Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the present embodiment provides a protective cover for electronic products, which is suitable for electronic products such as mobile phones and tablet computers.
The electronic product protective sleeve comprises a flexible body 10 and a support assembly 20.
Referring to fig. 7, the flexible body 10 has a fixing groove 11 formed downward on an upper surface thereof for fixing an electronic product. The flexible main body 10 comprises a bottom plate in a chamfer rectangle and side plates which are connected with four plate edges of the bottom plate and extend upwards, and the bottom plate and the side plates are enclosed to form a fixing groove 11 with an upward opening. The flexible main body 10 is made of elastic material, and the side plates are sleeved on the periphery of the electronic product and are in interference fit with the electronic product so as to be fixed on the electronic product. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the shape of the flexible body 10 is adapted to the electronic product. Most of the existing electronic products are rectangular and are chamfered at corners, and the bottom plate of the corresponding flexible main body 10 is a chamfered rectangle. If the electronic product is in other shapes, the bottom plate and the side plate are correspondingly adjusted, and the bottom plate and the side plate are only required to be enclosed to form the fixing groove 11 which is in interference fit with the electronic product.
The support member 20 is connected with the flexible body 10 for supporting an electronic product.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the flexible main body 10 has a clamping groove 12 formed downward at the bottom of the fixing groove 11, the clamping groove 12 has a first groove wall and a second groove wall which are oppositely disposed, the flexible main body 10 has a first through hole 131 formed at the bottom of the clamping groove 12 and penetrating to the lower surface of the flexible main body 10, and the first groove wall and the second groove wall are both spaced apart from the first through hole 131. That is, the size of the opening of the first through hole 131 is smaller than the size of the bottom of the catching groove 12.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the supporting assembly 20 includes a fixing plate 21 and a rotating structure 23, the fixing plate 21 is disposed in the engaging groove 12, and the supporting plate 22 is rotatably connected to the fixing plate 21 through the rotating structure 23 and has a receiving state attached to the fixing plate 21 and a supporting state forming a supporting included angle with the fixing plate 21. The fastening of the supporting plate 22 to the fixing plate 21 means that the supporting plate 22 abuts against the fixing plate 21 or the supporting plate 22 and the fixing plate 21 are pressed against the upper and lower surfaces of the flexible body 10, respectively. The support angle is an angle between the support plate 22 and the fixing plate 21 when the electronic product is supported by the support plate 22 and is in a vertical placement state.
In this embodiment, the support angle is an acute angle. In other embodiments, the support angle may be set to a right angle or an obtuse angle. The sizes and the position relations of the fixing plate 21, the rotating structure 23 and the fixing plate 22 are adjusted correspondingly. It should be noted that, a person skilled in the art can set the supporting angle to an adjustable design, thereby improving the convenience of use.
Referring to fig. 4, the first through hole 131 is formed to be free from the rotating structure 23 and to allow the supporting plate 22 to pass through, and both the first groove wall and the second groove wall are abutted against the fixing plate 21.
The electronic product protective sleeve of the embodiment is installed as follows: the supporting plate 22 and the fixing plate 21 are rotated back to back by using the rotating structure 23 as a rotating shaft to form an included angle. The supporting plate 22 is passed through the first through hole 131 from above, and the fixing plate 21 is pressed downward into the engaging groove 12, so that the engaging groove 12 and the fixing plate 21 are in interference fit to fix the fixing plate 21 in the engaging groove 12. The support plate 22 is rotated toward the fixing plate 21 to be fastened to the fixing plate 21, thereby completing the installation of the support assembly 20. Finally, the flexible body 10 is sleeved on the electronic product. It should be noted that the connection operation between the support member 20 and the flexible body 10 can be completed before the factory shipment, or can be sold as a kit and assembled by the consumer after the sale. The installation is simple to operate, and the production cost is reduced.
