In another embodiment, after the locking screw 1 is screwed through the second upper fixing screw hole 3201 and the second lower fixing screw hole 3211 of the dual rod fixing block 32 by using a special tool, the lower screw part 13 and the nail head 14 of the locking screw 1 sequentially pass through the second upper fixing screw hole 3201 and are implanted into the bone, the upper screw part 12 of the locking screw 1 is screwed into the second lower fixing screw hole 3211, the screw cap 11 of the locking screw 1 abuts against the second upper fixing screw hole 3201, and as the screwing range of the upper screw part 12 of the locking screw 1 screwed into the screw cap 11 and the second upper fixing screw hole 3201 gradually increases, the screw cap 11 is completely fitted and accommodated in the second upper fixing screw hole 3201 of the dual rod fixing block 32.
The upper screw-connection portion 12 is connected with the screw cap 11, the upper screw-connection portion 12 is designed to have a double thread, and the double thread of the upper screw-connection portion 12 is screwed with the thread of the lower fixing screw-connection hole of the fixing block 3 to prevent the locking screw 1 from falling off or being pulled out from the fixing block 3.
In one embodiment, after the locking screw 1 is inserted through the first upper fixing threaded hole 3101 and the first lower fixing threaded hole 3111 of the single rod fixing block 31, the lower threaded portion 13 and the head 14 of the locking screw 1 sequentially pass through the first lower fixing threaded hole 3111 and then are implanted into the bone, the upper threaded portion 12 of the locking screw 1 is threaded into the first lower fixing threaded hole 3111, and the upper threaded portion 12 of the locking screw 1 is fully threaded into the first lower fixing threaded hole 3111 along with the full abutment of the nut 11 of the locking screw 1 and the first upper fixing threaded hole 3101, so that the upper threaded portion 12 is fully threaded into the first lower fixing threaded hole 3111 of the single rod fixing block 31.
In another embodiment, after the locking screw 1 passes through the second upper fixing threaded hole 3201 and the second lower fixing threaded hole 3211 of the dual rod fixing block 32, the lower threaded portion 13 and the head 14 of the locking screw 1 sequentially pass through the second lower fixing threaded hole 3211 and then are implanted into the bone, the upper threaded portion 12 of the locking screw 1 is threadedly engaged with the threads in the second lower fixing threaded hole 3211, and the upper threaded portion 12 of the locking screw 1 is completely threadedly engaged with the second lower fixing threaded hole 3211 along with the complete abutment of the nut 11 of the locking screw 1 and the second upper fixing threaded hole 3201, so that the upper threaded portion 12 is completely threadedly engaged with the second lower fixing threaded hole 3211 of the dual rod fixing block 32.
The lower screw joint part 13 is connected with the upper screw joint part 12, the lower screw joint part adopts a single-thread design, the single-thread of the lower screw joint part 13 is used for being connected with bones, the holding force and the fixing effect are enhanced, and the diameter of the lower screw joint part 13 is smaller than that of the upper screw joint part 12.
In particular, the single thread is a cortical bone thread for implantation into bone.
The nail head 14 is connected with the lower screw-connection part 13, the nail head 14 is provided with more than one self-tapping blade 141, the cross section and the longitudinal section of the self-tapping blade 141 are arc-shaped, and the self-tapping blade 141 is used for rapidly cutting the bone and implanting the lower screw-connection part 13 of the locking screw 1 into the fracture part accurately
In one embodiment, after the locking screw 1 is inserted through the first upper fixing screw hole 3101 and the first lower fixing screw hole 3111 of the single-rod fixing block 31, the self-tapping blade 141 of the nail head 14 is driven by the nut 11 of the locking screw 1 to cut the bone, and the lower screw part 13 of the locking screw 1 is driven to be screwed into the bone by a single thread; the upper screw-coupling portion 12 is inserted into the first lower edge portion 311 of the single-rod fixing block 31 by means of a double-thread screw after passing through the first upper edge portion 310 of the single-rod fixing block 31, and the nut 11 of the locking screw 1 abuts against the first upper edge portion 310 of the single-rod fixing block 31, so that the first upper edge portion 310 and the first lower edge portion 311 of the single-rod fixing block 31 are engaged and fastened together with the further screwing of the upper screw-coupling portion 12 into the first lower edge portion 311 of the single-rod fixing block 31, and the first upper edge portion 310 and the first lower edge portion 311 are engaged and fixed with the connecting rod 2 inserted between the first upper edge portion 310 and the first lower edge portion 311.
The process of inserting the locking screw 1 through the fixing screw hole of the double rod fixing block 32 and cutting the bone is the same as the above-mentioned process, and will not be repeated.

