SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
(problem to be solved by the utility model)
An object of the utility model is to provide a harvester, make the inside heat of steering tower difficult to transmit to the electric product unit who sets up the panel portion on the upper portion of steering tower.
(means for solving the problems)
The utility model discloses a harvester has: a driving part for a worker to ride; a box-shaped steering tower vertically arranged on the floor part of the driving part; a panel section provided at an upper portion of the steering column; and an electric product unit disposed in an opening provided in the panel portion so as to be exposed upward with respect to the panel portion, wherein the steering column has a heat insulator inside thereof, and the heat insulator can block heat transferred from the inside of the steering column to the electric product unit so as to cover the electric product unit from below.
According to the present invention, the electric product unit is disposed in the opening portion provided in the panel portion so as to be exposed upward with respect to the panel portion provided in the upper portion of the steering tower, and in this state, the heat insulator is provided so as to cover the electric product unit from below.
In this way, the heat inside the steering tower is less likely to be transferred to the electric component unit through the heat insulator, and thus, the failure of the electric component unit due to the heat can be reduced.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the heat insulator is disposed so as to be spaced apart from a lower portion of the electric product unit.
According to the present invention, since the space is provided between the electric product unit and the heat insulator, it can be expected that the air in the space acts as the heat insulating member, and therefore, the heat in the inside of the operation tower is more difficult to be transferred to the electric product unit.
In the present invention, preferably, the heat insulator is provided with: a box-shaped substrate member covering a lower portion of the electric product unit; and a heat insulating member attached to a surface of the substrate member opposite to the electric product unit.
According to the utility model discloses, through the base plate part of the box-like of insulator, can cover the great region of electric product unit.
In the heat insulator, the heat insulating member is attached to the surface of the substrate member on the side opposite to the electric component unit, whereby the heat insulating member is smoothly arranged so as not to interfere with the electric component unit. Further, by covering a large area of the electric product unit with the substrate member, a large area of the electric product unit can be covered with the heat insulating member.
According to the above configuration, the heat insulating function of the heat insulator can be more effectively exhibited.
In the present invention, preferably, the mounting portion of the electric component unit and the mounting portion of the heat insulator are fastened and connected together to the lower surface portion of the panel portion, whereby the electric component unit and the heat insulator are supported by the panel portion.
According to the present invention, since the mounting portion of the electric product unit and the mounting portion of the heat insulator can be connected to the lower surface portion of the panel portion by the common connecting member, the present invention is advantageous in terms of simplification of the structure.
In the present invention, preferably, a harness opening portion through which a harness connected to the electric product unit passes is provided in the base plate member and the heat insulating member.
According to the utility model discloses, even cover the electric product unit through the insulator, through making the pencil of electric product unit pass through the pencil opening to can dispose the pencil of electric product unit smoothly.
In the present invention, preferably, a harness opening portion through which a harness connected to the electric product unit passes is provided in the heat insulator.
According to the utility model discloses, even cover the electric product unit through the insulator, through making the pencil of electric product unit pass through the pencil opening to can dispose the pencil of electric product unit smoothly.
