Detailed Description
The following description is provided for illustrative purposes, and other advantages and features of the present invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the following detailed description.
Please refer to fig. 1-2. It should be understood that the structure, ratio, size and the like shown in the drawings attached to the present specification are only used for matching with the content disclosed in the specification, so as to be known and read by those skilled in the art, and are not used for limiting the limit conditions that the present invention can be implemented, so that the present invention has no technical essential meaning, and any structure modification, ratio relationship change or size adjustment should still fall within the scope that the technical content disclosed in the present invention can cover without affecting the function that the present invention can produce and the purpose that the present invention can achieve. Meanwhile, the terms such as "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "middle" and "one" used in the present specification are for convenience of description, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and changes or adjustments of the relative relationship thereof may be made without substantial technical changes, and the present invention is also regarded as the scope of the present invention.
The embodiment provides a simple structure, easy installation, little mounting structure of occupation space. This mounting structure is arranged in installing lighting apparatus in curtain wall piece department (also in the curtain wall groove structure), and preferred adoption stainless steel material makes, mainly includes: a "male" shaped recess for receiving the lighting device and its cable; the small-aperture channel of the convex groove is used for arranging a cable of the lighting equipment, and the connecting position of the small-aperture channel and the large-aperture channel of the convex groove is used for arranging the lighting equipment; each side wall of the large-aperture channel of the convex groove is respectively provided with a fixed hole; and the fixing pieces are respectively penetrated into the fixing holes from the outer side of the convex groove and fixed at the position for clamping the lighting device. The mounting structure of the lighting device provided by the present embodiment will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the mounting structure of the present invention in a specific application scenario. As shown in fig. 1, the left curtain wall 1 and the right curtain wall 2 form a curtain wall groove structure 3 due to the splicing. The space of the groove structure 3 of the curtain wall is often narrow, such as 60mm × 60mm, so that the installation structure itself is required to be simple and easy to install in order to install the lighting devices 6 such as the LED line lamp and the LED point light source.
The mounting structure of this embodiment is shown as a "male" shaped recess 5. The "convex" shaped recess 5 is used to accommodate the lighting device 6 and its power cord 61 (the direction of the arrow is the lighting direction), in detail, the power cord 61 is disposed in the small aperture channel of the "convex" shaped recess 5, and the lighting device 6 is disposed at the connection position of the small aperture channel and the large aperture channel, in other words, one part of the lighting device "blocks" the power cord 61 in the small aperture channel, and the other part of the lighting device enters the large aperture channel.
The left and right side walls of the large-aperture channel of the convex groove 5 are respectively provided with a fixing hole. When the lighting device 6 is installed, the lighting device 6 is firstly placed in the convex groove 5, and then a fixing piece such as a screw or a bolt is inserted into the inner side of the convex groove 5 from the outer side and is screwed down for fixing, so that the lighting device 6 is clamped. When the lighting device 6 has the housing fixing member as shown in the figure, a fixing member such as a screw or a bolt is simultaneously inserted into the fixing hole of the large-aperture passage and the through hole of the housing fixing member on each side to connect the lighting device 6 to the mounting structure.
When the lighting device 6 is in an elongated shape, the "convex" shaped groove 5 may be opened along the length direction of the elongated lighting device.
The connection of the 'convex' shaped groove 5 and the curtain wall groove structure is realized through a bracket 4. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the bracket 4 is of a U-shaped structure, and a receiving space formed therein can receive cables such as the signal line 7. Fixing holes are respectively formed in two side faces of the U-shaped structure and are respectively used for being fixedly connected with the curtain wall groove structure 3 through fixing pieces such as screws or bolts and fixedly connected with the bottom face of the convex groove 5 through fixing pieces such as rivets. In this embodiment, the bottom surface of U type structure with curtain groove structure laminates mutually to do not occupy the receiving space of cable.
During installation, a constructor can firstly arrange a bracket 4 in the curtain wall groove structure 3, then fix the convex groove 5 on the bracket 4, and finally fix the lighting equipment 6 in the convex groove 5.
Referring to fig. 2, in order to avoid that the installed lighting device extends out of the outer wall to cause a visual obtrusiveness and affect the aesthetic feeling of the whole light, the size of each component can be adjusted to perfectly fit the lighting device 6 with the groove structure of the curtain wall, so that the lighting device is completely hidden in the groove structure of the curtain wall. Since the mounting structure shown in fig. 2 is not different from that in the embodiment of fig. 1, and is only adjusted in size and position, the detailed description thereof is not repeated.
To sum up, the utility model discloses a lighting apparatus's mounting structure, easy installation, easy line, easy maintenance can combine lamps and lanterns and curtain wall structure together well to hide lamps and lanterns in curtain wall structure ingeniously, effectively overcome all kinds of shortcomings among the prior art and have high industrial utilization value.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles and effects of the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the invention. Modifications and variations can be made to the above-described embodiments by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, it is intended that all equivalent modifications or changes which may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and technical spirit of the present invention be covered by the claims of the present invention.
