The purification principle of the hydrogen peroxide solution is as follows: under negative pressure, the boiling points of hydrogen peroxide and water are different, and under the same pressure, the boiling point of water is lower than that of hydrogen peroxide, so that water is vaporized, and the hydrogen peroxide is not vaporized; under different negative pressures, the water vaporization amount is different, so that the concentration of the purified hydrogen peroxide solution is different.
Firstly, the vacuum pumping pump 18 is opened, the air inlet in the condensation cavity control valve 21 is closed, the purifier is vacuumized, then the hydrogen peroxide solution is injected through the filling port 29, meanwhile, the condensation cavity 26 is heated, the condensation cavity 26 is continuously vacuumized, the internal pressure of the condensation cavity 26 is obtained through a pressure transmitter, and the pressure in the purifier is observed at any moment. When the temperature reaches the boiling point of water and hydrogen peroxide, the peroxide gas and water vapor vaporize and enter the condensation chamber 26.
The temperature of the condensation chamber 26 is lowered so that the temperature in the current negative pressure state reaches the boiling point of the water vapor and is not enough to boil the hydrogen peroxide, and at this time, the water vapor is drawn away, and the temperature does not reach the boiling point of the hydrogen peroxide, so that the hydrogen peroxide gas is liquefied and then attached to the inside of the condensation chamber 26. As more and more hydrogen peroxide solution flows back into the collection chamber 27 under the influence of gravity. At this time, the vacuum pump 18 is turned off and the gas inlet in the condensation chamber control valve 21 is opened, so that the pressures in the condensation chamber 26 and the collection chamber 27 are rapidly conducted to the external atmosphere, and the purified hydrogen peroxide liquid can be pumped out.

Before the hydrogen peroxide is vaporized, the vacuum pump 18 is firstly started to vacuumize the inner cavity of the vaporizer base 32, then the heating film and the heating rod 36 are used for heating, then the hydrogen peroxide is filled into the input cavity through the filling joint 31, and the hydrogen peroxide liquid is vaporized rapidly after being filled because the current temperature is far higher than the boiling point of the hydrogen peroxide under the current negative pressure state, and enters the inner chamber 5 through the drainage tube 35 after entering the output cavity.
The specific working process and working principle are as follows:
firstly, injecting the hydrogen peroxide solution into the purification device 4, purifying the hydrogen peroxide solution according to the purification process, then vacuumizing the inner chamber 5, completing the vaporization of the hydrogen peroxide solution according to the process after the hydrogen peroxide solution enters the vaporization device 7, and introducing the vaporized hydrogen peroxide solution into the inner chamber 5 through the drainage tube 35. After the hydrogen peroxide gas is uniform in the inner chamber 5, the detection chamber 6 is vacuumized, then the medicine inlet valve 9 is opened, and the hydrogen peroxide liquid enters the detection chamber 6 after being vaporized and contacts with an indicator which is placed in the detection chamber 6 in advance.
After a preset time, the detection chamber 6 is vacuumized to extract hydrogen peroxide in the detection chamber 6, and then the detection chamber return air valve 12 is opened to communicate the detection chamber 6 with the atmosphere, so that resistance detection of the indicator is completed.
