Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种包装盒安全扣锁结构，包括盖体，以及具有颈部瓶口的容器本体，颈部瓶口外壁设有外螺纹，盖体内壁设有内螺纹，盖体的侧壁至少设有两按压部，按压部内壁设有弹性卡扣，容器本体的上端面设有与弹性卡扣对应的阻挡部，当盖体与容器本体相互旋紧后，弹性卡扣与阻挡部相互卡紧。它的优点是当需要打开盖体时，需要一手握住容器本体，一手按住按压部，使得弹性卡扣与阻挡部相互脱离，同时旋转盖体，盖体便可打开，由于受儿童手的大小限制，儿童无法单手按压住两个按压部，无法打开盖体，可以防止儿童误食容器本体内的物品；在盖体与容器本体相互旋紧的过程中，阻挡部滑动至缺口卡槽内并与缺口卡槽相互卡紧，盖体与容器本体盖合稳定。

本实用新型涉及容器技术领域，尤其是一种包装盒安全扣锁结构。
背景技术
现有的容器一般包括容器本体以及与容器本体盖合的盖体，打开盖体后可以将容器内盛装液体或者一些零散的东西倒出来；当容器内装有小颗粒物质或者腐蚀性时，儿童能够轻易的打开容器，因此儿童很容易误食用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术的不足，提供一种包装盒安全扣锁结构。
本实用新型的一种技术方案：
一种包装盒安全扣锁结构，包括盖体，以及具有颈部瓶口的容器本体，所述颈部瓶口具有开口，所述颈部瓶口的外壁设有外螺纹，所述盖体的内壁设有与外螺纹螺纹连接的内螺纹，所述盖体的侧壁至少设有两按压部，所述按压部的内壁设有弹性卡扣，所述容器本体的上端面设有与弹性卡扣对应的阻挡部，当盖体与容器本体相互旋紧后，所述弹性卡扣与阻挡部相互卡紧。
一种优选方案是盖体的表面向内凹设有凹陷部，所述凹陷部的内侧壁形成所述按压部，所述弹性卡扣设置在凹陷部的内侧壁且靠近盖体的中心。
一种优选方案是凹陷部的底部与按压部之间设有切口槽。
一种优选方案是弹性卡扣包括基体部，以及设置在基体部下表面且靠近基体部一侧的弹性块；弹性块与基体部另一侧之间形成缺口卡槽，当盖体与容器本体相互旋紧后，阻挡部与缺口卡槽相互卡紧。
一种优选方案是弹性块设有与内螺纹旋转方向一致的导向片，盖体与容器本体相互旋紧时，阻挡部沿着导向片滑入缺口卡槽内。
一种优选方案是弹性卡扣的数量为2个，且2个弹性卡扣相向设置在盖体的内壁。
综合上述技术方案，本实用新型的有益效果：当需要打开盖体时，需要需要一手握住容器本体，一手按住按压部，使得弹性卡扣与阻挡部相互脱离，同时旋转盖体，盖体便可打开，由于受儿童手的大小限制，儿童无法单手按压住两个按压部，无法打开盖体，可以防止儿童误食容器本体内的物品；在盖体与容器本体相互旋紧的过程中，阻挡部滑动至缺口卡槽内并与缺口卡槽相互卡紧，因此盖体与容器本体盖合稳定。

