Further, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the storage container 10 contains a preservative fluid, and the open end 11 or the second open end is covered with a sealing member 40, for example, the sealing member 40 is a pierceable sealing membrane or a tearable sealing tab. The sealing member 40 can further improve the reliability of the sealing preservation of the preservation liquid so as to avoid the preservation liquid from leaking out when the sealing cover 22 fails in sealing. When the user uses the device, the user only needs to puncture the sealing film or pull the sealing ring open, so as to communicate the collector 30 with the storage container 10, and then the collected saliva sample is mixed with the preservation solution.
Optionally, the storage container 10 is filled with preservation solution in advance, the open end 11 of the storage container 10 or the second open end of the mounting seat 21 is sealed by a sealing film (e.g. aluminum foil), and when in use, the sealing film is pierced through the guide tube 32 of the collector 30, so that the operation is simple and convenient. Optionally, the delivery tube 32 has an extension tube section which projects into the storage container 10 and the end of which is provided with a spike by means of which the sealing membrane can be pierced more easily.
Further, the liquid collecting cup 31 is of a funnel-shaped structure, and the necking end of the liquid collecting cup 31 is communicated with the flow guide pipe 32. Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the liquid collecting cup 31 is a funnel-shaped structure with a large top and a small bottom, the top opening of the liquid collecting cup is large so as to facilitate the collection of saliva by a user, and meanwhile, the inner wall surface of the liquid collecting cup 31 is a conical surface which is gradually reduced towards the flow guide tube 32, so that a good flow guide effect on saliva can be achieved.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in an embodiment, the mounting base 21 includes an annular plate 211, a first sleeving part 212 and a second sleeving part 213, the first sleeving part 212 and the second sleeving part 213 are both in a cylindrical shape with two open ends, one end of the first sleeving part 212 is connected to an outer periphery of the annular plate 211, one end of the second sleeving part 213 is connected to an inner periphery of the annular plate 211, the first sleeving part 212 and the second sleeving part 213 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the annular plate 211, the annular plate 211 is opposite to an end surface of the open end 11, the first sleeving part 212 is sleeved on an outer periphery of the open end 11, the flow guide pipe 32 is detachably inserted into the second sleeving part 213, and the sealing cover 22 is used for opening or sealing and covering an open end of the second sleeving part 213.