The connection can be dismantled to flexible main part 10 and supporting component 20, considers that flexible main part 10 and supporting component 20 adopt different materials to make (flexible main part 10 is made for elastic material and supporting component 20 adopts hard material to make), can dismantle the setting of connection and be convenient for flexible main part 10 and supporting component 20 to produce alone and then assemble again to reduce the part production degree of difficulty and improve production efficiency.
In the supporting member 20, the fixing plate 21 is fixed in the clamping groove 12 and sandwiched between the electronic product and the flexible body 10, and the supporting plate 22 passes through the first through hole 131 and is located at the other side of the flexible body 10, so that the supporting member 20 and the flexible body 10 have good connection firmness in use after the supporting member 20 is assembled to the flexible body 10. And because the fixing plate 21 has a large contact area with the flexible body 10, the concentrated force of the supporting plate 22 acting on the fixing plate 21 is uniformly distributed on the flexible body 10, and therefore, the flexible body 10 cannot generate obvious local stress concentration to cause damage. Thereby increasing the useful life of the flexible body 10.
In summary, in the electronic product protection cover provided by the embodiment, the supporting component 20 can be detachably connected to reduce the production cost of the parts, and the service life of the flexible main body 10 can be effectively prolonged.
Preferably, the catching groove 12 is interference-fitted with the fixing plate 21, thereby improving the connection stability of the support assembly 20 and the flexible body 10.
For convenience of description, the extending direction of the catching groove 12 is defined as a left-right direction. The size and shape of the catching groove 12 can be set as desired by those skilled in the art. Preferably, the extending length of the clamping groove 12 or the length of the fixing plate 21 is equivalent to the side length of the electronic product. That is, when the engaging groove 12 extends along the short side direction of the flexible main body 10, the length of the engaging groove 12 is equal to the short side length of the electronic product, and when the engaging groove 12 extends along the long side direction of the flexible main body 10, the length of the engaging groove 12 is equal to the long side length of the electronic product. Based on the continuity of structure, the extending length of joint groove 12 is equal with the length of side of electronic product for the cell wall at extending direction both ends in joint groove 12 is close to the cell wall of fixed slot 11, thereby makes flexible main body 10 have great anti deformability in joint groove 12 department, further improves the fastening force of joint groove 12 and fixed plate 21.
In this embodiment, the engaging groove 12 extends along the short side direction of the flexible main body 10. The fixing plate 21 extends along the short side direction of the flexible main plate, and the supporting plate 22 is rotatably connected with the fixing plate 21 to form an included angle with the fixing plate 21. The electronic product fixed on the fixing groove 11 is inclined on the desktop with the long side parallel to the desktop, so that the use habit of consumers is met.
Preferably, the clamping groove 12 is disposed near the short side groove wall of the flexible main body 10, and when the supporting plate 22 is in the supporting state, the electronic product fixed in the fixing groove 11 can be inclined to stand on the desktop with the short side parallel to the desktop. Thereby, the electronic product fixed on the fixing groove 11 has the support state of long edge placement and short edge placement at the same time, and the use cheapness is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 8, the supporting assembly 20 is provided with a first boss 241 on the upper surface of the fixing plate 21, the rotating structure 23 is connected to the first boss 241, the first boss 241 is matched with the first through hole 131, and when the fixing plate 21 is clamped in the clamping groove 12, the first through hole 131 limits the movement of the first boss 241 in the horizontal direction. With this design, the second through hole 132 has the function of avoiding the rotating structure 23 and the supporting plate 22 and also has the function of limiting the horizontal movement of the first boss 241. The height of the first protrusion 241 is less than or equal to the height of the first through hole 131, so as to prevent the first protrusion 241 from protruding out of the first through hole 131 and causing an obstacle to the fastening of the support plate 22 to the fixing plate 21.
