本实用新型提供了一种代步车及其车轮。其中,所述车轮包括车轮本体,在所述车轮本体设置有发光模块,所述发光模块包括LED灯条、平面镜和双向镜,所述LED灯条设置于所述平面镜和双向镜之间,所述平面镜和双向镜的镜面均朝向于两者之间LED灯条,所述双向镜的透视面朝向车轮的外侧。本实用新型通过利用双向镜和镜子的光学特性,使LED灯的实像在两镜之间来回无限次反射,当人们从双向镜的透视面看去时,就会看到一个又一个紧挨着的LED灯向车轮内部无限延伸的黑洞假象,使车轮内部呈现镂空的视觉效果,引人注目,从而增加了产品对消费者的吸引力,提升了产品市场竞争力。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及代步车领域,特别涉及一种代步车及其车轮。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对产品的美观需求越来越高。如今,代步车作为生活中一种普遍的交通、娱乐工具,许多厂家将代步车上的车轮设计成会发光的车轮,这种发光的车轮,特别是在夜晚的时候,极具观赏性,深受大众喜爱。目前,大部分代步车的车轮发光设计的做法是,在代步车的车轮上装设LED灯从而使其具有发光效果,但是这种发光效果比较单一,其发光效果及其可观赏性还有待提升。
因而现有技术还有待改进和提高。
实用新型内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足之处,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种极具可观赏性光效的代步车以及实现该光效的车轮。
为解决以上技术问题,本实用新型采取了以下技术方案:
一种代步车的车轮,包括车轮本体,在所述车轮本体设置有发光模块,所述发光模块包括LED灯条、平面镜和双向镜,所述LED灯条设置于所述平面镜和双向镜之间,所述平面镜和双向镜的镜面均朝向于两者之间LED灯条,所述双向镜的透视面朝向车轮的外侧。
进一步的,所述发光模块还包括支架,所述支架镶嵌设置于所述车轮本体内,所述LED灯条、平面镜和双向镜均装设于支架上。
所述代步车的车轮,还包括导电模块,所述导电模块包括导电弹针和导电PCB板,所述导电弹针设置于所述车轮本体的轮毂上,所述导电弹针与导电PCB板电连接,所述导电PCB板与LED灯条电连接。
进一步的,所述车轮本体中还设置有电机,所述导电模块与电机的电源电连接。
进一步的,所述发光模块设置于车轮本体的一侧或两侧。
进一步的,所述LED灯条上设置有多个均匀分布的LED灯,所述LED灯条弯折成环形。
进一步的,所述支架上设置有用于保护发光模块的透明保护板,所述透明保护板位于双向镜的外侧。
更进一步的,所述透明保护板的中部开设有通孔,所述透明保护板的通孔中设置有与透明保护板配合的装饰罩。
本实用新型还提供一种代步车,包括车架,所述车架上设置有如以上所述代步车的车轮。
在一些实施例中,所述代步车可以为扭扭车、平衡车、电动滑板车或遥控滑板车。

如图1所示,本实用新型提供的一种代步车的车轮,包括车轮本体1,在所述车轮本体1上设置有发光模块(图中未标号),所述发光模块包括LED灯条2、平面镜4和双向镜5。
请一并参阅图2、图3和图4,其中,所述LED灯条2设置于所述平面镜4和双向镜5之间,所述平面镜4和双向镜5的镜面均朝向于两者之间LED灯条2,当LED灯11通电发光时,其镜像(即LED灯的实像)就会在所述平面镜4和双向镜5的镜面之间来回无限次反射,从而具有空间延伸的视觉效果,而所述双向镜5的透视面朝向车轮的外侧,车轮上的发光效果就会反映到外界。在人们看来,车轮静止时,车轮上有多组LED灯11一圈又一圈地向车轮内无限延伸,使车轮内部呈现镂空的视觉效果,而运转时,车轮上会出现一圈又一圈的光圈向车轮内无限延伸,给人以迷幻的视觉感受,增加了人们对该产品的购买欲,提升了用户对该产品的使用体验(特别是视觉和心理上的享受),有利于提升产品市场竞争力。
具体实施时,所述发光模块可以设置于车轮本体1的一侧或两侧,使车轮一侧或两侧均具有这种镂空效果。
请继续参阅图1,较佳的,所述发光模块还包括支架3,所述支架3呈轮形,镶嵌设置于所述车轮本体1内,所述LED灯条2、平面镜4和双向镜5均装设于支架3上,通过特定的支架3,可以将发光模块平稳地固定在车轮本体1上。
优选的,在本实施例中,平面镜4和双面镜均采用圆环状的结构,并与支架3相配合,这样的结构设置既能够节约材料、降低成本,又能够削弱代步车运行时震动带来的应力集中,从而保障了镜片的可靠性。
具体的,将平面镜4、LED灯条2和双向镜5依次镶嵌在所述支架3上,保障了平面镜4和双向镜5在代步车运行时不会产生松动,有利于保护镜片不易受损。
