A first light-emitting element 20 is arranged inside the outer tube 10, and one end thereof has a first pin 21 and a second pin 22, and the first pin 21 and the second pin 22 are respectively connected to corresponding joints in the first fixing element 40. The hole 401 is exposed outside; wherein, the first light-emitting element 20 emits a first light with a first wavelength and a second light with a second wavelength after being triggered, and the first wavelength is smaller than the second wavelength.