Referring to fig. 6, the flexible main body 10 is provided with a second through hole 132 penetrating to the lower surface of the flexible main body 10 at the bottom of the clamping groove 12, and the second through hole 132 and the first through hole 131 are arranged in bilateral symmetry along the extending direction of the clamping groove 12. The first through hole 131 and the second through hole 132 are symmetrically disposed, so that the support plate 22 can be selectively assembled on the flexible body 10 through the first through hole 131 or the second through hole 132, thereby improving the convenience of operation. It should be noted that, in the illustrated embodiment, due to the arrangement of the limiting member and the limiting groove, the rotating structure 23 is located in the first through hole 131, that is, the supporting plate 22 passes through the first through hole 131 for assembly, but cannot pass through the second through hole 132 for assembly.
Referring to fig. 8, the supporting assembly 20 is provided with a second boss 242 on the upper surface of the fixing plate 21, the second boss 242 is disposed in cooperation with the second through hole 132, and when the fixing plate 21 is clamped in the clamping groove 12, the second through hole 132 limits the second boss 242 to move in the horizontal direction. The first boss 241, the second boss 242, and the fixing plate 21 are integrally provided. The groove wall of the clamping groove 12 and the hole wall of the second through hole 132 jointly limit the fixing plate 21, thereby improving the connection tightness between the supporting assembly 20 and the flexible main body 10. Meanwhile, the first boss 241 and the second boss 242 are respectively arranged at two sides and respectively abutted against the first through hole 131 and the second through hole 132, which is beneficial to the stress balance of the flexible main body 10.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, a connecting plate 133 is formed between the first through hole 131 and the second through hole 132, and when the supporting plate 22 is in the storage state, the upper surface of the supporting plate 22 is attached to the connecting plate 133. That is, when the support plate 22 is in the accommodated state, the support plate 22 and the fixing plate 21 are disposed to press against the connection plate 133.
Referring to fig. 9, in the present embodiment, the support plate 22 has an evacuation groove 221 provided downward on the upper surface thereof for evacuating the connection plate 133. In combination with the design that the height of the first boss 241 is less than or equal to the hole wall of the first through hole 131, the avoiding groove 221 is formed when the second boss 242 does not cause any obstacle to the fastening of the support plate 22 to the fixing plate 21, so that the distance between the support plate 22 and the first boss 241 is shortened. Thereby reducing the overall height of the support assembly 20 when the support plate 22 is in the support state.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the flexible main body 10 has a receiving groove 14 formed on the lower surface thereof for receiving the supporting plate 22, and when the supporting plate 22 is in the receiving state, the supporting plate 22 is located in the receiving groove 14. The opening of the accommodating groove 14 prevents the supporting plate 22 from being exposed to the flexible main body 10 rather than being opened manually or protruding from the flexible main body 10 to be collided with in the accommodated state. Preferably, the height of the receiving groove 14 is set such that the upper surface of the support plate 22 is flush with the flexible body 10 when the support plate 22 is in the receiving state.
Referring to fig. 4, the flexible body 10 is provided with a left blocking member 151 for limiting the upward movement of the fixing plate 21 on the left groove wall of the engaging groove 12. During installation, after the supporting plate 22 passes through the first through hole 131, the left end of the fixing plate 21 is inserted into the gap between the left blocking member 151 and the bottom of the clamping groove 12, and then the right end of the fixing plate 21 is pressed into the clamping groove 12.
