Abstract
一种自灌式液上吸排泵，离心泵的泵入口连接入口管道，入口管道下端安装半圆形的止回装置，止回装置下部连接过滤网。本实用新型的自灌式液上吸排泵，在离心泵入口管道加设止回装置，并利用泵机械密封的外接冲洗水在泵内部向泵入口管道和泵腔内加注液体，使离心泵启动后获得入口的真空度将物料吸入泵壳内，不容易堵塞，适用于防爆区域和池中物料含固率高的场合。

本实用新型涉及泵领域。
背景技术
目前对地下池中液体的输送主要有液下泵，潜水泵，同步排吸泵，自吸泵或离心泵入口加龙头通过管道开口加水等方式输送。但是有些场合的地下池属于防爆区域，使用设备必须满足DIIBT4的防爆要求，这样潜水泵的应用就受到了限制，液下泵又因为长轴轴承存在安全隐患受到限制，我厂池中物料含固率比较多，杂质多，自吸泵和同步排吸泵又容易堵塞，故需要一种既不容易堵塞又在池上工作的流体输送设备。
实用新型内容
针对上述问题，提出一种自灌式液上吸排泵，解决防爆区域内含固高的污泥池的流体输送的问题。
本实用新型为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是：一种自灌式液上吸排泵，离心泵1的泵入口2连接入口管道3，入口管道3下端安装半圆形的止回装置4。
所述止回装置4下部连接过滤网5。
本实用新型的自灌式液上吸排泵，在离心泵入口管道加设止回装置，并利用泵机械密封的外接冲洗水在泵内部向泵入口管道和泵腔内加注液体，使离心泵启动后获得入口的真空度将物料吸入泵壳内，不容易堵塞，适用于防爆区域和池中物料含固率高的场合。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的自灌式液上吸排泵如图1所示，离心泵1的泵入口2连接具有90度弯折角的入口管道3，入口管道3下端安装半圆形的止回装置4，止回装置4下部连接过滤网5。
由于离心泵检修方便，运行成本低，运行稳定，故选用离心泵作为输送主体进行改进。主要难点在于泵入口进料的问题，在入口管道3加设止回装置4，并利用泵机械密封的外接冲洗水在泵内部向泵入口管道和泵腔内加注液体，使离心泵启动后获得入口的真空度将物料吸入泵壳内，在止回装置上加适宜通过性能的过滤网5。

1.一种自灌式液上吸排泵，其特征在于：离心泵（1）的泵入口（2）连接入口管道（3），入口管道（3）下端安装半圆形的止回装置（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自灌式液上吸排泵，其特征在于：所述止回装置（4）下部连接过滤网（5）。
