The plastic packaging lining mainly comprises two parts, namely a plastic lining component and an elastic film 2, as shown in figure 2a, the plastic lining component comprises a quadrilateral lining base plate 10, the lining base plate 10 is provided with a first side edge, a second side edge, a third side edge and a fourth side edge which are sequentially connected, wherein the first side edge is opposite to the third side edge, and the second side edge is opposite to the fourth side edge; the utility model also comprises a first side plate 11 connected with the first side edge and a third side plate 13 connected with the third side edge; in order to facilitate the adaptation of the product to be packaged, a shallow groove M is formed on one side of the surface of the inner substrate sheet 10.

The specific recess can be formed by injection molding, plastic suction molding and other processes.

The backing plate 10 forms an annular projection N towards the side on which the elastic membrane 2 is arranged, as shown in fig. 4b, which shows a cross-sectional view a-a in fig. 2a of such a shallow groove M, which is formed between the annular projection N and the surface of the backing plate 10. In one possible implementation manner, based on the structure shown in fig. 4b, the annular boss N may have a gap Q, so as to save material on the basis of forming the shallow slot M, as shown in fig. 4 c.
It should be noted that the plastic liner assembly with different shaped shallow slots M shown in fig. 4a to 4b is configured as shown in fig. 2a in a plan view.
In order to further improve the stretching and fastening effect of the elastic film 2, the elastic film 2 in this embodiment is provided with a plurality of stretching hole structures, and when the elastic film 2 is stretched, the stretching hole structures return to a certain concave-convex state relative to the plane where the elastic film 2 is located under the action of a tensile force, so that the roughness of the elastic film 2 is increased, and the clamping and fixing effect on a product is enhanced.
The length of the elastic film 2 along the direction from the first side plate 11 to the third side plate 13 needs to be defined according to the size and shape of the product to be packaged, and preferably, the length of the elastic film 2 in the direction is only longer than the length of the lining bottom plate 10.
In addition, in the embodiment, the elastic film 2 is made of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber, so that the elastic film has the advantages of high strength, high toughness and wear resistance, and can provide a better fastening effect for a product.

the plastic lining assembly comprises a quadrilateral lining bottom plate, a first side plate and a third side plate, wherein the lining bottom plate is provided with a first side edge, a second side edge, a third side edge and a fourth side edge which are sequentially connected, the first side edge is opposite to the third side edge, and the second side edge is opposite to the fourth side edge; the first side panel is connected to the first side edge, and the third side panel is connected to the third side edge; a shallow groove is formed on the surface of the lining bottom plate;
the elastic film is arranged on one side of the surface of the lining bottom plate to form an accommodating space for accommodating a product by matching with the shallow slot, and two ends of the elastic film are respectively connected to the first side plate and the third side plate;
the first side plate can be folded relative to the lining bottom plate in the direction away from the elastic film, and the third side plate can be folded relative to the lining bottom plate in the direction away from the elastic film.

A plastic packaging liner according to claim 1, further comprising a second side panel attached to said second side edge and a fourth side panel attached to said fourth side edge; the second side plate can be folded relative to the lining bottom plate in the direction departing from the back of the lining bottom plate, and the fourth side plate can be folded relative to the lining bottom plate in the direction departing from the back of the lining bottom plate.
6. The plastic packaging liner of claim 1 wherein the plastic liner component is paper plastic, PET or PS.
7. A plastic packaging liner according to claim 1, wherein the elastic film is provided with a plurality of stretch hole structures.
8. The plastic packaging liner of claim 1 wherein the length of the flexible film is greater than the length of the liner bottom panel in a direction from the first side panel toward the third side panel.
9. The plastic packaging liner of claim 1 wherein said flexible film is a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber.
10. A package comprising a container and a plastic packaging liner according to any one of claims 1 to 9 disposed within the container.
