背景技术
电机制造过程中通常要进行浸漆工序，浸漆的目的在于把绝缘材料中所含的潮气驱除，用绝缘漆填满所有空间气隙，提高绕组的绝缘强度和防潮性能，减缓绕组绝缘的老化速度，浸漆质量的好坏直接影响到电机的温升和使用寿命。当前浸膝装置主要包括浸漆罐、滴漆架和托盘，浸漆前先将工件放置在滴漆架上，然后将滴漆架吊进浸漆罐内浸漆，浸漆完毕后，吊出滴漆架放到托盘上滴漆。按该方式浸漆，滴下的绝缘漆不利于回收，造成了较大的浪费，同时由于吊运的过程，绝缘漆会滴到地面上，极难清理，造成车间环境的污染。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种浸漆装置，该装置能够减少绝缘漆的浪费，避免车间环境的污染，车间环境得到提升。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：提供一种浸漆装置，包括浸漆罐和滴漆架，所述浸漆罐的罐壁上均匀设置多个钩架，所述的钩架包括支撑部和夹持部，钩架通过夹持部转动连接在浸漆罐的罐壁上。
本实用新型浸漆装置通过在浸漆罐的罐壁上设置钩架，钩架和罐壁转动连接，浸漆时将工件放置在滴漆架上，吊进浸漆罐内进行浸漆，浸漆完成后将工件和滴漆架吊起并放置在钩架上滴漆，不再吊出浸漆罐外进行滴漆，滴漆直接滴在罐子内，方便回收，大大避免了绝缘漆的浪费，车间环境得到提升，清理、清扫起来更加方便，钩架和罐壁转动连接，是将钩架的支撑部在浸漆罐内和浸漆罐外进行转换，不影响浸漆罐罐盖的使用。

如图1、图2所示，本实用新型浸漆装置，包括浸漆罐1和滴漆架3，浸漆罐1为圆筒型，浸漆罐1上端的罐壁圆周上均匀设置多个钩架2，钩架2包括支撑部和夹持部，支撑部用于支撑滴漆架3，夹持部夹持在浸漆罐1的罐壁上与其转动连接，钩架2通过夹持部转动连接在浸漆罐1的罐壁上，即钩架2通过转动可以将支撑部移动至浸漆罐1内或浸漆罐1外。
本实用新型在具体工作时，将工件固定放置在滴漆架3上，将其一起吊进浸漆罐1内进行浸漆，吊进时将钩架2往浸漆罐1外转动，盖上浸漆罐1的罐盖，浸漆完成后开盖，将工件和滴漆架3吊起，将钩架2往浸漆罐1内转动，将滴漆架3放置在钩架2上滴漆，不再吊出浸漆罐1外进行滴漆，滴漆直接滴在罐子内。
