Specifically, the valve body 206 is provided with an accommodating cavity thereon, and a first through hole is arranged on the top wall of the valve body 206; the sealing component is movably arranged on the exhaust valve core 14, and a part of the sealing component is abutted against the vent hole to seal the vent hole; an adjusting member 208 disposed in the receiving cavity, the adjusting member 208 being connected to the sealing assembly; and a spring 210 arranged in the accommodating cavity, wherein one end of the spring 210 is abutted against the adjusting piece 208, and the other end of the spring 210 is abutted against the top wall of the valve body 206.
In this embodiment, the spring valve assembly 20 includes a valve body 206, a sealing assembly, an adjusting member 208 and a spring 210, the valve body 206 is provided with a receiving cavity, the top wall of the valve body 206 is provided with a first through hole, the sealing assembly is mounted in the receiving cavity through the first through hole and is movably disposed on the vent valve core 14, and a portion of the sealing assembly abuts against the vent hole of the vent valve core 14 to seal the vent hole, during cooking, when the pressure inside the cooking appliance is greater than the pressure limiting pressure of the spring valve assembly 20, the steam inside the cooking appliance can jack up the sealing assembly, i.e., the sealing assembly is disengaged from the vent hole, the steam is discharged from the vent hole of the vent valve core 14 until the pressure inside the cooking appliance is less than the pressure limiting pressure of the spring valve assembly 20, and the sealing assembly falls back to block the vent hole. Furthermore, an adjusting member 208 and a spring 210 are disposed in the accommodating cavity, the adjusting member 208 is connected to the sealing assembly, that is, the adjusting member 208 moves together with the rising and falling of the sealing assembly, one end of the spring 210 abuts against the adjusting member 208, and the other end abuts against the top wall of the valve body 206, that is, the sealing assembly needs to overcome the elastic force of the spring 210 when being jacked up, therefore, the pressure limiting pressure of the spring valve assembly 20 can be adjusted by adjusting the elastic force of the spring 210, the buckling position of the spring valve assembly 20 in the installation groove 12, or the height of the exhaust valve core 14, so that the spring valve assembly 20 can be applied to various cooking appliances, and the application range of the spring valve assembly 20 is expanded.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, further, the adjusting member 208 is sleeved on the sealing assembly and is in threaded connection with the sealing assembly, the height position of the adjusting member 208 on the sealing assembly can be changed by rotating the sealing assembly, when the height position of the adjusting member 208 is adjusted down, the spring 210 is loosened and the elastic force is reduced, the pressure required by the steam in the pot of the cooking appliance to jack up the sealing assembly is reduced, so that the pressure limiting pressure of the spring valve assembly 20 is adjusted down; when the height position of the adjusting member 208 is adjusted to be high, the spring 210 is further compressed, so that the elastic force is increased, the pressure required by the steam in the pot body of the cooking appliance to jack the sealing assembly is increased, and the pressure limiting pressure of the spring valve assembly 20 is increased; thereby, the function of precisely and freely adjusting the pressure limiting pressure of the spring valve assembly 20 can be realized. Specifically, the sealing assembly comprises a sleeve 212 and a valve sealing member 214, wherein a second through hole is formed in the sleeve 212, the valve sealing member 214 is connected with the sleeve 212 and is installed in the second through hole, and a part of the valve sealing member 214 abuts against the vent hole to seal the vent hole; the outer surface of the sleeve 212 is provided with external threads, the inner surface of the adjusting member 208 is provided with internal threads matched with the external threads, thereby allowing the adjustment member 208 to fit over the sleeve 212 and be threadably coupled to the sleeve 212, thereby enabling the adjusting piece 208 to ascend or descend along with the textures of the internal thread and the external thread, and fixing the adjusting piece 208 at any height position of the sleeve 212 through the matching of the internal thread and the external thread when ascending or descending to any height position, thus realizing the stepless continuous adjustment of the height of the adjusting piece 208, so that the position of the adjusting member 208 can be freely adjusted during the actual use, so that the elastic force of the spring 210 can be continuously adjusted, so that the pressure limiting pressure of the spring valve assembly 20 can be freely and precisely adjusted, to prevent the occurrence of stage adjustment, the position of the adjustment member 208 changes too much resulting in either an excessive or an insufficient pressure limiting pressure of the spring valve assembly 20.
Example four
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the cover assembly 1 includes: the air valve comprises a cover body 10, an exhaust valve core 14, a spring valve assembly 20, a trigger 216 and a button 30, wherein a buckling device is arranged between the spring valve assembly 20 and the cover body 10, and the buckling device comprises a buckling position 16 and a buckle 202.
Specifically, the button 30 is provided on the cover 10; a trigger 216 is provided on the adjustment member 208, and upon pressing the button 30, one end of the button 30 pushes the trigger 216 to vent the spring valve assembly 20.
In this embodiment, the cover 10 is provided with the button 30, the adjusting member 208 is provided with the triggering member 216, and when the button 30 is pressed, one end of the button 30 can push the triggering member 216, so as to push the adjusting member 208, and make the sealing assembly connected to the adjusting member 208 move upward, so that the sealing assembly is disengaged from the vent hole of the air discharge valve core 14, and further the spring valve assembly 20 is driven to discharge air.
Further, the trigger 216 is disposed in the opening 218 on the outer wall of the valve body 206, and the trigger 216 extends out of the accommodating cavity from the opening 218, and the bottom surface of the trigger 216 is an inclined surface gradually inclined downward from the outside to the inside of the opening 218, and when the button 30 is pressed, one end of the button 30 contacts the inclined surface and pushes the inclined surface to lift upward, so as to drive the sealing assembly to lift upward until the sealing assembly is disengaged from the vent hole of the air release valve element 14, thereby driving the spring valve assembly 20 to exhaust air.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the cover assembly 1 includes: the exhaust valve comprises a cover body 10, an exhaust valve core 14, a spring valve assembly 20 and an elastic resetting piece, wherein a buckling device is arranged between the spring valve assembly 20 and the cover body 10, and the buckling device comprises a buckling position 16 and a buckle 202.
Specifically, an elastic restoring member (not shown) is disposed between the valve body 206 and the button 30, and the elastic restoring member can drive the button 30 to move in a direction away from the valve body 206 until the button 30 is separated from the triggering member 216.
In this embodiment, the cover assembly 1 further includes an elastic restoring member disposed between the button 30 and the valve body 206, and the elastic restoring member can drive the button 30 to move away from the valve body 206 until the button 30 is separated from the triggering member 216, and the spring valve assembly 20 stops exhausting.
Preferably, the elastic return member is a return spring, and when the button 30 is pressed to push the button 30 to push the trigger 216, the return spring is in a compressed state, and when the button 30 is released, the return spring extends to move the button 30 away from the valve body 206 until the button 30 is separated from the trigger 216, and the spring valve assembly 20 stops exhausting.

