本实用新型公开了一种泡茶时盛茶叶的悬浮式
茶网，包括气室，茶网、垂立器，气室呈蝶状，茶网联在
气室下端，并悬设垂立器，茶网与垂立器由联杆连接，
使用时，将茶叶置入茶网，放入杯内，在气室浮力作用
下茶网悬浮在水面上，并在垂立器作用下饮茶时不会
倾斜，随着水位的下降，茶网脱离水面，茶叶不再溶
解，使同一杯茶水的饮用浓度始终基本保持一致，同
时，饮用时茶叶不会吸入口里，且清除茶渣方便。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种泡茶时盛茶叶的悬浮式茶网，属生活日用品。
泡茶时，人们往往将茶叶直接纳入茶杯，饮用时存在以下不足：一、同一杯茶水前后浓度相差大，先前饮用茶水浓度小，水位愈低浓度愈大；二、易吸入茶渣；三、更换茶叶时，茶渣散乱，洗除残渣麻烦。目前许多饭店、宾馆采用一次性袋装茶叶，饮用时有一拉线带出杯外，亦存在茶水前后浓度差，而且增加了制作成本，不适宜家庭使用。
本实用新型旨在克服上述不足之处而提供一种结构简单、操作方便的悬浮式茶网。
悬浮式茶网设有一气室，气室下端联有茶网，茶网悬设垂立器，茶网与垂立器由联杆连接。
本实用新型的具体内容由以下实施例及其附图作进一步说明。

本实施例设有一个气室（1），气室（1）下端联有茶网（2），气室（1）呈蝶状，茶网（2）设成可开合的两半，之间一侧设置合页（5），另一侧分别设置定位碰珠（6、7），茶网（2）悬设球形垂立器（3），茶网（2）与垂立器（3）之间由联杆（4）连接。
茶网（2）布设网孔，並可设成网状软体，可拆卸地联在气室（1）下端。
悬浮式茶网在使用时，先将茶叶置入茶网，冲入开水后，在气室浮力作用下悬浮在杯内，並在垂立器作用下不会倾斜，饮用时随着杯内水位的降低，茶网由联杆撑出水面（联杆和垂立器接触杯底），此时，茶叶基本上不再溶解，故同一杯茶的茶水浓度基本保持一致，另外使用悬浮式茶网后，茶叶不会吸入口里，更换茶叶，只需开启茶网或卸下茶网软体取出茶渣即可，操作简便，结构也简单。
Claims (3)
1、一种悬浮式茶网，其特征是设有一气室(1)，气室(1)下端联有茶网(2)，茶网(2)悬设垂直器(3)，茶网(2)与垂立器(3)由联杆(4)连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的悬浮式茶网，其特征是茶网（2）设成可开合的两半，之间一侧设置合页（5），另一侧分别设置定位碰珠（6、7）。
3、根据权利要求1所述的悬浮式茶网，其特征是茶网（2）设成网状软体，可拆卸地联在气室（1）下端。
