Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种LED直管灯,包括灯管、扩散膜和设于灯管内的光源板,所述扩散膜套设于灯管上;所述扩散膜沿灯管的周向分别设有遮光区和扩散区,所述遮光区的透光率小于扩散区的透光率,使得照射于遮光区的光线部分或全部反射到扩散区,所述光源板的发光面与扩散区对应设置。所述LED直管灯光束角小且光通利用率高。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及照明技术领域,特别涉及一种LED直管灯。
背景技术
传统的LED直管灯光束角是220度左右,此种LED直管发光角度较大,如图1所示。在实际使用时会有一部光会朝向光源的背光面透出灯管,这样发出的光无法投射在待照明物体上,使得发出的光被浪费,光通利用率低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种光束角小且光通利用率高的LED直管灯。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
一种LED直管灯,包括灯管、扩散膜和设于灯管内的光源板,所述扩散膜套设于灯管上;
所述扩散膜沿灯管的周向分别设有遮光区和扩散区,所述遮光区的透光率小于扩散区的透光率,使得照射于遮光区的光线部分或全部反射到扩散区,所述光源板的发光面与扩散区对应设置。
进一步的,所述遮光区上的扩散膜为半透明且半反光。
进一步的,所述遮光区与所述扩散区具有至少一条两者相连接的边界。
进一步的,所述遮光区与扩散区对称设置。
进一步的,所述遮光区的面积大于扩散区的面积。
进一步的,所述遮光区的面积小于扩散区的面积。
进一步的,所述扩散膜套设于灯管的外表面。
进一步的,所述扩散膜套设于灯管的内表面。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:灯管上套设的扩散膜分为遮光区和扩散区,光源板发出的光线通过扩散区并投射在照明区;遮光区需固定在整灯的背面(相对面向出光区域设置),遮光区可以将光源向遮光区发出的光部分或全部遮挡,使得部分或全部光线无法从遮光区投射出去,同时将部分或全部向遮光区的光反射回扩散区,并通过扩散区投射到照明区。上述设计将灯管的出光角度的大小限制在扩散区在灯管上对应的圆周角,同时把原本会从遮光区透出的光线一并利用,提高了光通利用率。

具体实施方式
为详细说明本实用新型的技术内容、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式并配合附图予以说明。
本实用新型最关键的构思在于:将套设在灯管上的扩散膜分为扩散区和遮光区,从而限制出光角度,并提高了光通利用率。
请参照图2-3,一种LED直管灯,包括灯管1、扩散膜2和设于灯管1内的光源板3,所述扩散膜2套设于灯管1上;
所述扩散膜2沿灯管1的周向分别设有遮光区21和扩散区22,所述遮光区21的透光率小于扩散区22的透光率,使得照射于遮光区21的光线部分或全部反射到扩散区22,所述光源板3的发光面与扩散区22对应设置。
从上述描述可知,本实用新型的有益效果在于:灯管上套设的扩散膜分为遮光区和扩散区,光源板发出的光线通过扩散区并投射在照明区;遮光区需固定在整灯的背面(相对面向出光区域设置),遮光区可以将光源向遮光区发出的光部分或全部遮挡,使得部分或全部光线无法从遮光区投射出去,同时将部分或全部向遮光区的光反射回扩散区,并通过扩散区投射到照明区。上述设计将灯管的出光角度的大小限制在扩散区在灯管上对应的圆周角,同时把原本会从遮光区透出的光线一并利用,提高了光通利用率。
进一步的,所述遮光区21上的扩散膜2为半透明且半反光。
由上述描述可知,据实际需求,扩散膜2的遮光区21可以设置成半透明、半反光的,以便满足部分使用场景中需要背部发出一定光线的需求(其透光强度可以根据需要进行调节设置);当然,遮光区21也可以设置成完全不透光的,以增加扩散区出光强度,满足需要加强局部照明的需求场景。
