Technical Field
The utility model relates to a vehicle side door interior trim field.
Background
The vehicle front side door trim may include an armrest, and a storage compartment located below the armrest, the storage compartment having an upper opening that opens vertically upward. Such compartments may be used to house, for example, a road map or water bottles, simply by inserting them vertically down into the compartment.
Such a front side door is located, for example, on the driver's side and may lead to a driver's seat.
The driver's seat is usually adjustable in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, for example to position the driver at a suitable distance from a footboard or steering wheel.
The length of the armrest is typically set such that the operator can use the armrest throughout the longitudinal adjustment range of the operator's seat.
With the advent of vehicles having an automatic driving mode, it may be necessary to think about the interior structure of the vehicle anew.
In particular, it is conceivable to increase the position adjustment range of the driver's seat in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle so that the driver can move away from the steering wheel when the vehicle is in the automatic travel mode.
However, since the length of the side door is limited, it seems difficult to increase the length of the armrest accordingly. This therefore presents ergonomic problems.

The object of the utility model is to provide a vehicle side door interior trim, it provides new possibility for vehicle inner structure.
To this end, the invention proposes a vehicle side door trim comprising a receiving part comprising one or more receiving compartments, each having an opening which can be opened substantially horizontally backwards when the side door is closed.
This design of the receiving part (i.e. with at least one compartment, each compartment having an opening which can be opened substantially horizontally backwards when the side door is closed) makes it possible to leave an open area between the receiving part and the rear edge of the door without any protruding appendage.
Thus, it is possible to provide armrests on, for example, seats adjacent to the side doors, which armrests are supported by the seats and move with the seats over the entire adjustment range of the longitudinal position of the seats without causing interference between the armrests and the side door trim.
In addition, the trim may also include one or more of the following optional features, which may be used alone or in combination according to any feasible technique:
the interior trim comprises a wall panel extending in a generally vertical plane, the wall panel supporting the receiving members, the wall panel having a rear edge and a front edge, the opening of each receiving bay opening towards the rear edge of the wall panel;
each compartment is laterally delimited by two side surfaces, each side surface extending substantially in a vertical longitudinal plane, when the side door is closed;
the receiving component comprises a plurality of receiving grids which are overlapped up and down;
at least one or each compartment containing a shelf for the placement of articles received in the compartment;
the receiving component is arranged at the front end of the interior trim;
the upper end of the inner portion has a gap to accommodate the side end of the instrument panel when the side door is closed.
The utility model discloses still relate to a side door of vehicle, it contains structure wallboard and above-mentioned interior trim.
The utility model discloses still relate to an inner structure of vehicle, it contains seat and above-mentioned interior trim, and this interior trim is supported by the side door, and wherein, the seat is adjacent with the side door and the seat has the handrail on that side that is close to the side door. The seat may be, for example, a driver's seat.
The present invention also relates to a vehicle including a side door, the side door, or the inner structure provided with the interior trim.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a vehicle interior, showing an instrument panel and a vehicle side door;
FIG. 2 is a top view of the interior trim of FIG. 1, further illustrating the driver's seat in the interior structure.
Detailed Description
Hereinafter, terms indicating directions, particularly, "longitudinal", "transverse"; the terms "horizontal", "vertical", "right", "left", "front", "rear", "upper", "lower", and the like, are to be understood as referring to the generally orthogonal designations of the vehicle shown in fig. 1 and 2, and include a longitudinal axis X that is horizontal and forward from rear to front, a transverse axis Y that is horizontal and right to left, and a vertical axis Z that is upward from bottom to top.
The internal structure 2 of the vehicle 1 shown in fig. 1 and 2 includes an instrument panel 4, a steering wheel 6 provided on the instrument panel 4, a seat 8 (fig. 2) for opposing a driver to the steering wheel 6, and a side door trim 10 provided on a side door 12, wherein the side door 12 leads to the seat 8.
The dashboard 4, steering wheel 6 and seat 8 constitute a driver console.
As shown in fig. 2, the seat 8 has a seat surface 14 and a backrest 16.
The seat 8 optionally has an armrest 18 disposed laterally on one side of the seat 8, on one side of the side door 12 leading to the seat 8. The armrest 18 is disposed laterally outermost of the seat 8.
The seat 8 is, for example, longitudinally slidably arranged, so that the longitudinal position of the seat 8 can be adjusted.
In fig. 2, the seat 8 is indicated by a solid line at the forwardmost position and by a broken line at the rearwardmost position.
As shown in fig. 1, the interior 10 includes a receiving member 20 including one or more receiving compartments 22 for receiving articles.
The receiving member 20 includes, for example, a plurality of receiving compartments 22, here three receiving compartments 22 stacked one above the other.
Each bay 22 includes an opening 24 to the bay 22.
Through the opening 24, articles can be placed in the compartment 22 and removed from the compartment 22.
Each compartment 22 has, for example, a unique opening 24.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the opening 24 of each compartment 22 may open generally horizontally and longitudinally rearward when the door 12 is closed.
Thus, the compartments are horizontally accessible through the opening 24 of each compartment 22.
By moving the article generally horizontally and longitudinally forward (e.g., along the longitudinal axis X and forward), the article may be placed into the compartment 22 through the opening 24 of each compartment 22, and by moving the article generally horizontally and longitudinally rearward, the article may be removed from the compartment 22.
The receiving member 20 is provided at the front end of the interior 10.
The receiving member 20 extends over a portion of a limited length of the interior trim 10.
The receiving member 20 is located at, for example, the front third of the interior trim 10, and the horizontal upper edge of the interior trim 10 is regarded as the reference length of the interior trim 10.
Here, the interior 10 includes a wall plate 26 and the storage member 20 supported by the wall plate 26.
