The smoking auxiliary harm reduction device of claim 5, wherein the main body further comprises a cigarette clamping piece, the cigarette clamping piece is connected with the near end of the accommodating device, the cigarette clamping piece is hollow to form a cigarette passing channel, the cigarette passing channel is communicated with the accommodating channel, a plurality of strip-shaped holes are formed in the cigarette clamping piece in the circumferential direction, the strip-shaped holes are communicated with the cigarette passing channel, and the adsorption device is sleeved outside the cigarette clamping piece and covers part of the strip-shaped holes.
