When the suspension arm 12 is installed, the two bridging plates 211 of the rotating shaft 21 are placed in the two mounting grooves 121, and then the screws are sequentially threaded through the through holes of the bridging plates 211 and the threaded holes of the mounting grooves 121 and screwed into the threaded holes, so that the installation between the rotating shaft 21 and the suspension arm 12 is completed. Optionally, the threaded hole may be a blind hole or a through hole.