相应地,本实用新型提供的代步车的车轮还包括导电模块(图中未标号),所述导电模块包括导电弹针8和导电PCB板9,所述导电弹针8设置于所述车轮本体1的轮毂上,所述导电弹针8与导电PCB板9电连接,所述导电PCB板9与LED灯条2电连接。
进一步的,所述车轮本体1中还设置有电机(图中未标号),所述导电模块与电机的电源电连接,在本实施例中,设置在车轮本体1的轮毂上的导电弹针8与轮毂另一侧的电机共用电源。导电PCB板9装设支架3上并与支架3一起固定在车轮本体1上,其通过一根细条10[该细条可为导线、排线或者FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit,柔性线路板)]搭接装设在所述支架3上的LED灯条2上并与其电连接,这样可以减少导电模块在车轮本体1内的占用空间,而且LED灯条直接从电机处取电,与电机一同开启和关闭,用户只需要一动作即可完成所有的功能,方便了用户的操作,而且还节省了发光模块的供电模块,降低了生产成本。
当然,在其它实施例中,导电PCB板9也可直接与代步车的主板电连接,直接通过主板取电,在代步车开启时点亮LED灯,本实用新型对导电PCB板9取电方式不作限制。
请一并参阅图1、图3和图4,优选的,本实施例的LED灯条2上设置有多个均匀分布的LED灯11,LED灯11排列成一排,所述LED灯条2弯折成环状,贴入轮形支架3的轮沿内侧,这样的布置方式,而非以往的将LED灯11装设在车轮轮辐上或者嵌入轮胎中,可以保障LED灯11在有限的轮体空间内产生上述的发光效果。
进一步的,本实施例的支架3上还设置有用于保护发光模块的透明保护板7,所述透明保护板7位于双向镜5的外侧。本实施例中,透明保护板7与支架3卡合,并使透明保护板7的表面与车轮本体1的外缘齐平,以保护发光模块不受外界干扰,又不会影响其发光效果的美观、可视性。
更进一步的,本实施例的透明保护板7的中部还开设有通孔(图中未标号),所述透明保护板7的通孔中设置有与透明保护板7配合的装饰罩6,装饰罩6通过卡扣装设在透明保护板7上,以遮挡内侧的部件结构,有利于保持代步车的整体美观性。
基于上述的代步车的车轮,本实用新型还提供一种代步车,包括车架,所述车架上还设置有上述的代步车的车轮。这种代步车由于设置有特殊光效的车轮,使得代步车整体极具观赏性,有利于提升产品市场竞争力。在一些实施例中,所述代步车可以为扭扭车、平衡车、电动滑板车或遥控滑板车,由于代步车的其它部件均为现有技术,此处不再赘述。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型提供了一种极具可观赏性光效的代步车以及实现该光效的车轮。当代步车启动时,车轮上的LED通电发光,其镜像就会在所述平面镜和双向镜的镜面之间来回反射,具有空间延伸的视觉效果,而所述双向镜的透视面朝向车轮的外侧,车轮上的发光效果就会反映到外界,在人们看来,静止时,车轮上有多组LED灯一圈又一圈地向车轮内无限延伸,使车轮内部呈现镂空的视觉效果,而运转时,车轮上就会出现一圈又一圈的光圈向车轮内无限延伸,给人以迷幻的视觉感受,增加了人们对该产品的购买欲,提升了用户对该产品的使用体验(特别是视觉和心理上的享受),有利于提升产品市场竞争力。
此外,上述实施例中的平面镜和双面镜均采用圆环状的结构,并与支架相配合,这样的结构设置既能够节约材料、降低成本,又能够削弱代步车运行时震动带来的应力集中,从而保障了镜片的可靠性;同时轮形支架也为平面镜和双向镜在代步车运行时不产生松动提供了保障,有利于保护镜片不易受损。透明保护板和装饰盖的搭配设置,既保护发光模块不受外界干扰,又不会影响其发光效果的可视性,还有利于保持代步车的整体美观性,为代步车及其车轮的发光效果的稳定可靠提供了保障。

1.一种代步车的车轮,包括车轮本体,其特征在于,在所述车轮本体设置有发光模块,所述发光模块包括LED灯条、平面镜和双向镜,所述LED灯条设置于所述平面镜和双向镜之间,所述平面镜和双向镜的镜面均朝向于两者之间LED灯条,所述双向镜的透视面朝向车轮的外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的代步车的车轮,其特征在于,所述发光模块还包括支架,所述支架镶嵌设置于所述车轮本体内,所述LED灯条、平面镜和双向镜均装设于支架上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的代步车的车轮,其特征在于,还包括导电模块,所述导电模块包括导电弹针和导电PCB板,所述导电弹针设置于所述车轮本体的轮毂上,所述导电弹针与导电PCB板电连接,所述导电PCB板与LED灯条电连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的代步车的车轮,其特征在于,所述车轮本体中还设置有电机,所述导电模块与电机的电源电连接。
