The optical endoscope is provided with an instrument channel, and the rigidity is far higher than that of the traditional hysteroscope.
Preferably, the eyepiece 13 is a side-view optical endoscope, and an eye cover 131 is arranged on the eyepiece 13, so that the observation of the eyes of a doctor is facilitated, and the operation and use comfort is improved.
The integrated hysteroscope of the embodiment is provided with the instrument channel, the inner diameter of the instrument channel is 1-2.5mm, and the instrument channel can be used for passing thick and conveniently operated rigid endoscope forceps and scissors, so that the instrument is not easy to damage, the working efficiency is high, and the use cost is low.
