The pressing dragging plates 4213 on the front side and the back side are both positioned on the inner side of the pressing dragging plate 66 of the pre-sewing shifting mechanism 6, namely, the pressing dragging plate 66 is opposite to the left side edge and the right side edge of the terry cloth, so that the pressing dragging plate can not interfere with the sewing machine head of the overedger 21 and the pressing dragging plate 66 during overedgement. The length of the pressing dragging plate 4213 is designed to be long enough to press a plurality of pieces of towel cloth at the same time, so that the production rhythm is accelerated, namely, the dragging and discharging of the towel cloth sewn in the front by the continuous sewing auxiliary mechanism are not influenced while the towel cloth fed in the rear is pressed and stitched. The width of the pressing dragging plate 4213 is 30-50mm, and because the dragging travel of the pressing dragging plate is large, the pressing area of the towel cloth is increased by the wide pressing dragging plate, and the towel cloth can be stably dragged in the working condition with a large dragging travel.
The specific structure of the continuous sewing auxiliary mechanism 5 is explained as follows:
as shown in fig. 1, 2, 6 and 7, a continuous sewing auxiliary mechanism 5 is also installed between the front side sewing mechanism 2 and the back side sewing mechanism 3, which is located at the rear section of the overedger 21, and is used for assisting in pressing the rightmost (i.e., discharge side) towel cloth and quickly dragging the sewn towel cloth out of the table top.
The continuous sewing auxiliary mechanism 5 includes a discharge screw 51, and a pressing fixing unit 52 and a pressing moving unit 53 which can press the terry cloth.
As shown in fig. 1, the pressing fixing unit 52 is located at the front section of the pressing moving unit 53, which is located at the inner side of the pressing dragging unit of the sewing transfer mechanism 4, and has an overlapping length with the pressing dragging unit; when the pressing and dragging unit reciprocates to drag towel cloth, the pressing and dragging plate 4213 needs to be intermittently lifted, so that the towel cloth cannot be pressed temporarily, and the pressing and fixing unit 52 and the pressing and dragging unit alternately act to press the towel cloth, so that the towel cloth is prevented from being tilted or moved when the pressing and dragging plate 4213 is lifted.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the pressing fixing unit 52 includes a front-side pressing fixing member 521 and a reverse-side pressing fixing member 522. The front side pressing fixing component 521 is fixed on the frame 1 through a connecting plate 523; the horizontal second opening and closing screw rod 524 is mounted on the rack 1, the second opening and closing screw rod 524 is arranged along the moving direction perpendicular to the towel cloth, the reverse side pressing fixing component 522 is connected with a push rod of the second opening and closing screw rod 524 in an engaged mode through a moving block 525, and the second opening and closing screw rod 524 can drive the reverse side pressing fixing component 522 to horizontally move relative to the front side pressing fixing component 521, so that the position of the reverse side pressing fixing component 522 can be flexibly adjusted according to the size of the towel cloth, and the towel cloth is stably pressed.
Specifically, a positive side cylinder 5211 and a negative side cylinder 5221 are mounted on the positive side pressing fixing member 521 and the negative side pressing fixing member 522, respectively. The piston rod of the positive cylinder 5211 is fixedly connected to the frame 1 in an inverted manner via a connecting plate 523, and the piston rod of the negative cylinder 5221 is fixedly connected to the moving block 525 in an inverted manner. Each of the positive side pressing and fixing component 521 and the negative side pressing and fixing component 522 comprises a bracket 5212 and a pressing and fixing foot 5213, piston cylinders of a positive side cylinder 5211 and a negative side cylinder 5221 are respectively installed on the bracket 5212, the bottom of the bracket 5212 is fixedly connected with a horizontal bottom plate 5214, and the pressing and fixing foot 5213 is installed below the bottom plate 5214; the pressing fixing legs 5213 on the front and back sides can be driven by the front side cylinder 5211 and the back side cylinder 5221 respectively to move up and down in the vertical plane, so as to press the towel cloth. The front side and the back side of each towel cloth are respectively provided with a plurality of pressing fixing feet 5213 at intervals, the number and the spacing of the pressing fixing feet 5213 can be adaptively adjusted according to the length of the towel cloth, and the front side and the back side of each towel cloth are ensured to be pressed by at least one pressing fixing foot 5213.
As shown in fig. 1, the pressing and moving unit 53 is only installed on the front side of the frame, the discharging screw 51 is installed on the frame along the moving direction of the towel cloth, the pressing and moving unit 53 is installed on the discharging screw 51, the pressing and moving unit 53 can press the rightmost towel cloth (i.e. near the discharging side) and can be driven by the discharging screw 51 to move to the discharging side of the frame to pull the towel cloth out of the table top.
As shown in fig. 6, the pressing moving unit 53 includes a mounting plate 531 and two pressing moving feet 532, the mounting plate 531 is fixedly connected to the lower side of the bracket 5212, the discharging screw 51 is horizontally mounted to the lower side of the mounting plate 531, the pressing moving feet 532 are engaged with the push rod connected to the discharging screw 51, and in a free state, the pressing moving feet 532 are located at the same horizontal level as the bottom of the pressing fixing feet 5213, so that they can simultaneously press the towel cloth. The distance between the two pressing moving feet 532 is set according to the length of the terry cloth, so that the two pressing moving feet can simultaneously press the head side and the tail side of one piece of terry cloth, and the terry cloth is stably dragged and moved to the discharging and finishing mechanism.
The pressing moving leg 532 and the pressing fixing legs 5213 on both front and rear sides are located inside the pressing sled plate 4213, i.e., spaced apart from the pressing sled plate 4213, so as not to interfere with the pressing sled plate 4213 when the towel cloth is pressed/sled.
As shown in fig. 6, each of the pressing fixing leg 5213 and the pressing moving leg 532 comprises a foot base 5321, a guide pillar bolt 5322, a spring 5323 and a foot plate 5324, wherein the top of the foot base 5321 is movably guided by a discharging guide rail 51, the tail end of the guide pillar bolt 5322 is in threaded connection with the foot base 5321, the head of the guide pillar bolt 5322 supports the foot plate 5324 in an inverted manner, the upper end and the lower end of the spring 5323 are respectively fixed in the mounting grooves of the foot base 5321 and the foot plate 5324, and the foot plate 5324 can float up and down relative to the foot base 5321 under the elastic supporting action of the spring 5323 so as to elastically press the towel cloth, thereby buffering the pressing action of the front side cylinder/the reverse side cylinder and preventing the cylinder from excessively pressing the whole towel mechanism to cause; meanwhile, different pressing depths can be realized by the structure, so that the towel cloth pressing device is suitable for pressing towel cloth with different thicknesses, and the application range is wider. The guide post bolt 5322 guides the pressing operation of the spring 5323, and prevents the leg plate 5324 from shaking left and right to affect the pressing stability of the pressing fixing leg 5213/pressing moving leg 532.
Before the device works, the distance between the front side sewing mechanism 2 and the back side sewing mechanism 3 is roughly adjusted in advance through the electric screw rod 31 according to the width of the towel cloth, so that the distance between the front side sewing mechanism 2 and the back side sewing mechanism 3 can basically adapt to the width of the towel cloth. And then according to the width of the towel cloth, the first folding screw rod 423 and the second folding screw rod 524 are started, and the distance between the front side pressing dragging component 421 and the back side pressing dragging component 422 and the distance between the front side pressing fixing component 521 and the back side pressing fixing component 522 are properly adjusted, so that the towel cloth can be stably and accurately pressed on the table top 11 and cannot interfere with each other during working. The towel cloth transferred in the previous process (i.e. cutting and labeling) is pressed on the table board 11 by the pre-sewing transfer mechanism 6 on the front side and the back side and is dragged towards the direction of the sewing transfer mechanism 4, when the towel cloth reaches the sewing transfer mechanism 4, the front side pressing transfer component 421 and the back side pressing transfer component 422 of the sewing transfer mechanism 4 respectively press the left side and the right side of the towel cloth, and at the moment, the pre-sewing transfer mechanism 6 is reset and loosens the towel cloth. The sewing transfer cylinder 41 of the sewing transfer mechanism 4 drives the pressing and dragging unit to move horizontally in the direction of the overedger 21, and the overedger 21 overedges the towel cloth. The pressing dragging unit can move left and right to drag a plurality of pieces of towel cloth at the same time, and in the process, the pressing dragging unit and the pressing fixing unit 52 of the continuous sewing auxiliary mechanism 5 alternately press the plurality of pieces of towel cloth, so that the towel cloth is guaranteed to be pressed all the time. The pressing and pulling unit 53 of the continuous sewing auxiliary mechanism 5 performs a pressing operation simultaneously with the pressing and fixing unit 52, and the pressing and pulling unit 53 presses one piece of terry cloth closest to the discharge side and pulls the terry cloth to the discharge side by the drive of the discharge screw 51.
The device has the functions of automatically adjusting the towel size, driving overedges, ultrasonic wave melt-cutting thread ends, automatically receiving materials and the like, and can be completely suitable for manufacturing various towels, including various kinds of towels such as light-weight-gram-weight warp/weft-knitted towel cloth, coral velvet, sponge cloth, large-size towels and the like. The equipment can completely replace manual processing, and solves the problems that a large amount of labor is needed in each process, the occupied area is large, the processing efficiency is low, the processing quality is unstable, towels of certain material varieties and textures are difficult to process, the waste cost of processing waste materials is large, the quality efficiency in the fusing of wire ends is high, the personal safety is high and the like in the link.

