The pusher 42 includes a limiting block 421 and two pushing portions 422 respectively located at two sides of the limiting block 421, the limiting block 421 is located in the knife slot 410, the limiting block 421 is provided with a groove 423 formed by sinking downward from a top surface thereof, each pushing portion 422 includes two pushing blocks 426 arranged in parallel, and the pushing blocks 426 are used for pushing the nail pushing member. In the initial state or the cutting-completed state, a portion of the blade part 51 is located in the groove 423, that is, the cutting edge 510 is located in the groove 423 and faces the bottom of the groove 423, so that the cutting edge 510 faces downward without being exposed as shown in fig. 5 and 6, and thus the tissue is not damaged. The recess 423 has two opposite groove walls 424, the two groove walls 424 are respectively provided with a receiving hole 425, the cartridge module 30 further includes a rod member 70, the rod member 70 is disposed through the first portion 54 of the through groove 53 and the ends of the rod member 70 are respectively mounted in the receiving holes 425 of the two groove walls 424, when the rod member 70 is located in the first portion 54 of the through groove 53, the cutting knife 50 can rotate around the rod member 70 along a first direction or a second direction, and the first direction is opposite to the second direction.
