5. The spring structure of claim 1, wherein: the first base and the fourth base have a length of 5.3mm to 5.7mm and a width of 2.3mm to 2.7 mm.
6. The spring structure of claim 5, wherein: the second base and the third base have a length of 3.2mm to 3.6mm and a width of 2.3mm to 2.7 mm.
7. The spring structure of claim 1, wherein: the first, second, third, fourth and fifth bending portions have the same width as the first, second, third and fourth base portions.
8. The spring structure of claim 1, wherein: the distance between the first base and the fourth base is 6.3mm to 6.7 mm.
