The nursing garment of claim 1, further comprising a pair of gauze pants having a perforated insert at a waist of the pants, wherein an elastic band is disposed in the insert, the elastic band partially extending out of the insert, and wherein the elastic band extending out of the insert has a plurality of buttonholes, wherein the pair of gauze pants has buttons adapted to fasten the buttonholes, and wherein the sides of the pair of gauze pants are joined by a spandex fabric.

A nursing garment as claimed in claim 1 wherein the front and rear bodies are stitched together to define a stitched portion, the stitched portion being covered with a reinforcing strip, edge portions of the reinforcing strip being stitched to the front and rear bodies by stitching to join the two sides of the front body to the rear body.

4. The nursing garment of claim 3, wherein the reinforcing strip is a herringbone tape.

5. A nursing garment as claimed in claim 3 wherein the front and rear bodies each have first and second opposed faces and the edge portion of the first face of the front body is stitched to the edge portion of the first face of the rear body to join the front and rear bodies together.

The nursing garment of claim 5, wherein the edge portion of the first face of the front body section and the edge portion of the first face of the rear body section are each folded back to be attached to the reinforcing strip and the reinforcing strip, the edge folded-back portion of the first face of the front body section and the first face of the rear body section are sewn together by a first sewing line, and the edge folded-back portion of the first face of the rear body section and the reinforcing strip are sewn together by a second sewing line.

7. A nursing garment as claimed in claim 6 wherein the edge portion of the first face of the front body section and the edge portion of the first face of the rear body section are provided with a lockstitch.

8. The nursing garment of claim 4, wherein the chevron belt is 0.5-1.5 cm wide.

9. The nursing garment of claim 1, wherein the stretch knitted fabric is provided with stretch oak roots.
