As shown in fig. 1 to 2, an easy-to-penetrate bottle cap includes a cap body 10 and a top plate 20 on an end surface of the cap body; the upper end surface of the top plate 20 is provided with at least one first groove 40 through which the piercing needle can penetrate.
Specifically, the easily penetrable bottle cap comprises a cap body 10, wherein a top plate 20 is arranged on the cross section of the cap body 10, and at least one first groove 40 is arranged on the top plate 20; wherein the first groove 40 can be arranged at any position of the top plate 20; in addition, the thickness of the bottom end of the first groove 40 is smaller than the thickness of the top plate 20.
The easily penetrable bottle cap comprises a cap body 10 and a top plate 20, wherein the top plate 20 is located at the top end of the cap body 10, and the top plate 20 is provided with a first groove 40; the groove 40 is formed in the top plate of the bottle cap, so that a user can conveniently determine the penetrating position, and the phenomenon that the hand of the user is injured due to the fact that the user slides when penetrating the bottle cap by using a puncture needle is avoided; in addition, the top plate 20 is provided with a groove 40, and the bottom of the groove 40 is thinner than the thickness of the body thereof, so that penetration is easier.
In one embodiment, a gasket 30 is provided at the bottom of the top plate 20; the gasket 30 is provided with at least one second groove 50 for the piercing needle to penetrate, wherein the first groove 40 is disposed opposite to the second groove 50, and the piercing needle can penetrate the second groove 50 when piercing the first groove 40.
Specifically, the easily penetrable bottle cap comprises a cap body 10, a top plate 20 is arranged on the cross section of the cap body 10, a gasket 30 is arranged inside the cap body 10, wherein the gasket 30 is arranged at the bottom of the top plate 20, and at least one first groove 40 is arranged on the top plate 20; wherein the first groove 40 can be arranged at any position of the top plate 20; the gasket 30 is provided with at least one second groove 50; wherein the second groove 50 is arranged corresponding to the first groove 40; the first recess 40 and the second recess 50 are aligned with each other at the center point in the vertical direction (the vertical direction is the direction in which the bottle cap is attached to the bottle body and the bottle body is erected on a table), and the second recess 50 can be penetrated by a puncture needle (e.g., a puncture needle) penetrating the first recess 40. In addition, the thickness of the bottom end of the first groove 40 is smaller than that of the top plate 20; the thickness of the bottom end of the second recess 50 is also smaller than the thickness of the spacer 30, which is easier when the first recess 40 and the second recess 50 are pierced by the piercing needle.
The easily penetrable bottle cap comprises a cap body, wherein grooves 40 (or 50) are respectively arranged on a top plate 20 and a gasket 30 and are respectively marked as a first groove 40 and a second groove 50, wherein the first groove 40 and the second groove 50 are correspondingly arranged, so that when a puncture needle is used for puncturing the first groove 40, the second groove 50 can also be punctured; both the top plate 20 and the spacer 30 are provided with a groove 40 (or 50), and the bottom of the groove 40 (or 50) is thinner than the thickness of the body thereof, so that penetration is easier.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 2, the first groove 40 is provided at a central position of the top plate 20; the second groove 50 is provided at a central position of the gasket 30.
When the first groove 40 and the second groove 50 are respectively arranged at the central positions of the top plate 20 and the gasket 30, on one hand, the whole bottle cap is attractive; on the other hand, the puncture needle is more convenient for the user to puncture the bottle cap.
In one embodiment, the first groove is arranged at a non-central position of the top plate; the second groove is arranged at a non-central position of the gasket.
Specifically, when the first groove 40 and the second groove 50 are respectively arranged at the non-central positions of the top plate 20 and the gasket 30, the situation that the bottle body using the easily penetrable bottle cap punctures the groove on the bottle cap when colliding or contacting with other objects in the transportation process and the like, so that liquid in the bottle body leaks can be effectively reduced.
In one embodiment, the two-point connection between the center point of the first recess 40 and the center point of the second recess 50 is perpendicular to the top plate 20.
Specifically, the line connecting the center point of the first groove 40 and the center point of the second groove 50 is perpendicular to the top plate 20, and the effective overlapping area of the first groove 40 and the second groove 50 is large, so that the bottle cap is easier to penetrate through.
In one embodiment, the first recess 40 and the second recess 50 are circular, square, rectangular, or triangular.
Specifically, the first groove 40 and the second groove 50 may be the same or different in shape, and may be circular, square, rectangular, triangular, or the like.
It should be understood that the shape of the first and second grooves described above is only a partial embodiment; the first and second grooves may be of any shape as long as the above-described function is achieved.
In one embodiment, the shim abuts the base plate.
Specifically, the gasket is abutted to the bottom plate, and the distance between the gasket and the bottom plate is short, so that the puncture needle can conveniently penetrate through the grooves in the top plate and the gasket, and the bottle cap is penetrated.
In one embodiment, the gasket is affixed to the bottom end of the top plate.
Specifically, the gasket is adhered to the bottom end of the top plate, namely the gasket is tightly adhered to the bottom of the top plate, and the gasket interacts with the top plate to avoid liquid leakage in the bottle body using the easily-penetrable bottle cap.
In one embodiment, the diameter of the first groove is greater than the diameter of the second groove.
Specifically, the diameter of the first groove is larger than that of the second groove, i.e. the area of the first groove should be larger than that of the second groove; on one hand, the bottle cap is convenient for easily finding a corresponding penetrating position when penetrating the bottle cap; on the other hand, the small diameter of the second groove enables the leakage of the liquid in the bottle body to be more effectively reduced when the second inner cap is penetrated.
In one embodiment, the shim is a soft shim.
By adopting the soft gasket, on one hand, the sealing effect is good, and the liquid leakage risk is reduced; and on the other hand penetration is facilitated.
Based on foretell easily pierce through bottle lid and bottle, the utility model also provides an easily penetrable bottle lid system.
A penetrable cap system, as shown in fig. 3, comprising a penetrable cap 100 and a piercing needle 200; the puncture needle 200 is connected to the penetrable cap 100 through the first and second grooves.
The easily-penetrated bottle cap system adopts the easily-penetrated bottle cap, so that a user can conveniently determine the penetrating position, and the hand injury of the user caused by the sliding of a penetrating object when the bottle cap is penetrated by the penetrating object is avoided; and penetration is easier.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
