Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to an installation of planting the implant, in particular to a base station for planting implant restoration.
Background
With the continuous improvement of living standard, people pay more and more attention to health problems, the requirement on oral health is higher and higher, and besides basic functionality, tooth beauty becomes the direction of attention of people. The implant supports the upper prosthesis by means of the implant implanted in the jaw bone, and the abutment is used for connecting the implant and the crown of the upper prosthesis into a whole. As a mature dental treatment technology in China, the existing dental implant has the advantages of being closest to natural teeth, free of daily taking off and wearing, free of grinding of adjacent teeth, good in chewing force, good in attractive effect and the like, and therefore the dental implant also becomes an optimal dental restoration mode.
In the artificial tooth implanting structure, the implanting and repairing base station is positioned between the upper dental crown and the lower implant, the implanting and repairing base station is connected with the implant in the jawbone through threads, and the upper dental crown and the repairing base station are bonded through a resin binder. The prosthetic base plays an important role in the stability, retention and beauty of the implanted denture. The planting and repairing base station can be structurally divided into four parts from bottom to top: base station interface portion, base station gum portion, shoulder portion, base station upper portion of wearing.
The current clinical repair abutment brings convenience to patients, and meanwhile, the problems of binder cleaning and overhang at the joint of the dental crown and the abutment become important concerns. The biggest problem of the clinically used abutment is that the adhesive is easy to seep under the gum and is not easy to clean; and the problem of overhang easily causes peri-implant inflammation and a series of complications.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In view of the above circumstances, the present invention provides an abutment for dental implant restoration, which aims to solve the problems that the conventional abutment is easy to overflow from the adhesive, and the crown is easy to overhang when the crown is installed due to the adhesive between the crown and the upper portion of the abutment when the crown is connected to the upper portion of the abutment.
The technical scheme is that the dental implant comprises an abutment interface part and an abutment gum penetrating part connected with the abutment interface part, wherein a shoulder part is arranged at the upper end of the abutment gum penetrating part, and the upper end of the shoulder part is provided with an abutment upper part used for being connected with a dental crown.
In the above or some embodiments, the shoulder portion includes a flange portion extending radially outwardly beyond a diameter of an upper lower end of the abutment, the shoulder being located at an upper end of the flange portion.
In the above or some embodiments, the shoulder platform is inclined downwards and extends and meets the base station at the root position of the upper part of the base station.
In the foregoing or some implementations, the shoulder lands form a recessed groove-like structure configured to receive spilled adhesive.
In the above or some embodiments, the shoulder-platform is formed to match the contour of the lower surface of the crown to be installed, forming a ring-shaped structure including an upward bulge and a downward depression.
In the above or some embodiments, one end of the guide groove is located at the upper end surface of the upper part of the shoulder, and the other end extends to above the shoulder surface.
In the above or some embodiments, the upper portion of the base platform is a columnar structure located at the center of the shoulder, and the guide groove is vertically arranged.
In the above or some implementations, the upper portion of the base platform is further provided with spiral grooves distributed in a spiral manner on the surface.
Compared with the prior art, this technical scheme is equipped with the shoulder face that is used for keeping somewhere the binder, can prevent that the binder from directly passing through along the base station that meets with the shoulder when the installation dental crown and wearing gum portion entering gum position, still sets up guiding groove and the helicla flute that is used for depositing and draining the binder in the position department that base station upper portion and dental crown meet moreover, can avoid when the dental crown is installed, because the binder distributes inequality or combines the suspension of the dental crown or the partly proruption problem that inconsistent causes.

Detailed Description
In order to more clearly and fully illustrate the core concepts of the present invention, the invention will be further described and illustrated with reference to specific embodiments. It should be noted that the following specific embodiments are intended to illustrate the inventive concept and are not intended to limit the implementation of the present invention, so the implementation of the present invention includes but is not limited to what is described in the present application, and the replacement and avoidance made by those skilled in the art according to the inventive concept should also be considered as falling within the scope of the present invention which is claimed or should not be granted.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, an abutment interface 101, and an abutment penetrating part 102 connected to the abutment interface 101, wherein the abutment interface 101 is provided with a geometry for connection to an implant, wherein the abutment penetrating part 102 is in use in contact with a gum and penetrates the gum, the abutment penetrating part 102 is provided at an upper end with a shoulder 103, the shoulder 103 is provided at an upper end with an abutment upper part 104 for connection to a crown, and in the present embodiment the shoulder 103 at the upper end of the abutment penetrating part 102 is provided with an outwardly protruding extending flange part 107, the flange part 107 having a diameter larger than the root diameter of the abutment upper part 104, and the flange part 107 is provided at an upper end with a shoulder 105 for retaining an adhesive. When the cement between the crown and the abutment upper part 104 flows down after the crown is mounted, the cement is prevented from entering the gingival crevice by the shoulder surface 105.
In the above-described embodiments, even in other embodiments, in order to achieve better retention of the shoulder surface 105, the shoulder surface 105 is located between the abutment upper portion 104 and the upper end surface of the shoulder portion 103 and is formed to surround the abutment upper portion 104, and the shoulder is formed into a ring-shaped structure including an upward projection and a downward recess, which is matched with the contour of the lower surface of the crown to be mounted; of course to retain adhesive, in some embodiments, the shoulder surface 105 may also include, but is not limited to, a structure forming the shape of a recessed channel a configured to receive spilled adhesive.
In the above or some embodiments, the upper portion 104 of the abutment has a plurality of concave guiding grooves 106 along the surface of the upper portion 104 of the abutment, the guiding grooves 106 are configured to guide the adhesive, and one or more of the guiding grooves 106 may be provided, and may also be disposed obliquely or vertically.
In some embodiments, one end of the guiding groove 106 is located at the upper end surface of the shoulder upper portion, and the other end extends to above the shoulder surface 105, the base upper portion 104 is a columnar structure located at the center of the shoulder, the guiding groove 106 is vertically arranged, and the surface of the base upper portion 104 is further provided with spiral grooves 108 distributed in a spiral manner.
Compared with the prior art, this technical scheme is equipped with the shoulder face that is used for keeping up the binder, shoulder face and the juncture on base station upper portion can set up the groove A of indent, groove A is used for hoarding unnecessary binder, can prevent that the binder from passing through the base station of meeting with the shoulder directly when installing the dental crown and wearing gum portion entering gum position, and the position department that meets with the dental crown on base station upper portion still sets up guiding groove and the helicla flute that is used for depositing and drainage binder, can avoid when the dental crown is installed, avoid because the binder distributes unevenly or combines the inconsistent crown suspension or the partly prominent problem that causes.