1. A finished product sewing device of a towel machine is characterized by comprising a rack, a front side sewing mechanism, a reverse side sewing mechanism, a sewing transfer mechanism and a continuous sewing auxiliary mechanism;
the front side sewing mechanism and the back side sewing mechanism are oppositely arranged on the rack, the front side sewing mechanism is fixed on the rack, the back side sewing mechanism is driven by an electric screw rod and is movably arranged on the rack, and the electric screw rod can drive the back side sewing mechanism to move so as to adjust the distance between the back side sewing mechanism and the front side sewing mechanism; the front side sewing mechanism and the reverse side sewing mechanism are both provided with overedgers, and the sewing machine heads of the overedgers are positioned on the table top of the rack;
the sewing transfer mechanism is arranged on the rack, the sewing transfer mechanism is positioned between the front side sewing mechanism and the reverse side sewing mechanism, the sewing transfer mechanism is provided with a sewing transfer electric cylinder and a pressing dragging unit, the pressing dragging unit can press the terry cloth on the table board, and the sewing transfer electric cylinder can drive the pressing dragging unit to move from the front section of the overedger to the rear section of the overedger;
the continuous sewing auxiliary mechanism is also arranged on the rack and is positioned at the rear section of the overedger, the continuous sewing auxiliary mechanism comprises a discharge screw rod, a pressing fixing unit and a pressing moving unit, the pressing fixing unit is positioned at the inner side of the pressing dragging unit, and the pressing fixing unit and the pressing dragging unit are used for alternately pressing towel cloth; the pressing moving unit is located at the rear section of the pressing fixing unit, the pressing moving unit is installed on the discharging screw rod, and the pressing moving unit can be driven by the discharging screw rod to move towards the discharging side of the rack.

