The application discloses a beverage package with a straw, and relates to daily necessities. A beverage package with straw comprising: a container, a closure or lid, and a straw. The container is used for containing beverage. The cover or lid is sealed or fixedly connected to the opening of the container. The straw is placed in the container, one end of the straw with the corrugated section is positioned at the bottom of the container in a bent shape at the corrugated section, the top end of the other end of the straw is positioned at the opening when the straw is not opened, the other end of the straw is pressed when the straw is opened, and the other end of the straw bounces up under the action of reverse elasticity of the bent part of the straw and the tension of the corrugated section and extends out of the opening of the container to be drunk by a drinker. the straw is provided with a corrugated section at one head, the corrugated section has tension, the straw is placed in the container, one end of the straw with the corrugated section is bent at the corrugated section and is positioned at the bottom of the container, the straw is configured in such a way that when the sealing cover or the cover is not opened, the top end of the other end of the straw is positioned at the opening of the container, the straw is further configured in such a way that when the sealing cover or the cover is opened, the other end of the straw is pressed, and the other end of the straw bounces up under the action of the reverse elasticity of the bent part of the straw and the tension of the corrugated section and extends out of the opening of the container to be drunk by a drinker.

Detailed Description
Figure 1 is a schematic exploded view of parts of a beverage package with a straw according to one embodiment of the present application, wherein the straw is not pressed. FIG. 2 is a schematic block diagram of a pipette being depressed and sprung according to one embodiment of the present application. Figure 3 is a schematic exploded view of another drinking container with a straw according to one embodiment of the present application, wherein the lid is not included and the straw is not being pressed. Figure 4 is a schematic exploded view of another beverage package with a straw according to one embodiment of the present application, wherein the straw is not depressed.
As shown in fig. 1, and also referring to fig. 2-4, the present embodiment provides a beverage package with a straw, comprising: container 10, closure 20 or cap 30 and straw 40. The container 10 has a closed housing with an opening 11 for holding a beverage. The beverage can be mineral water, various fruit juices, coffee, etc. The closure 20 is enclosed at the opening 11 of the container 10, the cap 30 is fixedly attached at the opening 11 of the container 10, and both the closure 20 and the cap 30 are configured to destructively open the closure 20 or the cap 30 when drinking the beverage. The suction pipe 40 has a corrugated section 41 at one end thereof, and the corrugated section 41 itself has a tension. The straw 40 is placed in the container 10, and the straw 40 with the corrugated section 41 is bent approximately 90 degrees at one end at the corrugated section (see fig. 1), and is located at the bottom of the container 10. The straw 40 is configured such that the top end of the other end of the straw 40 is located at the opening 11 of the container 10 when the closure 20 or the cap 30 is not opened. Referring to fig. 1, the straw 40 is further configured to press the other end of the straw 40 when the cap 20 or the cap 30 is opened, and referring to fig. 2, the other end of the straw 40 is bounced up and extended from the opening 11 of the container 10 under the action of the reverse elasticity of the bent portion and the tension of the corrugated portion 41, and the bent portion has an obtuse angle for drinking.
As shown in fig. 1, the beverage package with straw of the present application can be transported to a drinker along with the beverage since the straw 40 is provided with the straw 40 and the straw 40 is placed inside the container 10. As shown in fig. 2, when the drinking container is used, the drinking straw 40 is extended from the container 10 by the self-rebounding force of the drinking straw 40 only by pressing the drinking straw 40. As shown in fig. 4, the container 10 is a can, the opening 11 of the container 10 is a ring-opening of the can, and the beverage package includes a closure 20. The closure 20 is sealed at the open mouth of the can.
Further, as shown in fig. 1-4, a snap 12 is provided at the position of the opening 11 in the container 10 for fixing the end of the other end of the straw 40 at the position of the opening 11 in the container 10, so as to conveniently fix the straw 40 in the container 10 and prevent the straw 40 from drifting.

Since the beverage can be directly drunk through the straw 40 without lowering or sideways drinking, it is convenient for the drinker to use. Since the straw 40 is inside the container 10 until it is not in use, the possibility of dust accumulation or contamination is avoided, which is a safety and hygienic advantage.

the straw is provided with a corrugated section at one head, the corrugated section has tension, the straw is placed in the container, one end of the straw with the corrugated section is bent at the corrugated section and is positioned at the bottom of the container, the straw is configured in such a way that when the sealing cover or the cover is not opened, the top end of the other end of the straw is positioned at the opening of the container, the straw is further configured in such a way that when the sealing cover or the cover is opened, the other end of the straw is pressed, and the other end of the straw bounces up under the action of the reverse elasticity of the bent part of the straw and the tension of the corrugated section and extends out of the opening of the container to be drunk by a drinker.
2. The beverage package with straw according to claim 1, wherein the container is a bottle, the opening of the container is a bottle mouth, the beverage package comprises the cap, and the cap is connected with the bottle mouth through threads.
3. The beverage package with straw of claim 1, wherein the container is a cup, the opening of the container is a cup, and the beverage package comprises a lid.
4. The beverage package with straw according to claim 1, wherein the container is a can, the opening of the container is a ring opening of the can, and the beverage package comprises a cover.
5. Beverage package with straw according to any of claims 2-4, characterised in that a snap is provided at the opening position in the container for fixing the end of the other end of the straw at the opening position of the container.
6. A beverage package with a straw, comprising:
a container having an open closed housing for holding a beverage;
a closure or lid, enclosed at or fixedly attached to the opening of the container, configured to destructively open the closure or lid when drinking the beverage; and
the straw is provided with a corrugated section at one end, the corrugated section has tension per se, the straw is in a straight pipe shape, one end of the straw with the corrugated section is fixed at the bottom surface of the sealing cover or the cover, the straw is contained in the container when the sealing cover or the cover is not opened, the straw is separated from the container along with the sealing cover or the cover when the sealing cover or the cover is opened, and the straw is taken down for a drinker to drink.
7. The beverage package with straw according to claim 6, wherein the container is a bottle, the opening of the container is a bottle mouth, the beverage package comprises the cap, and the cap is connected with the bottle mouth through threads.
