8. The cleaning assembly of claim 7, wherein the end of the transmission element facing the bumper portion is provided with an abutment slot, the bumper portion is received in the abutment slot, and the bumper portion is in transition fit with a slot wall of the abutment slot.
9. The cleaning assembly of claim 8, wherein the bumper is a soft rubber member.
10. The cleaning assembly of any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the fixing plate defines a mounting hole therein, and the fixing portion is retained in the mounting hole.

The cleaning assembly as claimed in claim 10, wherein the fixing plate is provided with a limiting step protruding from the upper or lower end surface thereof and distributed around the mounting hole, and the limiting step is provided with a limiting groove having a diameter corresponding to that of the mounting hole, and the mounting hole is communicated with the limiting groove; the fixing part is convexly provided with a limit boss which is matched and fixed in the limit groove along the side wall.

The cleaning assembly of any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the fixing plate has a mounting hole therein, and the fixing portion is held in the mounting hole; the cleaning assembly further comprises a first damping element arranged between the side brush and the fixing plate; or the first damping element is arranged between the side brush connecting piece and the fixing plate.

The cleaning assembly of claim 12, wherein the fixing plate has a mounting hole, the fixing plate has a receiving groove on a surface facing the side brush, the receiving groove is in communication with the mounting hole, and the first damping member abuts between a wall of the receiving groove and the side brush.
14. The cleaning assembly of claim 13, wherein the first damping element is a resilient member, and the resilient member abuts between a wall of the receiving channel and the side brush.

A cleaning robot comprising a cleaning assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 14, a driving motor fixed to an inner wall of the housing, a housing, and a transmission member having one end drivingly connected to the driving motor and the other end connected to an end of the side brush attachment member facing away from the side brush.
16. The cleaning robot of claim 15, wherein the cleaning assembly further comprises a second damping element abutting between the drive motor and the transmission element.
