the front side plate of the shell, which is opposite to the sealing plate, is provided with a abdicating notch, the motor, the fingerprint identification unit and the microswitch are all electrically connected with the control unit, and the movable lock catch is connected with the motor and driven by the motor to rotate;
the sealing plate is provided with a fixed lock corresponding to the abdicating notch, a trigger mechanism corresponding to the contact of the microswitch is arranged, the trigger mechanism can press the contact of the microswitch when the sealing plate gradually approaches the shell, and the fixed lock can extend into the abdicating notch to be connected with the movable lock;
the control unit is used for driving the motor to rotate the movable lock catch to pull the fixed lock catch towards the inside of the shell after the sealing plate is close to the shell and the trigger mechanism touches and presses the micro switch contact, so that the sealing plate and the lock body are locked; or after the fingerprint identification unit successfully authenticates, the motor is driven to reversely rotate the movable lock catch to separate the movable lock catch from the fixed lock catch, so that the seal plate and the lock body are unlocked.

The locking and unlocking device according to claim 1, wherein the housing includes an upper shell and a lower shell which are snap-coupled to each other, and the upper shell is housed on the lower shell; the lower casing is provided with a plurality of hooks at two sides of the longitudinal length, and the upper casing is provided with fastening positions corresponding to the hooks and buckled with the hooks.

The locking and unlocking device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the lock body further includes a setting button electrically connected to the control circuit and configured to set a fingerprint, the front side plate of the upper case has a key hole corresponding to the setting button, and the setting button is embedded in the key hole and is not exposed out of the case or partially protrudes out of the upper case from the key hole.

The locking and unlocking device according to claim 2, wherein a contact point penetrating hole is further formed in the front side plate of the upper shell, and a contact point of the micro switch penetrates through the contact point penetrating hole and is exposed out of the upper shell; the trigger mechanism is a boss which can movably act on the contact.

The locking and unlocking device according to claim 2, wherein the movable lock catch and the contact of the microswitch are axially distributed at positions corresponding to the abdicating notch along the motor output shaft and are both positioned in the shell; the trigger mechanism is part of the fixed latch.

The locking and unlocking device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the motor is a stepping motor, one end of the movable latch is connected to an output shaft of the stepping motor through a roller, and the other end of the movable latch is bent to form a hook, and the hook is rotatably hooked on the fixed latch.

The locking and unlocking device as claimed in claim 6, wherein said fixing latch is a U-shaped latch defining a slit with the inside of said closing plate; the movable lock catches are axially arranged on the rotary roller, and the two movable lock catches extend into the slit from two ends of the U-shaped lock catch respectively to hook the U-shaped lock catch.
8. The locking and unlocking device of claim 1, further comprising a circuit board, wherein the control unit, the fingerprint identification unit and the matching circuit of the micro switch are all arranged on the circuit board.
9. The locking and unlocking device as claimed in claim 8, wherein said power supply unit includes a rechargeable battery and a charging circuit for the rechargeable battery, said charging circuit being provided on said circuit board.

A fingerprint notebook, comprising a front cover and a back cover which are oppositely arranged up and down and connected by a longitudinal side edge, and a notebook body which is clamped between the front cover and the back cover, characterized in that the fingerprint notebook also comprises a locking and unlocking device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, which is connected with the other longitudinal side edge of the front cover and the back cover to seal the notebook body in the locking and unlocking device.