The flexible body 10 is provided with a right stopper 152 for limiting the upward movement of the fixing plate 21 at the right groove wall of the catching groove 12. During the installation, backup pad 22 passes behind first through-hole 131, with the left end grafting of fixed plate 21 left side stop piece 151 and the joint groove 12 tank bottom between the clearance, then with the right-hand member portion of fixed plate 21 towards joint groove 12 direction with right side stop piece 152 press paste in joint groove 12. Also can pass behind first through-hole 131 at backup pad 22, with the right-hand member portion grafting of fixed plate 21 right-hand member stop 152 and the joint groove 12 tank bottom between the clearance, then with the left end of fixed plate 21 towards joint groove 12 direction with the left part stop 151 pressfitting in joint groove 12. The left stopper 151 and the right stopper 152 are integrally provided with the flexible main body 10, and the left stopper 151 and the right stopper 152 have elasticity and can be elastically deformed under the pressing of the fixing plate 21 and be restored to the original shape when the fixing plate 21 is separated from the flexible main body 10. The provision of the left stopper 151 and the right stopper 152 further improves the connection stability of the fixed plate 21 and the flexible body 10.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, a limiting groove is disposed on the surface of the supporting plate 22 abutting against the accommodating groove, and a limiting member engaged with the limiting groove is disposed on the wall of the accommodating groove of the flexible main body 10. The limiting members have elasticity, and when the supporting plate 22 rotates from bottom to top to attach to the fixing plate 21, the limiting members are pressed and deformed until the first limiting grooves are aligned with the first limiting members 161, and the first limiting members are reset and disposed in the first limiting grooves respectively. This design increases the difficulty of the support plate 22 leaving the accommodating groove 14, thereby reducing the probability of the support plate 22 being opened by an unauthorized person.
Preferably, there are two retaining grooves 222 symmetrically formed on the front and rear surfaces of the support plate 22. Correspondingly, the limiting parts are two. The limiting groove 222 is disposed near the free end of the supporting plate 22, thereby increasing the moment from the limiting member 161 to the rotating structure 23 to increase the difficulty of opening the supporting plate 22.
The stopper 161 and the flexible body 10 are integrally provided.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the flexible main body 10 has an operation hole 17 formed on a left surface thereof to the right and communicated with the accommodating groove 14, and the operation hole 17 penetrates downward to a lower surface of the flexible main body 10. The operation hole 17 opens the operation space of the support member for the human hand, and provides convenience for operation.
Referring to fig. 4, when the supporting plate 22 is in the storage state, a gap is left between the right surface of the supporting plate 22 and the right groove wall of the accommodating groove 14, and when the supporting plate 22 is in the supporting state, the right surface of the supporting plate 22 rotates into the avoiding space, and the lower surface of the supporting plate abuts against the right groove wall of the accommodating groove 14 to limit the downward rotation of the supporting plate 22. That is, the right groove wall of the accommodating groove 14 serves to limit the supporting angle of the supporting plate 22.
Referring to fig. 3, the electronic product protective cover further includes a spacer 30 connected to the upper surface of the fixing plate 21. In this embodiment, the supporting component 20 is made of aluminum alloy, and the spacer 30 is used to isolate the supporting component 20 from the electronic product, so as to prevent the electronic product from being scratched due to friction with the supporting component 20. The spacer 30 may be coated on the fixing plate 21 with a friction-resistant material. The separator 30 is subjected to an escape process at the left and right stoppers 151 and 152. The spacer 30 has a certain thickness, and the thickness of the spacer 30 is less than or equal to the thickness of the left blocking member 151/the right blocking member 152, so that when the fixing plate 21 is located in the clamping groove 12, the spacer 30 does not protrude from the upper surface of the flexible main body 10, thereby reducing the probability of friction between the spacer 30 and an electronic product.
Referring to fig. 8 or fig. 9, in the present embodiment, the fixing plate 21 and the supporting plate 22 are connected by a rotating structure 23. The rotating structure 23 includes an adapter plate 231 connected to the support plate 22, a coupling head 232 connected to one end of the adapter plate 231 and extending outward and curling into a hole column, two mounting hole columns 233 fixed to the fixing plate 21, and a damping rotating shaft 234 sequentially passing through one mounting hole column 233, the coupling head 232 and the other mounting hole column 233, wherein the coupling head 232 rotates around an axis between the two mounting hole columns 233 along with the damping rotating shaft 234. The supporting plate 22 is connected to the adapter 232 through the fixing plate 21, so that the supporting plate 22 can stably hover relative to the fixing plate 21 and the supporting angle of the supporting plate 22 relative to the fixing plate 21 can be adjusted according to actual needs.
The above description is only exemplary of the present invention and should not be taken as limiting the scope of the present invention, as any modification, equivalent replacement or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the present invention.