进一步的,所述遮光区21与所述扩散区22具有至少一条两者相连接的边界。
进一步的,所述遮光区21与扩散区22对称设置。
进一步的,所述遮光区21的面积大于扩散区22的面积。
进一步的,所述遮光区21的面积小于扩散区22的面积。
进一步的,所述扩散膜2套设于灯管1的外表面。
进一步的,所述扩散膜2套设于灯管1的内表面。
由上述描述可知,扩散膜2可套设于灯管1外表面或内表面,其具体位置由实际需求决定。
请参照图2-3,本实用新型的实施例一为:
一种LED直管灯,包括灯管1、扩散膜2和设于灯管1内的光源板3,所述扩散膜2套设于灯管1上,本具体实施例中,可以通过覆膜机将扩散膜2固定在作为灯管的透明玻璃管上,扩散膜2套设的位置可以在灯管1的外表面或内表面。
所述扩散膜2沿灯管1的周向分为遮光区21和扩散区22,所述遮光区21的透光率小于扩散区22的透光率,使得照射于遮光区21的光线部分或全部反射到扩散区22,并通过扩散区22射出灯管1,由于扩散膜2上的遮光区21和扩散区22的透光率不同,因此整个扩散膜2呈现两种颜色。本实施例中,所述光源板3的发光面与扩散区22对应设置,两者具有至少一条相接的边界。若把光源板3的发光面看作灯管1的正面,则遮光区21设于灯管1的背面。
在实际使用中,可以调整扩散膜的遮光区21与扩散区22面积大小的比例,从而相对控制出光角度大小的变化,扩散区22的面积可以大于遮光区21的面积,也可以小于遮光区21的面积;同样也可以调整遮光区21的透光率,可以设置成半透明半反光,以便满足部分使用场景中需要背部发出一定光线的需求;也可以设置成完全不透光的,以增加扩散区出光强度,满足需要加强局部照明的需求场景。
对比图1的现有技术的光路与图2的本实施例中的管路,可以看到图1中的出光角度较大,部分光线朝上发出,即便在图1中的灯管上套上扩散膜,如果不在光源板3的背面设置透光率较低的遮光区,仍无法阻止光线向上射出。
综上所述,本实用新型提供了一种光束角小且光通利用率高的LED直管灯。所述LED直管灯的灯管套设的扩散膜分为遮光区和扩散区,光源板发出的光线通过扩散区并投射在照明区;遮光区需固定在整灯的背面(相对面向出光区域设置),遮光区可以将光源向遮光区发出的光部分或全部遮挡,使得部分或全部光线无法从遮光区投射出去,同时将部分或全部向遮光区的光反射回扩散区,并通过扩散区投射到照明区。上述设计将灯管的出光角度的大小限制在扩散区在灯管上对应的圆周角,同时把原本会从遮光区透出的光线一并利用,提高了光通利用率。

Claims (8)
1.一种LED直管灯,包括灯管和设于灯管内的光源板,其特征在于,还包括扩散膜,所述扩散膜套设于灯管上;
所述扩散膜沿灯管的周向分别设有遮光区和扩散区,所述遮光区的透光率小于扩散区的透光率,使得照射于遮光区的光线部分或全部反射到扩散区,所述光源板的发光面与扩散区对应设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED直管灯,其特征在于,所述遮光区上的扩散膜为半透明且半反光。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED直管灯,其特征在于,所述遮光区与所述扩散区具有至少一条两者相连接的边界。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LED直管灯,其特征在于,所述遮光区与扩散区对称设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的LED直管灯,其特征在于,所述遮光区的面积大于扩散区的面积。
6.根据权利要求1所述的LED直管灯,其特征在于,所述遮光区的面积小于扩散区的面积。
7.根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的LED直管灯,其特征在于,所述扩散膜套设于灯管的外表面。
8.根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的LED直管灯,其特征在于,所述扩散膜套设于灯管的内表面。
