Description
本实用新型涉及一种一次性使用卫生盆衬，特别是涉及一种一次性使用的无毒塑料薄膜卫生盆衬，属于卫生用品。
目前，在日常生活中人们使用的盆具有金属盆和塑料盆等，这些盆虽经久耐用，却不易携带。当人们出差或旅游在外时，住在宾馆和旅社里洗脸洗脚均使用公共脸盆，由于脸盆公用，使得盆具的卫生程度较差，特别是近年来各种皮肤病的蔓延，使得人们在使用公用盆具时心有余悸，甚至不敢使用。
为解决这个问题，有些旅馆饭店采用化学药品对盆具清洗消毒，但这种方法对目前流行的传染病特别是艾滋病毒的灭杀效果不理想。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种一次性使用的无毒塑料薄膜卫生盆衬，它能有效地防止各种传染病通过盆具对健康人的侵犯。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：采用无毒塑料薄膜按盆具的尺寸、型状用吹塑机一次吹塑成型，在盆衬与盆具的接触面上贴有若干条不连续的双面压敏不干胶带，消毒后分个包装，一次性使用。
本实用新型因为只需按目前同样盆具尺寸、型状采用无毒塑料薄膜在吹塑机上一次吹塑成型，所以结构特别简单，同时由于着眼点不在于改造现有的盆具，所以对现有的任一型号盆具没有任何特殊要求；另外由于采用的塑料薄膜具有耐酸、耐碱、耐热、耐寒、无毒无副作用等特点，所以本实用新型盆衬可在多种场合下使用。
在本实用新型的上口径圆周外沿处与盆具接触面及盆衬与盆具底圆的接触面上用若干条双面压敏不干胶带粘接。
本实用新型盆衬还具有体积小，重量轻、柔软可任意折叠等优点，消毒后分个包装，随身携带方便，好似个人自备的脸盆，有效地避免了人们外出时使用公用脸盆被传染上疾病的可能性。
实用新型的具体结构由以下的实施例及其附图给出。
图1是根据本实用新型提出的一次性使用卫生盆衬的结构示意图，其中（1）┈盆衬，（2）┈不干胶条，（3）┈盆衬外沿。
下面结合图1详细说明依据本实用新型提出的具体盆衬的细节及使用方法。
该盆衬（1）采用无毒塑料薄膜在吹塑机上一次成型，尺寸及型状按目前盆具国标生产，也可按客户要求定做。该盆衬形状如同一个盆，包括有不干胶条（2），不干胶条预贴在盆衬的上口径圆周外沿处与盆具接触面及盆衬与盆具底圆的接触面上，用时将胶条上的保护纸除去即可。盆衬上方有外沿（3），外沿（3）向外翻出，以使整个盆具全部衬罩。
盆衬上的不干胶条以间断方式粘贴最佳，当然也可以用较整的胶条粘贴，粘贴部位以如图1所示方式最佳，也可以按需求方式粘贴。
使用时掀去不干胶（2）上的保护纸，将盆衬（1）贴在盆具内表面，翻出外沿（3），贴实即可。

1、一次性使用卫生盆衬，其特征在于该盆衬(1)贴有不干胶带(2)，并且具有盆衬外沿(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的盆衬，其特征在于不干胶用双面压敏不干胶带最佳。
3、根据权利要求1所述的盆衬，其特征在于盆衬用无毒塑料薄膜吹塑成型。
4、根据权利要求1所述的盆衬，其特征在于盆衬是经消毒后包装的。
