The waist seal is of an intermittent waist seal structure and comprises a first waist seal and a second waist seal which are arranged in a split mode, the first waist seal is used for being fixed on the rear bullet-proof suit body, the second waist seal is used for being fixed on the front bullet-proof suit body, the first connecting strip and the second connecting strip are connected with the first waist seal and the second waist seal, and bullet-proof lining chips are placed in the first waist seal and the second waist seal.
3. The rapid-release modular bulletproof garment according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the buckle comprises a first buckle, a second buckle, a third buckle and a fourth buckle, and the male buckle comprises a first male buckle, a second male buckle, a third male buckle and a fourth male buckle;
the first male buckle is arranged at the end part of the left shoulder strap, the second male buckle is arranged at the end part of the right shoulder strap, the first female buckle and the second female buckle are arranged at two sides of the upper part of the rear bullet-proof suit, and the front bullet-proof suit body and the rear bullet-proof suit body are fixedly connected through buckling of the first male buckle and the first female buckle and buckling of the second male buckle and the second female buckle;
the third male buckle and the fourth male buckle are arranged on the front bullet-proof suit body, the third female buckle is arranged at the end part of the left waist seal, the fourth female buckle is arranged at the end part of the right waist seal, and the left waist seal and the right waist seal are fixed on the front bullet-proof suit body through the buckling of the third male buckle and the third female buckle, the buckling of the fourth male buckle and the buckling of the fourth female buckle.

The rapid disassembly modular body armor of claim 3 wherein: the front body of the bullet-proof vest is provided with a connecting cable and a pull buckle, the pull buckle comprises a mounting seat and a pull block, the mounting seat is fixed on the front body of the bullet-proof vest, and two ends of the pull block are hinged with the mounting seat;