The wall panel 26 covers the inner surface of the side door 12, i.e., the surface of the side door 12 that faces the interior of the vehicle.
The wall panel 26 extends generally in a vertical longitudinal plane when the door 12 is closed.
The wall plate 26 has a front edge 26A, a rear edge 26B, an upper edge 26C and a lower edge 26D.
The wall plate 26 has an upper portion 28 adjacent the upper edge 26C and a lower portion 30 adjacent the lower edge 26C.
The housing member 20 protrudes from the wall plate 26 toward the inside of the vehicle cabin.
The receiving member 20 is located at the front end of the wall plate 26. The receiving member 20 is adjacent to the front edge 26A of the wall plate 26.
The receiving member 20 extends vertically across a majority of the height of, for example, the wall plate 26. Here, the receiving member 20 extends across almost the entire height of the wall plate 26.
The opening 24 of each pocket 22 opens in a horizontal direction generally parallel to the wall plate 26 toward the rear edge 26B of the wall plate 26.
The opening 24 extends, for example, in a plane perpendicular to the wall plate 26 and is adjacent to the vehicle operator.
The panel 26 includes an open area 32 without protruding appendages at least in a lower portion 30 thereof, between the rear edge 26B of the wall 26 and the receiving member 20. Here, the open area 32 is substantially flat and vertical.
The open area 32 extends, for example, upwardly from the lower edge 26D of the wall 26 across a majority of the height of the wall 26 and forwardly from the rear edge 26B of the wall 26 across a majority of the length of the wall 26. In another embodiment, the open area 32 extends across the entire height of the wall panel 26.
Here, the open area 32 extends vertically across approximately two-thirds of the length of the wall plate 26 and horizontally across two-thirds of the length of the wall plate 26.
The open area 32 avoids any interference with the seat 8 (in particular with the armrest 18 of the seat 8) over the entire longitudinal position adjustment range of the seat 8.
The lower portion of each compartment 22 is defined by a lower surface 34 on which items placed in the compartment 22 rest.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the lower surface 34 of at least one bay 22 is defined by a shelf 35.
Here, the receiving part 20 includes two shelves 35 defining inner surfaces 34 of the two upper receiving compartments 22.
The receiving part 20 may include at least one intermediate shelf 35 dividing two receiving compartments 22 stacked one above the other. Here, the two shelves 35 are intermediate shelves.
Here, each pocket 22 is laterally defined between two generally vertical side surfaces 36.
The opening 24 of each pocket 22 extends laterally between two generally vertical side surfaces 36.
In the embodiment shown, one side surface 36 of each bay is defined by the wall plate 26 itself, the other side surface 36 being defined by a baffle 38 of the receiving member 20, the baffle 38 being laterally remote from the wall plate 26.
When the door 12 is closed, the flap 38 extends generally in a vertical longitudinal plane.
At least one pocket 22 located at the upper portion 28 of the interior trim 10 extends further rearward than at least one other pocket 22 located at the lower portion 30 of the interior trim 10.
In the illustrated embodiment, the uppermost bay 22 extends further rearward than the other bays 22.
At least one pocket 22 located at the upper portion 28 of the interior trim 10 is offset more rearwardly than at least one other pocket 22 located at the lower portion 30 of the interior trim 10.
In the illustrated embodiment, the uppermost bay 22 is offset further rearward than the other bays 22 located in the lower portion 30.
The front of the interior trim 10 has a gap 40. This gap 40 is used to accommodate the side end 4A of the instrument panel 4 when the side door 12 is closed.
The offset of the at least one compartment 22 located at the upper portion of the trim 10, compared to the at least one compartment 22 located at the lower portion of the trim 10, enables such a gap 40 to be formed without occupying the open area 32 and without risking interference with the seat 8 (particularly the armrest 18).
Optionally, as shown in the lower compartment 22 of fig. 1, the rear end of at least one compartment 22 is defined by a generally vertical transverse rear wall 42. A rear wall 42 extends upwardly from a rear edge of the lower surface 34 of the pocket 22. Such a rear wall 42 prevents items placed in the compartment 22 from falling rearward when the vehicle is accelerating. The rear wall 42 extends across a portion of the height of the bay 22, between the lower surface 34 of the bay 22 and the upper surface of the bay 22, proximate the opening 24 of the bay 22.
As a modification or an alternative, at least one of the pockets 22 has an inclined lower surface 34 that descends from a rear end of the lower surface 34 to a front end of the lower surface 34. This makes it possible to stably place the articles in the storage compartment 22 and to limit the risk of the articles falling. In fact, the articles in the pockets 22 have a tendency to project forward from the opening 24 into the bottom of the pocket 22.
As a modification or an alternative, at least one compartment 22 is provided with a door which is movable between a closed position in which the door closes the opening 24 of the compartment 22 and an open position in which the door opens the opening 24 of the compartment 22. The door may close the compartment 22 to prevent items from falling. The door may be arranged, for example, in a side hung, swinging or sliding manner. The sliding door may for example be a roller shutter.
The rear lower region through the side door is open, the side door trim 10 of the present invention can be stored conveniently, and this avoids the mutual interference with the adjacent seats of the side door.
Such seats may be provided with armrests supported by the seat, which positions are ergonomic regardless of the position of the seat, as the armrests mate with the seat.
In the open area, the armrest does not interfere with the interior trim 10. In particular, the armrest does not interfere with the receiving member located at the front end of the interior 10.
The housing member 20 is easily accessible to a user approaching the door. The receiving member 20 may be designed to have a large receiving space and divided into a plurality of receiving compartments 22 stacked one on another.
The receiving member 20 is easily manufactured and integrated in the vehicle interior. The housing member 20 is inexpensive to manufacture, which allows for its placement in many vehicles.
The receiving member 20 provides a unique alternative to existing solutions.
