Description

本实用新型涉及生活用品中的洗脸盆的专用护底。
生活中使用搪瓷洗脸盆时总会出现两方面的烦恼，一是盆底碰撞时发出的噪声，二是盆底容易碰坏脱瓷生锈而穿孔，因而缩短了使用寿命，为克服该弊端，有人在盆底粘接弹性环形垫，以此构成缓冲层，但由于未充分考虑盆底的结构及弹性垫易与其接触面产生吸附力的特点，使垫不易与盆底粘牢，在其与地面等接触产生吸附力时，很快被拉掉而失去保护功能。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能与盆底紧密粘接，不会与接触面产生吸附力的搪瓷盆护底。
本实用新型考虑到搪瓷盆底部带有环状凸边及弧边缘的特点，采用与盆底凸边相对应的，中空的弹性环形垫片，其特征在于环形垫的底面带有至少两个同圆心的环形凸条（1），环形垫的边上带有向上的，厚度逐渐减薄的弧形边（2）。
本实用新型不但能延长盆的使用寿命，由于在弹性环形垫的底面加了凸条（1），消除了与接触面接触时产生吸附力的可能。由于在环形垫的边缘加有向上的，厚度逐渐减薄的弧边（2），使其在与盆底边缘弧面接触时更加贴切，粘接后更加牢固。由于环形垫的色彩可选择，与盆底配用后使其显得更加美观。
本实用新型一个实例的剖面示意如附图所示，图中的环形垫圈用橡胶压制而成，也可采用泡沫塑料等弹性材料。其中1为凸条，本例中共四条；2为弧形边缘。
本实用新型特别适合与搪瓷盆配套后出厂，这样可以避免新盆底上的烧结点生锈损坏盆底，也可避免运输时因碰撞造成的损坏，由于成本很低，加工容易，不会增加盆的多少成本。

1、一种搪瓷盘护底，为中空的弹性环形垫片，其特征在环形垫的底面带有至少两个同圆心的环形凸条(1)，环形垫的边缘带有向上的，厚度逐渐减薄的弧形边(2)。
