13. the cart control handle of claim 3, wherein the sensor assembly comprises a displacement sensor and two force sensors, the displacement sensor being coupled to the coupling base, the left hand control portion of the handlebar being coupled to the displacement sensor via one of the force sensors, and the right hand control portion of the handlebar being coupled to the displacement sensor via the other of the force sensors.
14. The cart control handle of claim 1, further comprising a switch control assembly disposed on the handle, the switch control assembly comprising a control switch and a button, wherein the control switch is activated by pressing the button to unlock a brake of the cart chassis.
15. The cart control handle of claim 14, wherein the handle defines a mounting cavity, the control switch is disposed at a bottom of the mounting cavity, the button is movably disposed in the mounting cavity, and the button defines a pressing portion that abuts against a trigger portion of the control switch.
16. The cart control handle of claim 15, wherein one end of the button is hinged to the side wall of the mounting cavity, the other end of the button is clamped to the side wall of the mounting cavity, and a first reset piece enabling the pressing portion to have a tendency to leave the triggering portion is arranged at the clamping position.
17. The cart control handle of claim 15, wherein a guide rod is disposed in the mounting cavity, the button is correspondingly sleeved on the guide rod, and the guide rod is further sleeved with a second reset member which enables the pressing portion to have a tendency to leave the triggering portion.
18. the cart control handle according to claim 15, wherein said pressing portion is provided with an inclined surface, and said trigger portion is provided with a rolling element, and said rolling element abuts against said inclined surface.

The cart control handle of claim 1, wherein the sensor compares the acquired signal with a corresponding preset value, if the acquired signal is less than or equal to the preset value, the cart is kept in the existing state, and if the acquired signal is greater than the preset value, the cart moves according to a preset rule.
20. A cart comprising a frame, a chassis, and a cart control handle of any of claims 1 to 19, said cart control handle mounted to said frame via said connection base, said sensor assembly electrically connected to a controller on the cart.

The cart of claim 20, wherein the chassis is provided with at least one steering wheel and at least two universal wheels, the steering wheel is provided with a driving motor and a steering motor, and the steering wheel driving motor and the steering motor are electrically connected to the controller.
22. The cart of claim 20, wherein the chassis includes two drive wheels and at least one universal wheel, each drive wheel having a drive motor, the drive motors of the drive wheels being electrically connected to the controller.
23. The cart of claim 20, wherein the chassis has four mecanum wheels, each mecanum wheel having a drive motor, the drive motors of each mecanum wheel being electrically connected to the controller.
