the wastewater in the intermediate water tank is lifted by a water inlet pump of the membrane biochemical reactor, filtered by a bag filter and then enters the membrane biochemical reactor MBR through a water distribution system, and biochemical organic matters are removed and biological denitrification is carried out; because the effluent water quality has strict requirements on total nitrogen, the biochemical part of the membrane biochemical reactor is provided with two-stage biological denitrification; the indexes of SS, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen and the like of the ultrafiltration effluent of the membrane biochemical reactor reach the discharge standard, the nanofiltration and the reverse osmosis are adopted to carry out advanced treatment on the effluent, and the effluent can reach the discharge standard after the advanced treatment of the nanofiltration and the reverse osmosis.
FIG. 7 shows a process circulation system of a park, in which the garbage incineration power generation is used as a main line in the whole park, and an incineration plant can incinerate other processes to dry sludge, light materials, non-degradable residues and the like and provide power and steam heat sources for other processes; the whole park is provided with a sewage treatment plant for treating percolate of a domestic waste incineration plant, sewage of a sludge treatment plant, sewage of a kitchen and kitchen waste and excrement cooperative treatment plant, condensed water of a livestock and poultry treatment plant died of diseases and other wastewater of the park, and the treated reclaimed water can be reused in a waste incineration plant; the domestic waste incineration plant provides an electric power and a steam heat source for a sludge plant, provides a steam heat source for a livestock and poultry treatment plant died of diseases, provides a steam heat source for a sewage treatment plant and provides an electric power for a construction waste treatment plant; the slag generated by the household garbage incineration power generation system and the construction waste are subjected to cooperative treatment; the fly ash generated by the household garbage incineration power generation system is transported to a landfill site for landfill after being solidified.
Although the invention has been described in detail in the foregoing by way of general description, specific embodiments and experiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that certain modifications and improvements may be made thereto based on the invention. Therefore, such modifications and improvements are intended to be within the scope of the invention as claimed.
Claims (8)
1. A treatment system for various solid wastes in a circulating industrial park is characterized by comprising a park domestic waste incineration power generation system, a park sewage treatment system, a municipal sludge treatment system, a meal residue, kitchen residue and excrement cooperative treatment system, a livestock and poultry treatment system for death of diseases, a slag and building waste cooperative treatment system and a landfill;
a dried sludge discharge port of the municipal sludge treatment system, a biogas residue discharge port of the meal residue, kitchen residue and excrement synergistic treatment system, a light substance discharge port of the slag and building garbage synergistic treatment system and a concentrated solution discharge port of the park sewage treatment system are introduced into the household garbage incineration power generation system;
a condensed water outlet of the municipal sludge treatment system, a sewage outlet of the coordinated treatment system for meal residue, kitchen residue and excrement, a leachate outlet of a garbage pit in the municipal domestic waste incineration power generation system and a condensed water outlet of the livestock and poultry treatment system died of diseases are communicated into the municipal sewage treatment system;
and a steam outlet of the household garbage incineration power generation system is communicated with the livestock and poultry treatment system died of diseases and the municipal sludge treatment system.
2. The treatment system of claim 1, wherein a slag discharge port of the household garbage incineration power generation system is communicated with the slag and construction garbage co-treatment system, and a fly ash discharge port of the household garbage incineration power generation system is communicated with the landfill.
3. The treatment system of claim 1, wherein a sludge outlet of the municipal sewage treatment plant is connected to the municipal sludge treatment system.
4. The treatment system of claim 1, wherein the municipal sludge treatment system comprises a stirring device, a dewatering device and a drying device which are connected in sequence through a pipeline; the discharge port of the drying device is connected to the park domestic garbage incineration power generation system; the steam outlet of the garden household garbage incineration power generation system is connected with the drying device; and the water outlet of the dewatering device is connected to the park sewage treatment system.
5. The treatment system of claim 1, wherein the livestock and poultry treatment system died of illness comprises a livestock and poultry crusher, a high-temperature cooking machine and a dehydration and degreasing machine; and a water outlet of condensed water generated by the dehydration and degreasing machine is connected to the park sewage treatment system, and a steam outlet of the household garbage incineration power generation system is connected to the high-temperature cooking device.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the cooperative system of food waste, kitchen waste and feces comprises a feces treatment system, a food waste treatment system and a kitchen waste treatment system;
the excrement treatment system comprises a solid-liquid separator, an adjusting tank, an anaerobic reactor, a digestion liquid solid-liquid separator and a biogas slurry nitrogen and phosphorus removal device; a supernatant outlet of the solid-liquid separator is connected to the regulating tank, and the regulating tank, the anaerobic reactor and the digestion liquid solid-liquid separator are sequentially connected through a pipeline;
the kitchen waste treatment system comprises a decomposition separator, a slurry-residue separator, a cooking sterilizer, an impurity removal device and a three-phase separation oil extraction device which are connected in sequence, wherein an organic slurry outlet in the three-phase separation oil extraction device is communicated with the regulating tank;
the kitchen waste treatment system and the kitchen waste treatment system share a decomposition separator, a slurry-residue separator and an impurity removal device, and an organic slurry outlet of the impurity removal device is connected with the regulating tank;
a biogas slurry outlet of the digestion liquid solid-liquid separator is connected to the park sewage treatment system;
and a biogas residue outlet of the digestion liquid solid-liquid separator is connected to the household garbage incineration power generation system.
7. The treatment system of claim 1, wherein the park sewage treatment system comprises a pre-settling tank, an adjusting tank, an anaerobic tank, an intermediate water tank, a primary denitrification tank, a primary nitrification tank, a secondary reactive nitrification tank, a secondary nitrification tank, an external ultrafiltration membrane tank, a nanofiltration membrane tank and a reverse osmosis tank which are sequentially connected through pipelines;
a discharge port of the concentrated solution of the nanofiltration membrane tank is connected with the household garbage incineration power generation system;
the sludge discharge port of the external ultrafiltration membrane tank is connected with the sludge treatment system;
dewatering device among the municipal administration sludge treatment system, the delivery port of the comdenstion water that the dewatering degreaser of beasts and birds processing system dies of illness produced, the natural pond liquid outlet of digestion liquid solid-liquid separator in meal surplus, kitchen surplus and excrement and urine coprocessing system is connected to the preliminary sedimentation pond.
8. The treatment system of claim 1, wherein the slag and construction waste co-treatment system comprises a slag treatment system and a construction waste treatment system;
the slag treatment system comprises a vibration feeder, a rotary screen, a crusher, a magnetic separator, a water separator and a vibration screening device which are connected in sequence;
the construction waste treatment system comprises a vibration feeder, a grading roller, a winnowing machine, a grouping crusher, a grading magnetic separator and a vibration screening machine;
and a material outlet of the winnowing machine is communicated with the household garbage incineration power generation system.
