Fixed attachment points may or may not be provided between the elastic cord 410 and the packaging structure.

The filling component can be made of the same material as the lower part 1 and the upper part 2, and for increasing the firmness of the filling component, the connection part of the filling component and the lower part 1 and the upper part 2 can be provided with a connecting device which can be repeatedly used by a magic tape and a hook hanging ring.
