A cleaning implement according to claim 1, characterized in that the handle (2) is intended to be held by one hand and the second shaft (3) is intended to be held by the other hand, the second shaft (3) being relatively reciprocated in the axial direction of the first shaft (1) to drive the first shaft (1) to rotate in the first direction about the axial direction relative to the handle (2).
3. A cleaning implement according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a bearing (9) is connected to the handle (2), that a sleeve (8) is connected to the bearing (9), and that the sleeve (8) is connected to the first shaft (1) and is fixedly arranged in relation to the first shaft (1).
4. A cleaning implement according to claim 3, characterized in that the handle (2) is of tubular construction, the handle (2) having an upper portion which is a flange portion (21) and a lower portion which is a grip portion (22), the bearing (9) being located in the flange portion (21), and the first shaft (1) being located in the grip portion (22).

The cleaning tool according to claim 4, wherein the flange portion (21) comprises a first lateral extension portion (211), a vertical wrapping portion (212), and a second lateral extension portion (213), wherein an inner peripheral end of the first lateral extension portion (211) is connected to a top end of the grip portion (22), an outer peripheral end of the first lateral extension portion (211) is connected to a lower end of the vertical wrapping portion (212), an upper end of the vertical wrapping portion (212) is connected to an outer peripheral end of the second lateral extension portion (213), and an inner peripheral end of the second lateral extension portion (213) extends toward an axial center of the handle (2).

The cleaning tool according to claim 5, characterized in that the sleeve (8) comprises a vertical cylinder wall (81) and a lateral flange (82), the inner circumference of the lateral flange (82) is connected to the upper end of the vertical cylinder wall (81), the inner wall of the vertical cylinder wall (81) is connected to the first rod (1), the upper side wall of the lateral flange (82) is below the lower side wall of the second lateral extension (213), and the bearing (9) is located in the space enclosed by the lateral flange (82), the vertical cylinder wall (81), the first lateral extension (211) and the vertical wrapping (212).

A cleaning implement according to claim 6, characterized in that the lower side wall of said lateral ledge (82) abuts against a bearing (9), and the upper side wall of said first lateral extension (211) abuts against a bearing (9); or the inner wall of the bearing (9) is connected to the vertical cylinder wall (81), and the outer wall of the bearing is connected to the vertical wrapping part (212).
8. A cleaning implement according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a bearing is connected to the handle (2), said bearing being connected to the first rod (1).

The cleaning tool according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the driving mechanism (7) comprises a driving rod (71), a first driving portion (72) and a second driving portion (73), the upper end of the driving rod (71) is directly or indirectly fixed on the second rod body (3), the first driving portion (72) is fixedly arranged on the driving rod (71), the second driving portion (73) is movably sleeved on the driving rod (71), the driving rod (71) is provided with a locking portion (711) for preventing the second driving portion (73) from falling off, the lower surface of the first driving portion (72) is provided with a first engaging tooth (721), the upper surface of the second driving portion (73) is provided with a second engaging tooth (731), the first engaging tooth (721) can be engaged with the second engaging tooth (731), the circumferential side wall of the second driving portion (73) is provided with a guide portion (732) which protrudes outwards, an inner pipe (11) is fixedly connected or integrally connected in the first rod body (1), and spiral teeth (111) or spiral grooves used for contacting the guide parts (732) are arranged on the inner wall of the inner pipe (11).
