Abstract
本实用新型提供一种不锈钢焊管焊缝的快速冷却装置，它包括有液氩罐、进口段低温绝热真空软管、焊缝冷却装置、出口段低温绝热真空软管。其中，焊缝冷却装置由高温焊缝管、螺旋铜管、石墨套及绝缘套构成。采用本方案后可避免外界高温对装置的干扰，影响装置的传热性能，同时也防止螺旋铜管的氧化。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及焊缝的快速冷却装置技术领域，尤其是指有缝不锈钢管高温焊缝的快速冷却技术。
背景技术
目前，在有缝不锈钢管的生产线中，焊缝绝大多数采用的是自动氩弧焊焊接，焊接的焊缝温度高，为了保证焊缝的质量，需要快速将焊缝的温度降低。目前生产线中采用的是水冷方式，将焊接保护盒表面冷却装置的处理水直接引到焊接盒焊管的出口端，喷淋焊管的焊缝，冷却焊管的焊缝温度，这样极易引起焊缝氧化，焊缝质量差，抗压强度不够，此外还降低了焊管的耐腐蚀性，影响产品的品质。因此，焊管焊缝的快速冷却技术对焊管焊缝的品质起着至关重要的作用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种新型的焊管焊缝快速冷却技术，适用于有缝不锈钢管高温焊缝的快速冷却，降低焊缝的温度，提高焊缝焊接的质量，保证焊管的耐腐蚀性和抗压强度，提高有缝金属管的品质。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型所提供的技术方案为：一种不锈钢焊管焊缝的快速冷却装置，它包括有液氩罐、进口段低温绝热真空软管、焊缝冷却装置、出口段低温绝热真空软管。其中，焊缝冷却装置由高温焊缝管、螺旋铜管、石墨套及绝缘套构成。
所述的焊缝冷却装置中，石墨套贴合在高温焊缝管上，螺旋铜管套在石墨套上，螺旋铜管有进口端和出口端，进口端与进口段低温绝热真空软管相连，出口端与出口段低温绝热真空软管相连，绝缘套将整个装置密封，保持与外界的隔热。
本实用新型的有益效果：
一是石墨套与焊管贴合，不仅增加传热性能，而且防止焊缝的氧化，保证焊管的品质；
二是螺旋铜管套在石墨套上，铜管内的液氩吸收石墨套的热量发生相变，快速带走焊管焊缝传递到石墨上的热量；
三是绝缘套将整个装置密封，避免外界高温对装置的干扰，影响装置的传热性能，同时也防止螺旋铜管的氧化。

具体实施方式
下面结合所有附图对本实用新型作进一步说明，本实用新型的较佳实施例为：参见附图1和附图2，本实施例所述的一种不锈钢焊管焊缝的快速冷却装置包括有液氩罐1、进口段低温绝热真空软管2、焊缝冷却装置3、出口段低温绝热真空软管4。其中，焊缝冷却装置3由高温焊缝管5、螺旋铜管6、石墨套7及绝缘套8构成。所述的焊缝冷却装置3中，石墨套7贴合在高温焊缝管5上，螺旋铜管6套在石墨套7上，螺旋铜管6有进口端和出口端，进口端与进口段低温绝热真空软管2相连，出口端与出口段低温绝热真空软管4相连，绝缘套8将整个装置密封，保持与外界的隔热。
高温焊缝管5以恒定的速度穿过石墨套7，将热量传递到石墨套上面。液氩罐1中的液氩通过进口段低温绝热真空软管2流入螺旋铜管6中，吸收石墨套的热量发生相变变成氩气，氩气再通过出口段低温绝热真空软管4流入其他生产线中进行利用。绝缘套8将整个装置密封，一方面防止螺旋铜管6与外界空气接触发生氧化，另一方面防止外界温度影响焊管焊缝冷却装置的传热性能。
采用本实施例后的石墨套与焊管贴合，不仅增加传热性能，而且防止焊缝的氧化，保证焊管的品质；将螺旋铜管套在石墨套上，铜管内的液氩吸收石墨套的热量发生相变，快速带走焊管焊缝传递到石墨上的热量；当绝缘套将整个装置密封，可避免外界高温对装置的干扰，影响装置的传热性能，同时也防止螺旋铜管的氧化。

1.一种不锈钢焊管焊缝的快速冷却装置，它包括有液氩罐（1），其特征在于：它还包括有进气软管（2）、出气软管（4）、焊缝冷却组件，其中，进气软管（2）一端与液氩罐（1）连接，进气软管（2）另一端与焊缝冷却组件一端连接，焊缝冷却组件另一端与出气软管（4）一端连接，出气软管（4）另一端与外部排气管连接；所述的焊缝冷却组件包括有冷却铜管（6）、石墨套（7）、绝缘套（8），其中，石墨套（7）外侧壁上套装有冷却铜管（6），冷却铜管（6）呈螺旋形，冷却铜管（6）进气端与进气软管（2）连接，冷却铜管（6）出气端与出气软管（4）连接，冷却铜管（6）外侧包覆有绝缘套（8），高温焊缝管（5）插装在石墨套（7）内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢焊管焊缝的快速冷却装置，其特征在于：液氩罐（1）上部设有连接管，连接管一端与液氩罐（1）连接，连接管另一端与进气软管（2）连接，连接管中部设有控制阀。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢焊管焊缝的快速冷却装置，其特征在于：绝缘套（8）一端底部设有进气接头，另一端底部设有出气接头，进气接头分别与冷却铜管（6）进气端以及进气软管（2）连接，出气接头分别与冷却铜管（6）出气端以及出气软管（4）连接。
