本实用新型涉及一种纺织面料，尤其涉及一种座椅布料。
背景技术
目前，应用在汽车布艺座椅、家具布艺座椅等的织物大多是麻织物或棉麻织物，由于在座椅的日常使用中人们常常会坐下和离开，难免座椅表面织物与人们衣物发生摩擦，在摩擦过程中麻织物或棉麻织物容易发生变形甚至被撕破，当麻织物被使用了一段时间后，容易出现起毛现象，影响美观效果。因此，需要一种可以具有高强度、耐撕破的布料作为座椅面料。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种座椅布料，具有高强度和耐磨的特性，延长布料的使用寿命，避免使用一段时间之后出现变形、起毛等现象。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型所采用的技术解决方案是：一种座椅布料，由经线和纬线织造而成，经线和纬线织造成1/1的花纹，布料的经线密度为8根/厘米，纬线密度为9.2根/厘米。
本实用新型进一步优选为：所述布料的平方米克重为320。
本实用新型进一步优选为：所述经线和所述纬线是由涤纶和麻组成，其中涤纶为94％和麻为6％。
本实用新型进一步优选为：所述布料的背面为扎毛涂层。
综上所述，本实用新型一种座椅布料具有以下优点：面料更加牢固和紧实，呈黑灰相间，或其他不同颜色组合相间，具有一定的美感度，并且是由涤纶和麻组成的经线和纬线编织而成，具有高强度、耐磨和不易变形的效果，增加该布料的使用寿命。

如图1所示为本实用新型一种座椅布料的一种实施方式，由经线1和纬线2织造而成，经线1和纬线2织造成1/1的花纹，呈现黑灰相间或其他不同颜色组合相间，布料的经线1密度为8根/厘米，纬线2密度为9.2根/厘米，布料的平方米克重为320。经线1和纬线2是由涤纶和麻组成，具有耐磨和不易变形的效果，增加该布料的使用寿命，其中涤纶为94％和麻为6％。
进一步地，上述实施例中的座椅布料的背面为扎毛涂层，用于进一步保护布料，使布料更加牢固，提高布料的强度。
另外，上述实施例中的布料的经线1和纬线2采用高温上色，相对于棉麻布料具有更高的色牢度。

3.根据权利要求1所述的座椅布料，其特征在于：所述经线和所述纬线是由涤纶和麻组成，其中涤纶为94％和麻为6％。
4.根据权利要求1所述的座椅布料，其特征在于：所述布料的背面为扎毛涂层。