The finished product sewing device of a towel machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front side sewing mechanism and the reverse side sewing mechanism are both provided with a pre-sewing transfer mechanism, and the pre-sewing transfer mechanism is positioned at the front section of the overedger; the pre-sewing transfer mechanism comprises a transfer frame, a pre-sewing transfer screw rod, a pre-sewing transfer guide rail, a transmission plate, a pre-sewing pressing cylinder and a pressing dragging plate; the pre-sewing transfer lead screw and the pre-sewing transfer guide rail are both horizontally arranged on the transfer frame; the transmission plate is meshed with a threaded rod of the pre-sewing transfer screw rod, the pre-sewing transfer screw rod can drive the transmission plate to do linear reciprocating movement, and the pre-sewing pressing cylinder is fixedly connected with the transmission plate and the pressing dragging plate; the pre-sewing pressing cylinder is fixedly connected with a sliding block matched with the pre-sewing transfer guide rail, and the pre-sewing pressing cylinder can drive the pressing dragging plate to downwards press the edge of the towel cloth on the table board; the tail part of the pressing dragging plate can extend into the head part of the pressing dragging unit to connect towel cloth.

The finished product sewing device of a towel machine according to claim 2, characterized in that the pre-sewing transfer mechanism on the reverse side sewing mechanism is further provided with a handover fixing member, the handover fixing member comprises a handover pressing cylinder and a pre-pressing plate, the handover pressing cylinder is arranged on the transmission plate, a piston rod of the handover pressing cylinder is fixedly connected with the pre-pressing plate, and the pre-pressing plate is positioned on the front side of the pressing dragging plate of the reverse side sewing mechanism.

The finished product sewing device of a towel machine as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the front side sewing mechanism and the reverse side sewing mechanism are both provided with thread breaking mechanisms, and the thread breaking mechanisms are positioned at the rear side of the overedger; the wire breaking mechanism comprises a cutter component and an ultrasonic fusing device, the cutter component and the ultrasonic fusing device are respectively arranged above and below the table board, the cutter component comprises an optical fiber correlation sensor, two groups of transmission cylinders and cutter heads, the optical fiber correlation sensor is arranged at the front section of the transmission cylinders and is connected with a control system of the towel machine, a piston rod of each transmission cylinder is respectively connected with one cutter head, and the two cutter heads are arranged in parallel and are provided with intervals; the ultrasonic fusing device comprises an ultrasonic generator, an energy converter and a welding head which are sequentially connected, wherein the welding surface of the welding head penetrates through the table top and is parallel and level with the table top, and the cutter head is positioned right above the welding head.

The finished sewing apparatus of a towel machine of claim 4, wherein the reverse side sewing mechanism comprises a reverse side table and a plurality of guide rail assemblies; the pre-sewing transfer mechanism, the overedger and the thread breaking mechanism on the reverse side are all arranged on the reverse side rack; the electric screw rod is arranged on the rack along the moving direction vertical to the towel cloth, the reverse side rack is arranged on a threaded rod of the electric screw rod, and the electric screw rod can drive the reverse side rack to move linearly relative to the rack; the guide rail assembly is parallel to the electric screw rod and comprises a guide rail seat and a rack guide rail which are matched with each other, the guide rail seat is installed on the rack, and the rack guide rail is installed on the rack on the reverse side.

The finished sewing apparatus of towel machine of claim 5, wherein said sewing transfer mechanism further comprises a moving table and a load-bearing guide rail, said load-bearing guide rail is mounted on said machine frame along a direction parallel to the moving direction of the terry cloth, said moving table is movably mounted on said machine frame by a guide block matching with said load-bearing guide rail; the sewing transfer electric cylinder is arranged on the moving platform and is parallel to the bearing guide rail, and the sewing transfer electric cylinder can drive the moving platform to move horizontally along the bearing guide rail; the pressing and dragging unit is arranged below the mobile station.