具体实施方式
为阐述本实用新型的思想及目的，下面将结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图1至图7所示，一种包装盒安全扣锁结构，包括盖体10，以及具有颈部瓶口21的容器本体20，颈部瓶口21具有开口22，颈部瓶口21的外壁设有外螺纹，盖体10的内壁设有与外螺纹螺纹连接的内螺纹，侧壁至少设有两按压部13，所述按压部13的内壁设有一弹性卡扣11，容器本体 20的上端面设有与弹性卡扣11对应的阻挡部23，当盖体10与容器本体20相互旋紧后，弹性卡扣11与阻挡部23相互卡紧。
如图1至图7所示，当需要打开盖体10时，需要按住按压部13，使得弹性卡扣11与阻挡部23相互脱离，同时旋转盖体10，盖体10便可打开，由于受儿童力气以及手的大小限制，因此儿童无法打开盖体10，可以防止儿童误食容器本体20内的食物；在盖体10与容器本体20相互旋紧的过程中，弹性卡扣11与阻挡部23相互卡紧，因此盖体10与容器本体20盖合稳定。
如图1至图7所示，盖体10的表面向内凹设有凹陷部12，凹陷部12 的内侧壁形成所述按压部13，按压部13靠近盖体10的中心，弹性卡扣11 设置在凹陷部12的内壁且靠近盖体10的中心，凹陷部12靠近盖体10的下侧。盖体10，按压部13与弹性卡扣11一体成型，阻挡部23与容器本体 20一体成型。
如图1至图7所示，凹陷部12的底部15与按压部13之间设有切口槽 14，因此按压部13存在一定的弹性，方便弹性卡扣11与阻挡部23相互卡紧或相互脱离。
如图1至图7所示，弹性卡扣11包括基体部111，以及设置在基体部 111下表面且靠近基体部111一侧的弹性块112，基体部111与按压部13 的内壁固定连接；弹性块112与基体部111另一侧之间形成缺口卡槽113，缺口卡槽113为L形，当盖体10与容器本体20相互旋紧后，阻挡部23滑入缺口卡槽113内，使得阻挡部23与缺口卡槽113相互卡紧。优选的，弹性块112设有与内螺纹旋转方向一致的导向片114，导向片114为弧形结构，盖体10与容器本体20相互旋紧时，阻挡部23沿着导向片114滑入缺口卡槽113内。
如图1至图7所示，按压部13的数量为2个，且2个按压部13相向设置在盖体10的侧壁；弹性卡扣11的数量为2个，且2个弹性卡扣11相向设置在盖体10的内壁。阻挡部23的数量为2个，且2个阻挡部23相向设置在盖体10的内壁。当需要打开盖体10时，用拇指和中指同时按住按压部13，使得阻挡部23脱离缺口卡槽113，同时旋转盖体10，便可以打开盖体10，由于受儿童力气以及手的大小限制，因此儿童无法打开盖体10，可以防止儿童误食容器本体20内的食物；在盖体10与容器本体20相互旋紧的过程中，弹性卡扣11与阻挡部23相互卡紧，因此盖体10与容器本体 20盖合稳定。

1.一种包装盒安全扣锁结构，其特征在于，包括盖体，以及具有颈部瓶口的容器本体，所述颈部瓶口具有开口，所述颈部瓶口的外壁设有外螺纹，所述盖体的内壁设有与外螺纹螺纹连接的内螺纹，所述盖体的侧壁至少设有两按压部，所述按压部的内壁设有弹性卡扣，所述容器本体的上端面设有与弹性卡扣对应的阻挡部，当盖体与容器本体相互旋紧后，所述弹性卡扣与阻挡部相互卡紧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装盒安全扣锁结构，其特征在于，所述盖体的表面向内凹设有凹陷部，所述凹陷部的内侧壁形成所述按压部，所述弹性卡扣设置在凹陷部的内侧壁且靠近盖体的中心。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种包装盒安全扣锁结构，其特征在于，所述凹陷部的底部与按压部之间设有切口槽。
4.根据权利要求1至3任意一项所述的一种包装盒安全扣锁结构，其特征在于，所述弹性卡扣包括基体部，以及设置在基体部下表面且靠近基体部一侧的弹性块；所述弹性块与基体部另一侧之间形成缺口卡槽，当盖体与容器本体相互旋紧后，所述阻挡部与缺口卡槽相互卡紧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种包装盒安全扣锁结构，其特征在于，所述弹性块设有与内螺纹旋转方向一致的导向片，盖体与容器本体相互旋紧时，阻挡部沿着导向片滑入缺口卡槽内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装盒安全扣锁结构，其特征在于，所述弹性卡扣的数量为2个，且2个弹性卡扣相向设置在盖体的内壁。