Claims (11)

1. A cover assembly for a cooking appliance, the cover assembly comprising:
the cover body is provided with a mounting groove;
the exhaust valve core is arranged in the mounting groove, a vent hole penetrating through the exhaust valve core is formed in the exhaust valve core, and the exhaust valve core is used for communicating the cover body and the cooking utensil;
the spring valve component is detachably arranged in the mounting groove, and part of the spring valve component is movably arranged on the exhaust valve core and blocks the vent hole;
and a buckling device is arranged between the spring valve component and the mounting groove, so that the spring valve component is buckled in the mounting groove.
2. The cover assembly of claim 1, wherein the snap fit arrangement comprises:
a catch disposed on one of a groove wall of the mounting groove and an outer wall of the spring valve assembly;
and the buckle is arranged on the other one of the groove wall of the mounting groove and the outer wall of the spring valve assembly, and the buckle is matched with the buckle position so that the spring valve assembly is buckled in the mounting groove.
3. The cover assembly of claim 2, wherein the snap location is disposed on a slot sidewall of the mounting slot, the snap location comprising:
the guide channel extends downwards from the top surface of the mounting groove, and one end of the guide channel is communicated with the top surface of the mounting groove;
the buckling channel is communicated with the guide channel, and a preset included angle is formed between the extending direction of the buckling channel and the guide channel;
the stopping part is arranged in the buckling channel and is positioned at one end, close to the guide channel, of the buckling channel;
when the spring valve assembly is assembled, the buckle is assembled along the guide channel and moves into the buckling channel.
4. The cover assembly of claim 3,
the stopping part is arranged on the channel wall of the buckling channel in a protruding mode, and the stopping part is located at one end, close to the top surface of the mounting groove, of the channel wall.
5. The cover assembly of any one of claims 1-4, further comprising:
a first identification part provided on one of a top surface of the mounting groove and an outer wall of the spring valve assembly;
a second identification portion provided on the other of the top surface of the mounting groove and the outer wall of the spring valve assembly, the first identification portion cooperating with the second identification portion to allow the spring valve assembly to be mounted to a designated position in the mounting groove.
6. The cover assembly of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the spring valve assembly comprises:
the valve body is provided with an accommodating cavity, and a first through hole is formed in the top wall of the valve body;
the sealing assembly is movably arranged on the exhaust valve core, and a part of the sealing assembly is abutted against the vent hole to seal the vent hole;
the adjusting piece is arranged in the accommodating cavity and is connected with the sealing assembly;
and the spring is arranged in the accommodating cavity, one end of the spring abuts against the adjusting piece, and the other end of the spring abuts against the top wall of the valve body.
7. The cover assembly of claim 6,
the adjusting piece is sleeved on the sealing assembly and is in threaded connection with the sealing assembly, and the height position of the adjusting piece on the sealing assembly can be changed;
the seal assembly includes:
the sleeve is arranged in the accommodating cavity, a second through hole is formed in the sleeve, and external threads are formed in the outer surface of the sleeve;
a valve seal connected to the sleeve, the valve seal being mounted in the second through hole with a portion of the valve seal abutting against the vent hole to seal the vent hole.
8. The cover assembly of claim 6, wherein the cover assembly comprises:
a button disposed on the cover;
the trigger piece is arranged on the adjusting piece, and one end of the button pushes the trigger piece to drive the spring valve assembly to exhaust under the condition that the button is pressed.
9. The cover assembly of claim 8,
an opening is formed in the outer wall of the valve body, the trigger piece extends out of the accommodating cavity from the opening, and the bottom surface of the trigger piece is an inclined surface which gradually inclines downwards from the outside to the inside of the opening;
under the condition that the button is pressed, one end of the button is in contact with the inclined surface and pushes the inclined surface to lift upwards so as to drive the sealing assembly to lift upwards.
10. The cover assembly of claim 8, further comprising:
elasticity resets, sets up the valve body with between the button, elasticity resets and can drive the button orientation is kept away from the direction motion of valve body, until the button with trigger piece phase separation.

a cover assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10.
