layer bottom sheet. The aluminum sheet 2 includes: the outer layer bottom piece 201 is integrally and upwards extended from the outer edge of the outer layer bottom piece, and a plurality of outer layer elastic claws 202 are arranged around the outer layer bottom piece at intervals. The inner backsheet 101 and the outer backsheet 201 are placed against each other and secured to each other to collectively form the backsheet 1201 described above. The inner layer finger 102 and the outer layer finger 202 are placed against each other and fixed to each other to form the aforementioned finger 1202.
It can be seen that the steel sheet 1 (specifically the inner layer spring claw 102 on the aluminum sheet 1) which is in direct contact with the aluminum shell of the upper battery cell 4 is the inner layer, the steel-steel contact, and the potential difference is basically zero.
In this embodiment, the upper end surfaces of the upper battery cell 4 and the lower battery cell 5 (particularly, the lower battery cell) are made of aluminum. It is understood that if the lower protrusions 1201a are also made of aluminum, the potential difference at the connection part of the lower battery cell 5 and the lower protrusions 1201a of the series connection elastic sheet is the smallest, and the welding of the upper end surface of the lower battery cell 5 and the lower protrusions 1201a of the series connection elastic sheet is more convenient (aluminum-aluminum welding). Therefore, in this embodiment, the structure of the series elastic sheet is further optimally designed: as shown in FIG. 4, a lower protrusion II 201a protruding downward is punched in the middle of the outer backsheet 201, and the lower protrusion II 201a is the above-mentioned lower protrusion 1201 a. The lower protrusion II 201a is a part of the outer bottom sheet 201 and is made of aluminum.
If the thickness of the lower bulge II 201b is larger, welding is not used, and for this reason, a through hole II 101b located right above the lower bulge II 201b is formed in the middle of the inner layer bottom sheet 101 in the embodiment.
If the upper end surfaces of the upper battery cell 4 and the lower battery cell 5 (especially, the lower battery cell) are made of steel in this embodiment. It is preferable that the lower protrusions 1201a are made of steel so that the potential difference at the junction of the lower battery cell 5 and the lower protrusions 1201a of the series connection spring plate is minimized, and the welding of the upper end surface of the lower battery cell 5 and the lower protrusions 1201a of the series connection spring plate is facilitated (steel-steel welding). In this case, we can perform the design of fig. 5 on the series elastic sheet: a downward convex lower bulge I101 a is punched in the middle of the inner layer bottom sheet 101, a through hole I201 b is formed in the middle of the outer layer bottom sheet 201, and the lower bulge I101 a penetrates out of the through hole I201 b downwards. The lower projection I101 a penetrating through the through-hole I201 b is the above-mentioned lower projection 1201a, and the lower projection I101 a is a part of the inner sheet 101 and is made of steel.
The inner bottom sheet 101 and the outer bottom sheet 201 may be welded or riveted. The inner layer latch claw 102 and the outer layer latch claw 202 may be welded or riveted.
The steel sheet 1 is made of stainless steel.
The inner layer bottom sheet 101 and the outer layer bottom sheet 102 are generally in the shape of a circle (without a through hole) or a circular ring (with a through hole I201 b and a through hole II 101 b).
The above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical concepts and features of the present application, and the purpose of the embodiments is to enable people to understand the content of the present application and implement the present application, and not to limit the protection scope of the present application. All equivalent changes and modifications made according to the spirit of the main technical scheme of the application are covered in the protection scope of the application.
