为解决上述现有的技术问题，本实用新型采用如下方案：一种织链机上的卷材压夹装置，包括机架、转盘，所述机架一端设有安装杆，所述安装杆上通过固定螺杆设有转盘，所述转盘正前方位于机架上设有安装盒，所述安装盒上通过转轴设有压块，所述压块下方位于安装盒边沿上设有垫块，所述压块中间位于转轴上设有凹轮，所述压块与安装盒之间通过安装柱设有弹簧。
作为优选，所述转盘前方位于安装盒上设有槽。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种织链机上的卷材压夹装置，包括机架1、转盘2，所述机架1一端设有安装杆3，所述安装杆3上通过固定螺杆4设有转盘2，所述转盘2正前方位于机架1上设有安装盒5，所述安装盒5上通过转轴6设有压块7，所述压块7下方位于安装盒5边沿上设有垫块8，所述压块7中间位于转轴6上设有凹轮9，所述压块7与安装盒5之间通过安装柱10设有弹簧11，所述转盘2前方位于安装盒5上设有槽12。
实际使用时，通过固定螺杆4安装或取下转盘2，将转盘2内的金属线材从转盘2上方取出，穿过槽12，从凹轮9下方穿过，再从压块7与安装盒5边沿上的垫块8之间穿过，当设备启动时，金属线材从转盘2内缓缓脱出，由于金属线材通过卷绕的方式收集在转盘2上，因此会产生变形，弯曲的金属线材通过凹轮9的导向从压块7与垫块8之间穿过，通过弹簧11的拉紧力，使压块7与垫块8压紧弯曲的金属线材，使之变得平直，方便后续加工，避免了弯曲的材料导致影响后续加工，综上所述，本实用新型结构简单，设计合理，对弯曲的金属线材具有较高的平整能力，具有较好的实用性。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种织链机上的卷材压夹装置，其特征在于，所述转盘（2）前方位于安装盒（5）上设有槽（12）。
