The automatic edger of claim 1, wherein: the feeding device comprises a storage bin (2a) for placing a film material roll, a feeding mechanism, a gripper mechanism and a movement driving mechanism, wherein the feeding mechanism is arranged on the rack (1) and is used for sequentially feeding the film material roll in the storage bin (2a) to a gripping position, the gripper mechanism is used for gripping the film material roll from the gripping position, and the movement driving mechanism is arranged between the rack (1) and the gripper mechanism and is used for driving the gripper mechanism to reciprocate between the gripping position and the trimming device; wherein,
the bottom surface of the bin (2a) is downwards inclined from left to right, and the feeding mechanism is positioned on the right side of the bin (2a) so that the film rolls in the bin (2a) sequentially slide or roll to the feeding mechanism under the action of gravity.
3. The automatic edger of claim 2, wherein the feed mechanism comprises:
the transmission device is used for receiving the film roll falling or slipping from the stock bin (2a) and transmitting the film roll;
a feeding chute (3a) for receiving the film material roll conveyed by the transmission device;
the ejecting mechanism is used for ejecting the film material roll sliding to the bottom of the feeding chute (3a) to the grabbing position; wherein,
the transmission device comprises a driving wheel (42a), a driven wheel (41a), a conveyor belt (43a) and a driving wheel rotating driving part (44a), wherein the driving wheel (42a) and the driven wheel (41a) are respectively and rotatably supported on the frame (1); the conveying belt (43a) is tensioned between the driving wheel (42a) and the driven wheel (41a), and a plurality of baffle strip assemblies (45a) for baffle film material rolls are uniformly distributed on the conveying belt (43a) along the circumferential direction of the conveying belt (43 a); the driving wheel rotating driving part (44a) is connected with the driving wheel (42a) so as to drive the driving wheel (42a) to rotate through the driving wheel rotating driving part (44 a);
the material ejecting mechanism comprises an ejecting air cylinder (51a) and an ejecting block (52a), a V-shaped groove for supporting a film material roll is formed in the upper end of the ejecting block (52a), a cylinder body of the ejecting air cylinder (51a) is installed on the rack (1), and an air cylinder rod of the ejecting air cylinder (51a) is connected with the ejecting block (52a) so that the ejecting block (52a) can be driven to lift through the ejecting air cylinder (51 a).

The automatic edger of claim 2, wherein: the gripper mechanism comprises a bidirectional air cylinder (61a) and two clamping arms (62a), one clamping arm (62a) is connected with one cylinder rod of the bidirectional air cylinder (61a), and the other clamping arm (62a) is connected with the other cylinder rod of the bidirectional air cylinder (61a), so that the two clamping arms (62a) are driven by the bidirectional air cylinder (61a) to move oppositely to clamp the film material roll; and driving the two arms (62a) in a back-to-back motion to release the roll of film.

The automatic edger of claim 2, wherein: the moving driving mechanism comprises a lifting driving device which is connected with the gripper mechanism and used for driving the gripper mechanism to lift and a translation driving device which is arranged between the rack (1) and the lifting driving device and used for driving the lifting driving device to horizontally move.
6. The automatic edger of claim 1, wherein the edger assembly comprises:
the supporting device is arranged on the frame (1) and is used for supporting the film material roll;
the rotary driving device is used for driving the film material roll on the supporting device to rotate and is arranged on the supporting device;
the film roll trimming device comprises a cutting knife rest (2b), wherein the cutting knife rest (2b) is arranged on a rack (1) in a sliding mode, two trimming mechanisms for trimming a film roll are mounted on the cutting knife rest (2b), and each trimming mechanism comprises a circular blade (3b) which is rotatably supported on the cutting knife rest (2b) and a blade rotating driving piece (4b) which is arranged between the cutting knife rest (2b) and the circular blade (3b) and is used for driving the circular blade (3b) to rotate;
and a movement driving device (10b) which is arranged between the frame (1) and the cutting knife rest (2b) and is used for driving the cutting knife rest (2b) to move.

The automatic edger of claim 6, wherein: the supporting device comprises a left abutting assembly and a right abutting assembly, wherein the left abutting assembly and the right abutting assembly respectively comprise an abutting air cylinder (73b), a connecting block (71b) which is in sliding fit with the rack (1) and an abutting rod (72b) which is rotatably supported on the connecting block (71b), and the abutting air cylinder (73b) is connected between the rack (1) and the connecting block (71b), so that the membrane material roll is moved to a position between the two abutting rods (72b) and then drives the two abutting rods (72b) to move oppositely to abut against the supporting tube of the membrane material roll through the two abutting air cylinders (73 b).
8. The automatic edger of claim 6, wherein: the waste removing device comprises a linear guide rail and a shifting plate (5b) for shifting waste; wherein,
the linear guide rail comprises a guide rail bracket (61b), a screw rod (62b) rotatably supported on the guide rail bracket (61b), a slide block (63b) in threaded connection with the screw rod (62b), and a screw rod rotation driving motor (64b) which is connected with the screw rod (62b) and is used for driving the screw rod (62b) to rotate;
the shifting plate (5b) is fixed on a sliding block (63b) so as to drive the shifting plate (5b) to move through the sliding block (63b) to push away waste materials, and a U-shaped notch (51) for avoiding a supporting pipe of a membrane material roll is arranged on the shifting plate (5 b);
the film roll cutting machine is characterized in that the guide rail frame (61b) is arranged on the machine frame (1) in a sliding mode, the guide rail frame (61b) is fixedly connected with the cutting tool rest (2b), the guide rail frame (61b) and the circular blade (3b) are located on the opposite sides of the film roll, a sliding rail is arranged on the guide rail frame (61b), and the sliding block (63b) is arranged on the sliding rail in a sliding mode.