And then moving the whole fixing device to the surface of a bone at the fracture position, marking the position of an implanted screw in advance according to the fracture condition, sliding the single-rod fixing block 31 and/or the double-rod fixing block 32 at the middle part to the marked screw position, assembling the single-rod fixing block and/or the double-rod fixing block with special-shaped blocks at two sides of the fracture position, and screwing the locking screws 1 in sequence to fix the fixing device on the bone after assembling. Specifically, after the locking screw 1 is inserted through the second upper fixing threaded hole 3201 and the second lower fixing threaded hole 3211 of the dual-rod fixing block 32, a special tool is used to screw the quincunx mounting hole on the upper surface of the screw cap 11, the screw head 14 drives the tapping blade 141 to cut the bone under the driving of the screw cap 11, and drives the lower threaded part 13 to be screwed into the bone at the fracture site by using a single thread, meanwhile, the upper threaded part 12 is inserted through the second upper fixing threaded hole 3201 and then enters the second lower fixing threaded hole 3211, the double threads of the upper threaded part 12 are screwed with the fastening threads in the second lower fixing threaded hole 3211, the screw cap 11 abuts against the second upper fixing threaded hole 3201, the second side opening 322 of the dual-rod fixing block 32 is further pressed downwards along with the screw cap 11, until the screw cap 11 completely abuts against the second upper fixing threaded hole 3201, and the gap of the second side opening 322 changes, meanwhile, the dent on the lower surface of the screw cap 11 presses and fixes the connecting rod 2 through the symmetrically arranged second cross holes 324, so that the locking screw 1 realizes complete occlusion fixation with the double-rod fixing block 32 and the connecting rod 2. The locking screws 1 are inserted into the single-rod fixing block 31 located in the middle of the fixing device and the double-rod fixing blocks 32 located at the two ends of the fixing device in sequence according to the same steps and are fixed.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiment, when the double-rod fixing blocks 32 at the two ends of the fixing device are fixed, the locking nuts that are previously placed in the double-rod fixing blocks are removed and fixed by using the locking screws 1.

the connecting rod includes in order: the first rod body, the second rod body and the third rod body; the first rod body, the second rod body and the third rod body are integrally arranged;
the first rod body of the connecting rod is inserted into the special-shaped block; the fixed block includes: the single-rod fixing block and the double-rod fixing block;
the single-rod fixing block comprises a first upper edge part, a first lower edge part and a first connecting rod through hole;
the first upper edge part is positioned at the upper end of the single-rod fixing block and comprises a first upper fixing threaded hole, and the hole wall of the first upper fixing threaded hole is a smooth curved surface;
the first lower edge part is positioned at the lower end of the single-rod fixing block and comprises a first lower fixing threaded hole, a fastening thread is arranged on the hole wall of the first lower fixing threaded hole, and the hole diameter of the first lower fixing threaded hole is smaller than that of the first upper fixing threaded hole;
the first connecting rod through hole is positioned between the first upper edge part and the first lower edge part of the single-rod fixing block;
the single-rod fixing block is inserted into the second rod body of the connecting rod by utilizing a through hole of the first connecting rod;
when the connecting rod is inserted into the first connecting rod through hole, the locking screw penetrates through the first upper fixing threaded hole and the first lower fixing threaded hole, the locking screw abuts against the first upper fixing threaded hole, and the locking screw is in threaded connection with the first lower fixing threaded hole, so that the locking screw extrudes the first upper edge part and the first lower edge part, and the connecting rod is tightly fixed in the first connecting rod through hole of the single-rod fixing block;
the double-rod fixing block comprises a second upper edge part, a second lower edge part and two second connecting rod through holes;
the second upper edge part is positioned at the upper end of the double-rod fixing block and comprises a second upper fixing threaded hole, and the hole wall of the second upper fixing threaded hole is a smooth curved surface;
the second lower edge part is positioned at the lower end of the double-rod fixing block and comprises a second lower fixing threaded hole, a fastening thread is arranged on the hole wall of the second lower fixing threaded hole, and the aperture of the second lower fixing threaded hole is smaller than that of the second upper fixing threaded hole;
the second connecting rod through holes are positioned on the side surfaces of the double-rod fixing blocks, and the two second connecting rod through holes are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the second upper fixing threaded hole and the second lower fixing threaded hole;
the double-rod fixing block is inserted into the second rod body of the connecting rod by utilizing two second connecting rod through holes;
when the connecting rods are respectively inserted into the two second connecting rod through holes, the locking screws penetrate through the second upper fixing threaded hole and the second lower fixing threaded hole, the locking screws abut against the second upper fixing threaded hole, and the locking screws are in threaded connection with the second lower fixing threaded hole, so that the locking screws extrude the second upper edge part and the second lower edge part, and the connecting rods are tightly fixed in the two second connecting rod through holes of the double-rod fixing block;
the locking screw includes: a screw cap, an upper screw joint part, a lower screw joint part and a nail head; the upper screw joint part is connected with the screw cap, the lower screw joint part is connected with the upper screw joint part, and the nail head is connected with the lower screw joint part;
the upper surface of the screw cap is provided with a quincunx or other mounting hole, and the lower surface of the screw cap is provided with an indent;
the upper thread-connecting part has a double thread;
the lower threaded part is provided with a single thread, and the diameter of the lower threaded part is smaller than that of the upper threaded part;
the nail head has more than one self-tapping blade

2. The fixation device of claim 1, wherein the connecting rod further comprises a groove;
