背景技术
茶壶，是泡茶和斟茶用的器具，市场上茶具一般由茶壶、成套茶杯、茶洗构成，且独立分开销售，因茶壶、茶杯和茶洗互相之间无配合接触，使用时和收藏时无法重叠、组合而造成占用空间。为爱好茶道，并经常出差旅游的人带来不便。市面上的便携茶具将壶嘴设在壶盖处，在倒茶冲泡时壶盖不牢固，茶水极易延着壶盖洒出来，即烫手又不卫生。
为解决上述问题，授权公告号为CN 205585765 U公开的便携式茶具，包括括壶体、壶盖、茶洗和茶杯，所述壶体的顶面设有壶口，所述壶体的一侧设有与其内部连通的壶嘴，所述壶体内壁对应壶嘴的位置设有第一凸起，所述第一凸起的表面设有通孔，所述壶口外边缘设有第一卡槽，所述壶体另一侧设有壶柄，所述壶柄呈弧形圆柱体，所述壶柄顶部设有第一小孔，所述壶柄尾部设有第二小孔，所述壶柄包缠有防烫绳，所述壶盖盖合于所述壶口上，所述茶杯叠放于所述壶体内，所述茶洗盖合在所述壶体上，所述茶洗顶部外沿与所述壶体第一卡槽相卡和。
现有的便携式茶具，但为了便于泡茶，必须在茶壶上设置壶柄，该种带壶柄的茶壶存在如下问题：一是壶柄的设计会导致壶体整体的面积增加，降低其便携性，而且在携带过程中，壶柄容易损坏，使用不便；二是在制造过程中壶柄通常与壶体分开成型后粘结固定，其生产工艺复杂、生产效率慢。
实用新型内容
为克服现有技术中的不足，本实用新型提供一种便携式防烫茶具。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案如下：一种便携式防烫茶具，包括茶壶本体、与茶壶本体相适配的上盖、设置于茶壶本体上的出水口，茶壶本体上设有一圈中空的防烫陶瓷体，该中空的防烫陶瓷体与壶体一体注浆成型，防烫陶瓷体设置茶壶本体的口沿处。
进一步的，防烫陶瓷体与出水口连通。
进一步的，出水口处设有网孔隔板。
进一步的，茶壶本体由防烫陶瓷体向底部逐渐缩小。
进一步的，还包括多个茶杯，所述茶杯的口沿处设有一圈凸槽，该茶杯由口沿向底部逐渐缩小，多茶杯叠放并通过凸槽限位。
由上述描述可知，本实用新型提供的便携式防烫茶具，在茶壶本体上设置一圈中空的防烫陶瓷体，通过该中空陶瓷体可取代传统的壶柄实现方便拿取、防止烫伤的功能，且该中空该防烫陶瓷体与茶壶本体一体成型，不但简化了制作步骤，节省加工步骤、降低生产成本，而且可缩小茶壶本体的体积、提高该便携式防烫茶具的便携性。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
参照图1至图4所示，种便携式防烫茶具，包括茶壶本体1、上盖2、出水口3、茶杯4；
茶壶本体1上设有一圈中空的防烫陶瓷体11，该茶壶本体1由防烫陶瓷体向底部逐渐缩小，该中空的防烫陶瓷体11与壶体1一体注浆成型，防烫陶瓷体11设置茶壶本体1的口沿处，且防烫陶瓷体与出水口3连通；
上盖2与茶壶本体1的口沿相适配；
出水口3设置于茶壶本体1上，出水口3与茶壶本体1的连接处设有网孔隔板31；
茶杯4包括多个，茶杯4的口沿处设有一圈凸槽41，该茶杯由口沿向底部逐渐缩小，多个茶杯叠放并通过凸槽41限位。
参照图1至图4所示，本实用新型提供的便携式防烫茶具，在茶壶本体上设置一圈中空的防烫陶瓷体，通过该中空陶瓷体可取代传统的壶柄实现方便拿取、防止烫伤的功能，且该中空该防烫陶瓷体与茶壶本体一体成型，不但简化了制作步骤，节省加工步骤、降低生产成本，而且可缩小茶壶本体的体积、提高该便携式防烫茶具的便携性。
上述仅为本实用新型的若干具体实施方式，但本实用新型的设计构思并不局限于此，凡利用此构思对本实用新型进行非实质性的改动，均应属于侵犯本实用新型保护范围的行为。

1.一种便携式防烫茶具，包括茶壶本体、与茶壶本体相适配的上盖、设置于茶壶本体上的出水口，其特征在于：所述茶壶本体上设有一圈中空的防烫陶瓷体，该中空的防烫陶瓷体与壶体一体注浆成型，所述防烫陶瓷体设置茶壶本体的口沿处，防烫陶瓷体与出水口连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便携式防烫茶具，其特征在于：所述出水口处设有网孔隔板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的便携式防烫茶具，其特征在于：所述茶壶本体由防烫陶瓷体向底部逐渐缩小。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的便携式防烫茶具，其特征在于：还包括多个茶杯，所述茶杯的口沿处设有一圈凸槽，该茶杯由口沿向底部逐渐缩小，多茶杯叠放并通过凸槽限位。
